I visited Soba Maeyamato, a soba restaurant located behind Roppongi Hills. The reviews on Tabelog were good, and some acquaintances had recommended it, so my expectations were high. I arrived before the opening time, but there were already about 6 customers waiting. The restaurant looked quite spacious from the outside, so I didn't think much of it, but as soon as I sat down, more and more customers kept coming in, and by the time the soba was served, the place was full. I ordered the tororo soba (cold) with mixed rice set. The mixed rice seemed to have ingredients changed according to the season. It had a hint of autumn, which was really nice. The soba and rice were delicious, and the tororo went really well with them. The soba had a firm texture, just like the last time I visited a soba restaurant. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was lively. Since my workplace is in Roppongi, I would like to visit again if I have the chance. It was very delicious. Thank you very much.

Today, I felt like eating delicious soba for lunch, so I searched on Tabelog (laughs). I found a place near my workplace called Soba Mae Yamato with a rating of 3.47. It's only a 1-minute walk from Roppongi Hills, so I had high expectations and lined up for the opening (laughs). About 10 people were already waiting in line 5 minutes before opening, so I thought it must be really good! Once inside, I placed my order and the food came surprisingly quickly. This time, I ordered the duck soba with cooked rice for ¥1980. The broth with duck was very tasty, and the aroma of the soba was nice, maybe because it's summer. I was hoping for a bit more of a new soba aroma since it's September now, but oh well. It was lunchtime and the place was full, so they were probably serving customers quickly. The restaurant's atmosphere was very nice, but the staff had more of a pub-like vibe than a traditional soba shop, making it feel like you should eat and leave quickly. Well, it's a busy location and it was lunchtime, so I told myself to come back for a rematch next time (laughs).

We usually ordered some snacks and enjoyed beer as usual, but this time we ordered a "large serving" for the first time. It was supposed to be enough for 4 people, but we made a soup with duck broth and enjoyed it with 3 people. It was refreshing and I think it would be the best dish to finish off when drinking with 3-4 people.

I visited Yamato-san after a long time. They used to have Hitoroki on the menu before, but it's not available now. However, they have a new sake called Shinsei, which I tried. It's a sweet sake, so I recommend it even for those who don't like regular sake. Also, their small dishes are delicious too.

I visited around 7:00 pm on a regular day. This time, there were a few empty seats, but it seems like it's better to make a reservation because the seats are usually full. This time, I enjoyed fresh shirasu and mozuku, grilled chicken skewers, and tororo soba with a cold beer, perfect for summer.

This is a Japanese restaurant near Roppongi Hills. They mainly serve soba noodles for lunch, but in the evening, you can order a la carte and enjoy a variety of dishes little by little. The restaurant was very crowded, so I recommend making a reservation for dinner. Everything I ordered was delicious! I chose the rich sesame soba, which was flavorful and delicious. The noodles were thin and to my liking. There were many other menu items I wanted to try, so I would like to visit again.

Before the usual Roppongi nail appointment, my daughter, her boyfriend, and I went out for lunch together. It was another hot day, and my daughter wanted to have soba noodles. Since it was a three-day weekend, we figured everywhere would be crowded, so we decided to make a reservation just in case. Even though it was before the restaurant's opening hours, we managed to get through on the phone and secure a reservation. Phew! It was a good call because the place was fully booked with a waiting line forming. Once we were seated, we carefully looked over the menu. After some deliberation, I chose the rich sesame dipping soba, my daughter went for the meat dipping soba, and her boyfriend opted for the curry dipping soba set. The rich sesame flavor was truly amazing! It was so flavorful and delicious. Last time, I felt the soba lacked aroma, but with this strong dipping sauce, it was just right. I also tried the meat and curry dipping sauces, but I personally liked the rich sesame one the best. Towards the end, I tried adding some chili oil for a different taste. That was great too! It turned out to be a fun and enjoyable lunch.

After finishing a meeting in Mita, our business partner suggested having lunch at a delicious soba restaurant in Roppongi Hills. I haven't been around here recently, so I was surprised to find such a place! It's lunchtime, so there's already a 15-minute wait. There are quite a few soba restaurants called "Yamato" scattered around, but I wonder if they are all independent. I looked it up while waiting and apparently there is a type of soba called "Yamato soba" that is named after the soba flour and manufacturing method. It seems that in the 1970s, as part of the revitalization of Yamato Town, they recreated the legendary Miyako soba! Inside the restaurant, it's very stylish and packed with customers, very picturesque (laughs). There are various menu options, but today we went with the recommended "Tenseiro no Kottei" by my companion. There are choices for the soba dipping sauce, such as the normal one, sesame sauce, and the rich one! The soba noodles are smooth with a slightly firm texture and an elegant throat sensation that I haven't experienced before. It's really good! The rich broth is similar to a rich tsukemen. It comes with a lemon wedge, which can change the flavor if you get tired of it. The tempura is also delicious. The portion size is quite generous (laughs). The amount of soba noodles in a regular serving is a bit small, so the large serving is just right. According to my companion, the restaurant also offers a variety of sashimi and appetizers at night, all of which are apparently delicious. I'd like to come here at night sometime (laughs). Overall, I highly recommend the soba at Yamato Mae. Thank you for the meal today!

I visited this restaurant for lunch. It was very busy. I ordered the recommended shirasu soba, which was delicious with a firm texture. It was refreshing to eat it with grated daikon and shirasu. I couldn't resist ordering sake as well. They have a wide selection of wines, so I want to come back at night.

After visiting the Mori Art Museum and seeing the "World Classroom" exhibition, we had lunch here. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was casual. On this day, we had:
- Seiro Soba for ¥880: The soba noodles were smooth and had a good texture. The flavor was not too strong, but still delicious. I used to prefer thicker, darker soba noodles, but I now also enjoy these 100% buckwheat soba noodles.
- Niku Tsuke Soba for ¥1600 (my partner's choice): The dipping sauce was rich with a strong bonito flavor and a savory soy sauce taste. The meat added a nice depth to the flavor. My partner said it was delicious and even finished all the dipping sauce.
- Omakase Tempura Assortment for ¥1500: The tempura assortment included black maibou mushrooms, kisu fish, shrimp, shishito peppers, lotus root, and pumpkin. When tempura is freshly fried and made with good ingredients, it's always delicious. The sashimi, grilled dishes, and simmered dishes also looked appetizing, making me look forward to coming back for dinner.

A slightly upscale soba restaurant located next to Roppongi Hills. The entrance exudes an elegant atmosphere, fitting for its location next to the most expensive residences in Japan. I ordered the "Tare Katsu Don Set" for 2100 yen with a side of black maitake mushroom tempura. The soba noodles were smooth and had a strong texture, although the soba flavor was a bit subtle. The broth was sweet and rich, complementing the noodles well. The Tare Katsu Don had a delicious sauce that whetted my appetite. The katsu was thin, but the flavorful sauce made up for it. The restaurant was spacious and stylish, although the prices were high. It's nice to indulge in soba in such a place once in a while.

The atmosphere is great and the cost performance is high. Everything you order is delicious. The side dishes are good. The large hot pot dish for sharing with everyone is especially nice. The location is easy to access and has a slightly hidden gem feel, which is nice. It seems popular for groups of around 4 people. It's a convenient and good restaurant to visit.

This is my umpteenth visit, and as usual, I ordered the classic "Rich Sesame Sauce Dipping Soba". Every time, I wonder if it will be enough, but by the time I finish eating, my stomach is quite full and I feel strangely uncomfortable. As the name suggests, I dip the soba noodles in the rich sesame sauce and eat them quickly. When I want a little change in flavor, I add the red spicy sauce. The spiciness slowly builds up, but I always end up adding a considerable amount and end up with a stomach ache after leaving the restaurant. If you're not good with spicy food, it's really best to go easy on the spicy sauce.

I used it for a Father's Day and Mother's Day thank you lunch. They were accommodating for the stroller and prepared a table in the back for us, so we were able to enjoy a leisurely lunch. We had the chicken wings, duck tataki, potato salad, tempura platter, and soba noodles for 4 people. I recommend the soba noodles for those who want to eat a lot! The rich sesame sauce is recommended.

After visiting Roppongi Hills Club, I went to a nearby soba restaurant for some delicious soba noodles. It's a place I often pass by, but I never knew there was a soba restaurant so close by. The entrance had a large curtain hanging, giving it a dignified look. The inside of the restaurant was spacious and stylish. I ordered the "thick dipping soba" and enjoyed it with a Gin and Tonic. It was surprisingly delicious. The service from the staff was also great, and I really liked the place. I would love to go back again.

This is my lunch visit for the umpteenth time. I ordered the sesame dipping soba, which cost less than 1300 yen. The portion doesn't look that big, but I always feel very satisfied after finishing it, which is quite surprising. When you add the spicy red sauce to the dipping broth and eat the soba, the taste is elegant and mellow, different from what you might expect. It's perfect for changing the flavor. When you first put it in your mouth, you don't feel much spiciness, but it gradually builds up, so I don't recommend adding all of it at once.

- Visiting time: I went around 13:30 on a Sunday and had to wait for about 5 minutes as the restaurant was full. It was a pretty bad weather day, so there might have been fewer customers than usual. Last order is at 14:00.
- Menu:
- Fried chicken wings (6 pieces)
- Pork dipping noodles (a la carte)
Before the meal, I ordered the fried chicken wings. They were hot, crispy, and juicy, very delicious. Makes you want to have a beer. For the main dish, I ordered the pork dipping noodles. The dipping sauce had plenty of pork in it, giving it a satisfying taste. The noodles were firm yet smooth and tasty. The generous amount of seaweed on top was also great! Towards the end, squeezing some lemon made it a bit refreshing and added a different flavor. It was delicious.

The sashimi was delicious! The soba noodles were very smooth and refreshing. If you're looking for a hearty, strongly flavored soba, this might not be satisfying enough. The restaurant had a nice traditional Japanese atmosphere with cool handwritten menus. The sake looked delicious too. However, the staff seemed rushed. It felt like they wanted us to eat quickly and leave. As soon as we sat down, they asked if we were ready to order, and when we hesitated, they said they close at 1 pm. But wait, wasn't the closing time supposed to be 2:30 pm? Thank you for the meal.

After a trip to Toyosu Lalaport, I'm sorry, I'll be about 10 minutes late in the parking lot, but I will definitely come, so please wait for me. Yes, that's fine. We have reserved seats for you, so don't worry. The phone response and customer service are very friendly, lively, bright, and kind. The excellent customer service makes you feel comfortable. How unusual. They always suggest the best dishes for you. Before we went to a soba restaurant in Roppongi, I want to go there. What? Roppongi on a holiday, and you were able to make a reservation for that day at 12:30. If you ask about the nearby parking lot, it's number 9. What? Number 9 for what? It's for the Roppongi Hills parking lot. There are 7 parking lots in Roppongi Hills, so it's best to ask for the nearest parking lot to your destination. Other people had a discount coupon for the parking lot. It was over 5000 yen, so we got two hours of parking for free. I'm happy. The soba had a smooth texture and was very feminine. The grilled salmon belly was perfect. What was unusual was that the grated radish came with mustard. The tempura was crispy and light, and the pickles were delicious. Each dish showed a meticulous attention to detail and was delicious.

I wanted to drink at a soba restaurant, so a friend recommended a place that fulfilled my wish. Even though I wasn't very hungry, once I started drinking and eating, I surprisingly found myself able to consume a lot! The appetizers were delicious and the alcohol went down smoothly. In particular, the marinated herring roe and the duck dish (I forgot to take a picture) were incredibly tasty. The soba noodles we had as a finish (4 servings for 2 people) with grated yam and duck broth were excellent. But above all, the staff's service was top-notch! I don't know the name, but the bald staff member was fantastic!
