I came to the restaurant expecting my senpai to treat me in Ginza. As expected, it's Ginza. The interior is not just luxurious but warm, calming, and elegant with a sense of high-class. Since my senpai treated me, the prices are for reference. I was guided to a private room with sliding doors at the back, like a small street in an old town with earth walls, red tiles, and cobblestones. The room is spacious enough for a relaxing meal. For appetizers, there were napa cabbage kimchi, cucumber kimchi, assorted namul, salad, and otoshi. There were plenty of dipping sauces and salt to suit each person's taste. I chose the recommended sweet soy sauce, which went perfectly with the high-quality meat. The plates were stylish with a red tile design. I ordered a Hakushu highball. Initially, there was a platter of 3 types of meat and 3 types of grilled vegetables. The premium roast, selected cuts, and top kalbi (probably) were delicious with a cream cheese-like marbling. The meat had no off-flavors. I grilled each piece carefully, enjoying the aroma of charcoal grilling. There was watercress rib roast and salted tongue. The watercress rib roast was exquisite, with thinly sliced rib roast wrapped in watercress, creating a delicious combination of meat and salad. Grilling the watercress slightly cold was the best. I was so engrossed that I burnt the grilled vegetables. I also had a mini cold noodle dish that had a firm texture. Ice cream was included, probably part of the Matsunaga Ranch course for 6000 yen with all-you-can-drink. This is a place in Ginza where you can enjoy high-quality meat at a reasonable price.

First time trying Matsunaga Ranch Yakiniku. A new restaurant located on the 8th floor of the dining building Alberle behind the Belvia Building in Ginza. You can enjoy the highest quality beef from Matsunaga Ranch in Shimane Prefecture at surprisingly reasonable prices for Ginza. Today's Kalbi set meal is only 1,700 yen! Drinks are only an additional 100 yen. Truly a hidden gem! The color and shine of the meat are excellent, with a good thickness. The staff uses charcoal to start the fire... it's genuine charcoal grilling. The condiments include the usual sweet and spicy, as well as salt, wasabi, and more. The side dishes, with kimchi as the main, offer a beautiful array of colors, and the rice with seaweed is delicious too! Why didn't I know about this place before? A hidden gem!

I enjoyed the popular Matsunaga Ranch Course at a yakiniku restaurant in Ginza Ichome. I was drawn to the fact that they buy a whole cow from Matsunaga Ranch in Masuda, Shimane Prefecture. It was my first time encountering beef from Shimane Prefecture, so I found it to be quite rare. The meat was very good quality. I was satisfied with the taste and it was a great value for the price.

The Matsunaga Ranch Mix (premium loin, premium kalbi, top skirt, with vegetables) for 6,600 yen is a great deal that will leave you feeling satisfied. We also tried the Matsunaga Yukke and Ichibo, both of which were delicious. For drinks, we had draft beer and highball.

Lunch sukiyaki set for 1000 yen with salad, side dish, and miso soup included. For an additional 100 yen, you can also have coffee or tea. It's a relaxing space where you can enjoy your meal in a semi-private setting for a reasonable price. Although I didn't order it this time, the yakiniku lunch also looks good.

I visited during lunchtime on a weekday. The restaurant has many seats, including private rooms. I was seated in a private tatami room. The lunch menu includes options for grilling your own meat as well as set meals with cooked meat dishes. I ordered the "Charcoal-grilled marinated meat lunch." The meat, about 100 grams, was marinated in a pot and arrived in 7-8 minutes. It was a fatty cut similar to short rib, grilled on charcoal to perfection. The meat had a rich flavor from the marinade and was very appetizing. There were three types of salt and sauce on the table, but the meat was already flavorful enough to enjoy on its own or with rice. The set also included kimchi, Korean seaweed, bean sprout and fern salad, soup, and a hot spring egg, with unlimited rice and soup refills. A great place to enjoy a leisurely yakiniku lunch in Ginza.
