I visited again to try the autumn menu starting in September. The charm of this place lies in the combination of unfamiliar world cuisine and Japanese dishes in a variety of small plates that are enjoyable and never boring. In autumn, they seem to focus on highlighting the flavors of Japanese autumn. There were no wildly adventurous menu items, making it fresh for foreigners and familiar for Japanese. The salmon and bonito mixed rice was very delicious. Surprisingly, there were no chestnut desserts for autumn. They seem to be promoting sweet potatoes instead.

I changed to the autumn menu and used a JR excursion coupon for a 50-minute course at Asaokura Lab. I have only been here for lunch before. This time, the cold pumpkin potage, pumpkin and gnocchi gratin, and cake salé were delicious. The chilled sweet potatoes were also moist and tasty.

I went to a buffet restaurant that I was curious about. Although the name of the restaurant includes "breakfast," they also serve lunch. It's nice that you can make a reservation even if you're dining alone. In this restaurant, you select small dishes and arrange them on a tray. The small dishes are cute, and when you put them on a tray with 9 compartments, they look appealing on their own. As a buffet restaurant attached to a business hotel, it is quite authentic, with carefully crafted dishes focusing on seasonal ingredients. The cooking methods are healthy, and a variety of ingredients are used, creating a well-balanced meal. For the first round, I had the pork shabu-shabu, which was made separately upon request. For the second round, I repeated the delicious pork shabu-shabu and had a tasty TKG (raw egg over rice). For the third round, even though I wanted to indulge in desserts, I was already full, so I had chilled sweet potatoes and coffee. It was a bit disappointing that there were only a few non-caffeinated drink options, like apple juice. The buffet lasted for 50 minutes, but it was enough time for dining alone. I will definitely visit again!

Based on my daughter's recommendation, I had brunch buffet in Ginza on a holiday. The small dishes were nicely presented and each dish was carefully made and delicious. I enjoyed the pork shabu-shabu, egg over rice, and the monthly special mixed rice. Soft drinks are all-you-can-drink, but the beer comes in small bottles so it runs out quickly. I wish they had larger bottles. It's nice to treat myself once in a while.

Located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu in Ginza 7-chome, this buffet restaurant offers a variety of homemade dishes for breakfast and lunch. We opted for the 90-minute lunch buffet on a weekday, which costs 2750 yen. Reservations are essential as the restaurant was fully booked even during this time. The buffet features individual small dishes instead of shared platters, making it both visually appealing and hygienic. There were around 12-13 small dishes available, with a new menu starting in September. In addition to the small dishes, the buffet also includes rice, bread, salad, soup, miso soup, and desserts. Specialties such as "Golden Dashi Shabu-Shabu" and "TKG" (Tamago Kake Gohan) are served at your table. The quality of the food and the service were exceptional, and I look forward to trying the winter menu next time.

I made a reservation for Saturday lunch. It's located inside a hotel, so I was a bit worried if it's okay to go there. But when I found the sign, I felt relieved. It's a popular place, and it was already full when I arrived at 11 am! The menu changes according to the season, and that day was the start of the autumn menu. Autumn flavors like pumpkin and saury were delicious. Each small dish was served in a small portion, perfect for trying a variety of dishes. I started off trying to take good photos, but as I kept choosing my favorite foods, the color balance got messed up... For the second round, I just piled up my plate with whatever I liked, ignoring the presentation. My personal recommendation is the French toast and the red bean cake! The cream inside has cream cheese mixed in, so even when you're full, it's refreshing. The red bean cake is crispy because you can sandwich the red bean paste yourself. The 90 minutes flew by. I want to come back when the season changes again!

On this day, I was debating whether to grab a quick bite at a restaurant that opens at 11:00 or go to a morning restaurant before watching a musical at Shinbashi Enbujou, which starts at 12:00. I found this restaurant on Tabelog and made a reservation right away. It was a good decision as the restaurant had a "full house" sign even though it was a weekday. I made a reservation for 10:00, and there were already many foreign customers (maybe staying at a hotel?) which showed how popular the place was. The 50-minute course for 2420 yen required me to eat quickly to try everything, but the shabu-shabu (they bring the ingredients to your table) was delicious, and I ended up having three servings. They had a wide variety of drinks, and although I was already full, I could only manage to eat the monaka and French toast for dessert, which were both delicious.

Visited for breakfast. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance if you are not staying at the hotel. The place had an Instagram-worthy vibe, but what stood out more was the style of being able to try a variety of dishes in small portions, all of which were of high quality and delicious. It seemed like there were more female customers overall. Highly recommended for a luxurious morning experience.

I made a reservation and visited on Sunday afternoon. Since it was inside a hotel, about half of the guests were tourists. I was drawn to the small dishes, but they were all so delicious that I ended up going back for more multiple times. Especially, the shabu-shabu broth was so tasty that I ended up drinking it all. Despite being full, I couldn't resist the variety of sweets and ended up eating a lot. The staff were all very kind, and both my stomach and heart were satisfied. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

The atmosphere was nice and I was able to enjoy a healthy meal in small portions. However, when I asked the cashier if I could pay separately and receive two receipts, they clearly showed a negative attitude which surprised me. It wasn't even during peak hours and the cashier wasn't busy.

I finally tried the lunch at Ginza Asa-gohan Lab that I had been wanting to visit. There were many small dishes, making it easy to choose. They had summer-like menu items such as somen noodles with nagaimo (Japanese yam), which was refreshing and delicious. Since the dishes are small, you can try a variety of them. I recommend the pork shabu-shabu (with a gentle broth), bread made with natural yeast (toasted in an Aladdin toaster), French toast, and tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg). The menu changes with the seasons, so I will definitely visit again.

I made a reservation thinking it might be popular, and visited. It is located on the 2nd floor of HOTEL MUSSE, next to the front lobby. Since my reservation was for 7:30 in the morning, it wasn't too crowded. There were several foreigners who seemed to have stayed at the hotel. There was also a person dining alone. The breakfast buffet costs 2800 yen, but for hotel guests, it is 2200 yen. The buffet is divided into 9 sections, and you can fill up one small plate at a time. Some items were already placed in small dishes. Everything had a gentle taste on the body. The specialty was pork shabu-shabu. Having pork shabu-shabu for breakfast is a luxury. You place a tag on the table, and they bring the shabu-shabu to your seat. Of course, it is all-you-can-eat. The egg over rice was delicious! The rich yolk and tasty broth were great. They had white bread and croissants for bread. For dessert, there was fruit punch, yogurt, French toast, and a "senbei" (rice cracker) with just the outer shell, and you could fill it with sweet bean paste yourself. Hotel breakfasts are a nice occasional luxury. Thank you for the meal ⭐️

A late lunch on a regular weekday. It's like a paid version of the breakfast buffet that many hotels are focusing on. The taste is not bad, but the variety is surprisingly limited. As someone who has experienced breakfast buffets at various hotels during business trips, I don't think it stands out in terms of content or value for money, so once is enough. It may be worth using when staying at the hotel, but there's no need to go out of your way just to eat there.

Head to Breakfast Lab in Ginza! Located inside a hotel, so there are also guests staying there. I love all-you-can-eat buffets, and I'm excited to see the various small dishes being served here. The lunch buffet is 120 minutes for ¥2800. The abundance of small dishes is delightful... and they even serve hot shabu-shabu! They also have freshly cooked rice, miso soup, and bread. The extensive dessert corner is known for its French toast. Every small dish is delicious! The presentation is also visually pleasing. Let's just pretend they are all for me. There are some creative combinations that are surprising and exciting. The curry pilaf and meatloaf were unexpectedly delicious. The shabu-shabu was also tasty, especially the broth. They bring it to you hot, which is wonderful. I recommend pouring this broth over rice with raw egg. The French toast is also very tasty, more like bread pudding. But what impressed me the most was the homemade sweet red bean paste and cream cheese whip! Both are delicious on their own, but when you combine them... it's incredibly delicious. Spread them generously on the French toast or bread, and you'll be in heaven. I was so full but very satisfied. Thank you for the feast!

It was delicious! There were many healthy menu options, so even though I ate a lot, I didn't feel uncomfortably full. I was very satisfied with the variety of side dishes, carbohydrates, and desserts. However, because it was a restaurant inside a hotel, the aisle was a bit narrow and it was difficult to pass by other people.

Almost half of the dishes are seasonal, such as the seasonal mixed rice which is adjusted according to the time of year, like edamame in the spring. The warm squid rice with mashed kabocha squash has a rich flavor with the taste of the squid coming through. The chicken thigh marinated in grapefruit is a good combination of the chicken's flavor and the sweetness of the grapefruit. The grated yam noodles have a delicious broth but are otherwise average. The simmered globe eggplant and scallops have a very delicious sea taste, with the eggplant being soft and tender. The cocktail shrimp avocado, curry pilaf, and pork loin ham are all reliably tasty. The cold capellini has plenty of ingredients and is satisfying. The crab cream croquette with américaine sauce is rich and delicious, with the crab cream being decent. I had a reservation for breakfast at 11:30, but I changed my plans and started at 9:30. The rice and miso soup were delicious. I had seconds of rice and had it with raw egg. I also had seconds of miso soup and corn soup. Breakfast started at 9:30 and ended at 10:30. After that, I bought cookies at BENZ COOKIES in GINZASIX, bought oil at uka, tried on and bought tights at lululemon, bought a nail lamp, gel, and ethanol at TAT. I had a great shopping day just like a "Tora no Hi" (Tiger Day). Next, I'm going to visit Takashimaya and Mitsukoshi in Nihonbashi to look for towels from Tsumori. The sign on the board already said that the reservations are full for today. I visited during breakfast time. There were many small dishes lined up. Rice dishes, pasta, somen noodles, bread, soup, miso soup, and more made me look around in confusion. They bring the shabu-shabu to your table. There is a 50-minute time limit for breakfast. Desserts and drinks are also included for 2200 yen. I always end up being too greedy at buffets. I ate until I felt like my stomach was going to burst.

I liked it before, so this is my second time coming with my mother! Even though our reservation was at 1pm, they seated us earlier which was very helpful! The small dishes were all delicious! The tableware is cute! I love Japanese food, and this amount was just right for me and my mother who doesn't eat a lot. There were many drink options which was great! The French toast dessert with cream cheese was amazing! The only downside was the narrow seating... The tables for two are very cramped. The staff quickly cleared our plates though. It's also the breakfast place for the hotel, so I guess it can't be helped. Overall, it was a very satisfying lunch! My mother was also satisfied! I ended up eating too much as usual...
