Today, let's have a blast again. Feel free to comment. It will be encouraging. When heading to the airport, it's important to have a meal beforehand, so we visited the Shabu Shabu All-You-Can-Eat Small Tail Sheep Shinagawa Store, a hot pot restaurant specializing in medicinal hot pot dishes, located at Shinagawa Station. The restaurant is named "All-You-Can-Eat," but of course, you can't eat unlimited amounts, but we were able to relax and enjoy our meal in a leisurely manner. We were drawn to the domestic rib roast, so we ordered the All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot Course for 7000 yen plus alcohol. With drinks included, it was around 9000 yen per person. It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Shinagawa Station Konan Exit. When you get off the elevator, you'll see tables lined up, and the restaurant has a long, narrow shape. It seems to have a capacity of around 80 people. This restaurant has multiple locations nationwide and is a name that is heard frequently across the country. It was quite crowded on a weekday at 6 pm, including groups. The All-You-Can-Eat options range from 4000 yen and up with a wide variety of choices. You can add a drink all-you-can for an additional 2000 yen. We started with a toast with a cold glass of Premium Malt. The soup options include 7 types, and we chose the top 3 recommended by the staff. The 7 types are as follows, and we chose the top 3: - Healthy Mountain Delicacies Soup - Collagen White Soup - Ultimate Dashi Mala Soup (Mild, Medium, Spicy) - Medicinal Spare Rib Soup - Medicinal Tomato Hot Pot - Special Medicinal Offal Hot Pot Soy Sauce Style - Special Medicinal Offal Hot Pot Mala Style (Mild, Medium, Spicy) Condiments are provided separately on the table, so you can customize the flavor as much as you like. Furthermore, you can create your own sauce by blending over 30 types of spices for an additional 500 yen. The meat is served generously, including lamb, beef loin, pork loin, and chicken. The top course also includes domestic rib roast, which was tender and delicious as shabu-shabu. Despite being a 7000 yen course, it was satisfying with the high-quality rib roast included. After the standard items, you can order additional items of your choice. With such a variety of meat served, the elderly may not be able to have seconds, but the younger ones eat quite a lot. Additionally, the vegetable assortment includes at least 11 types (Chinese cabbage, leeks, chrysanthemum greens, mizuna, komatsuna, enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, tofu, wood ear mushrooms, vermicelli, daikon, cabbage), with the wood ear mushrooms being particularly impressive in terms of volume and taste in the vegetable category. You can choose your favorite soup from a variety of options, allowing for a fun dining experience with a large group. There were quite a few group diners in the back. It's fun to have a lively atmosphere. The Healthy Mountain Delicacies Soup, which is rich in mushrooms, is highly recommended. Adding your own unique blend of spices for an additional 500 yen made it even better. Everything from meat to bamboo tube chicken meatballs to vegetables is all-you-can-eat. The platter of 4 types of meat laid out on a plate exceeding 1m is a sight to behold. It's worth the effort to eat. For drinks, the famous Oi-Shinagawa Chinatown Sparkling Sake is recommended. It's a highball with Shaoxing wine and dark sugar, giving it a slightly sweet taste, but it's worth a try. The restaurant has its own unique taste and is well thought out. The atmosphere at the restaurant was not stuffy. The staff, mainly Chinese, were efficient and there were no complaints. It was a pleasant customer service. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.
