A hamburger specialty restaurant that opened in Higashi Ginza this year. You can choose from set meals or rice bowls to start with. They also have a winter limited stewed hamburger. I ordered a set meal using the ticket machine. I wanted to try the white rice with hamburger. You can choose 2 types of hamburgers after you sit down. There are 6 types to choose from: beef, pork, lamb, mixed ground meat, tuna, and sea bream. I selected beef and lamb. The beef is 70g x 2 pieces, while the others are 55g x 2 pieces. It results in 4 mini-sized hamburgers. You can see the hamburgers grilling over charcoal from the counter. The hamburgers are served with a tag indicating the type of ground meat. The hamburgers are smaller than I expected, with 4 small pieces. The beef is cooked in a way called "searing", which aims to concentrate the umami and enjoy the texture. The lamb, on the other hand, was my favorite. The unique aroma of lamb combined with the bitterness from the charcoal created a delicious combination. There are 2 types of sauces provided: homemade onion sauce and special blend sauce. The onion sauce is on the salty side if you use too much. I ended up getting a second helping of rice. You can also get a refill of miso soup. The potato salad had a hint of pink, maybe from beets. Although I didn't use it, there were 4 condiments on the table: mustard, soy sauce, salt, and spicy miso. I ended up feeling full. The amount of hamburgers may have been just right, or maybe the rice filled me up. You can also add 2 more hamburgers for 500 yen if you're still hungry. You can also enjoy alcohol, but it's a rare find in Higashi Ginza to be able to have a meal focused on rice in a calm atmosphere at night. I recommend it for solo dining. I'll try the rice bowl for lunch next time.

If you are going to eat a hamburger set meal, I highly recommend this place where you can choose the ground meat from beef, pork, lamb, a blend of three meats, tuna, or sea bream. You can have unlimited rice and red miso soup, which is such a luxurious treat! The hamburger set meal (choose 2 types of ground meat: 1,480 yen) (choose 3 types of ground meat: 1,880 yen) was absolutely irresistible! The thumbnail hamburger bowl (1.5 servings: 1,380 yen) looks so delicious with its special blend of homemade onion sauce and special blend sauce made with miso and apple. The flavors really soak into the rice, making it so satisfying. I chose beef and sea bream for the ground meat, and many others seemed to prefer this pairing as well. It was so delicious that I kept getting more rice and red miso soup. The red miso soup really warms you up in winter, so I kept drinking it. The lunchtime queue can get quite long, so it's best to arrive right at the 11:30 am opening time or go a bit later to avoid the crowd. I went on a Saturday at 12:15 and was able to start eating in just 20 minutes. The wait was worth it because the food was so delicious. If you love hamburgers, want to eat lots of hamburgers and rice, or consider yourself a big eater, I highly recommend this place. Operating hours: [Mon-Sat] 11:30 am - 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

I had been curious about this restaurant that I always passed by. I was working in Higashi Ginza in the morning and decided to have a late lunch. My colleague had bragged about the hamburg steak here, saying that the onions were crunchy and delicious. So, I felt like I had to respond to their message and the first place that came to mind was this one. Normally, when I pass by around noon, there is always a line outside, but when I went around 2:45, it was empty. I couldn't decide between a set meal or a rice bowl, but I wanted a lot of food, so I went with the cheese rice bowl, 2 servings. Honestly, the name of the restaurant is a bit lacking. "Kami ni Toku" - quite a unique name. I remember a long time ago, when I visited a hamburger restaurant called "Meat Yazawa" in Gotanda shortly after it opened, I took one bite and thought "Wow, this is delicious." That experience has become my standard for hamburgers, but this place didn't quite reach that level. Is it really worth lining up for? That was my impression. It might just be a matter of personal preference, but I thought it was a bit overcooked. I prefer it a bit more rare. They seem to offer a choice of meat for the set meal, so I'll try that next time. I had high expectations, so I was a bit disappointed by the restaurant. It's still delicious though.

On a Saturday afternoon, I happened to pass by a restaurant and noticed a line forming outside. I looked it up online and found out that it was still 15 minutes before opening. I decided to casually wait in line, and luckily I was able to get in on the first round. They had limited quantities of tuna and sea bream, so I chose the popular beef and tuna. The taste was quite ordinary, but the excitement of choosing your favorite ground meat and the fact that you could have unlimited refills of rice and red miso soup made it quite cost-effective. I thought it would be even more enjoyable to go with someone and share the dishes.

I chose two types of meat out of the six options available, but unfortunately, they were already sold out. It might be better to go early in the evening. I tried beef and a blend of three meats (beef, pork, lamb) and found the blend to be delicious. It was juicy and had a great flavor. It came with two types of sauce, and I thought the Japanese-style sauce went well with it. They also had pink salt, which enhanced the flavor of the meat when dipped in it.

Located just a minute away from the Higashi-Ginza subway station, "Grind Meat Shop Kintoku" is a cozy restaurant facing Showa Street, with a distinctive round sign and curtain at the entrance. I visited around 2:30 pm on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, so I decided to go in. First, I purchased a meal ticket from the touch panel ticket machine at the entrance. The panel displayed "Tuna sold out," but I didn't quite understand the meaning, so I chose the "Hamburger Set Meal [for one person]" (1600 yen). There were other options like "Hamburger Bowl" and "Japanese-style Dashi Hamburger" on the menu as well. The clean interior has a counter with 16 seats and two tables for two people each. Solo diners were quite common. After I seated and handed in my meal ticket, the staff asked me to choose two types of meat from "Beef," "Pork," "Lamb," "Mixed (Beef, Pork, Lamb)," and "Sea Bream." I chose "Beef" and "Pork" since I hadn't done any research beforehand. If you order 1.5 portions, you can choose three types of meat. I learned that "Tuna" is made from coarsely ground lean tuna with red miso and shiso, and "Sea Bream" is made from coarsely ground sea bream with yuzu miso flavor. Both sounded delicious. The set meals were served on two trays after around 10 minutes. On a grill were two cute 8cm diameter "Beef" and "Pork" hamburgers each. Next to them was pink-colored potato salad with pickled vegetables. The freshly ground 100% beef hamburger was made with a special coarse ground meat containing beef tendons, cooked over charcoal without any binding agents, resulting in a 20% shrinkage. The flavor was sealed in, and when I pierced it with chopsticks, the juices overflowed. It had a meaty texture and a satisfying bite. It tasted even better dipped in the homemade miso and apple blend sauce. It was also delicious with the homemade spicy miso. The special fine ground meat made from pork belly and pork loin was tender and juicy. It paired well with the homemade onion sauce made with soy sauce, grated onion, and apple. Sprinkling a bit of Himalayan rock salt on top also enhanced the flavor. The rice was cooked using long charcoal and carbonated water, giving it a sweet taste. Overall, it was a very satisfying lunch. I look forward to trying the "Tuna" and "Sea Bream" next time.

The cooking took a bit of time, but it was delicious. The surface was nicely grilled, giving it a satisfying texture. Having miso soup was also a nice touch. They were attentive in refilling water when it was running low, which was appreciated. I will definitely visit again.

A friend recommended this place for lunch, so I went around 11:45. When we arrived, there were still seats available, but by 12 o'clock it was full. I thought the food might take a while, but everything arrived in just 5 minutes after ordering! You can choose 2 hamburgers, so I went with the classic beef and pork. Both were delicious on their own. They also had 2 types of sauce and 4 types of condiments, so I had fun deciding which to use with each bite. Everything was tasty, but personally I liked the rock salt as it enhanced the flavor of the meat. I look forward to trying a different type of meat next time!

During the summer, I've been taking advantage of going out for lunch instead of bringing a bento box because I'm worried about it getting spoiled. This time, I went to Kami Nori, a popular place on Instagram. I was prepared to wait in line, but when I arrived around 12:30 on a weekday, the restaurant was full and there was one person waiting outside. After about a 10-minute wait, I was able to get a table. I've been wanting to try this place for about six months, so I was really happy. I ordered the hamburger set meal for ¥1,600. You can choose between beef and sea bream for the ground meat, and I chose sea bream. I was surprised to see sea bream on the menu for ground meat, but it was flavored with yuzu and had a strong but light taste. The beef had none of the dryness that I usually associate with ground meat, and instead had a juicy texture with no beefy smell. It was packed with flavor. You can also choose 1.5 or 2 servings, but 1 serving was enough for me. I would like to try the dashi hamburger next time. Thank you for the meal!

During lunchtime, I waited outside for about 15 minutes. I ordered the hamburger set meal. I chose beef and lamb from the 6 options. There are two patties of 55g each. The beef hamburger is made with special coarse ground meat with added beef tendons. They use fresh meat every morning and cook it over charcoal without any fillers, resulting in a firm and satisfying texture. The lamb is a blend of coarse ground lamb meat and finely ground meat with special spices. You can have unlimited refills of rice and red miso soup! The rice is Koshihikari rice cooked with Binchotan charcoal and carbonated water to bring out a fluffy sweetness. The sauces available include homemade onion sauce, blend sauce, homemade spicy miso, Himalayan rock salt, soy sauce, and Japanese mustard. The taste of the meat itself is enjoyable, and the variety of sauces keeps it interesting.

I happened to stop by for an early lunch. I bought a meal ticket from the ticket machine and chose from 5 different types of hamburgers. I had a hard time deciding, but I ended up choosing beef and sea bream. The beef hamburger tasted as I expected, but the sea bream hamburger was a first for me. When I tried it, it tasted almost like a fish cake. I would like to try the other hamburgers as well.

The reading is "jintoku". A while back, there was a trend for freshly baked small hamburgers. What sets this place apart is that you can choose from sea bream and fish hamburgers (like fish balls?). I ordered beef and lamb hamburgers. It was my first time trying lamb hamburger, and it tasted exactly as I imagined it would taste if you made a hamburger with lamb meat. The beef hamburger was packed with a wild, strong flavor, which I personally enjoyed. I heard that the pork hamburger has pork belly in it, so I want to try that next.

I visited around 19:00 on a regular day. Luckily, there was no wait for seating as there was a line outside around noon. After finishing my meal, there were already 10 people waiting outside. Inside, you pay at a machine on the left side upon entering. It's recommended to check the menu beforehand when it's busy as there is only one machine. I chose the Hamburg steak set for 1,600 yen, where you can choose two types of ground meat from beef, pork, lamb, three-meat blend (beef, pork, lamb), tuna, and sea bream. I chose beef and three-meat blend as tuna and sea bream were sold out. It took about 10-15 minutes for the meal to be served. The steak was cooked just right and delicious. There are two types of sauces available, as well as soy sauce, salt, and spicy miso on the table, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors. The location is excellent, right near exit A7 of Higashi-Ginza Station. I would love to visit this restaurant again when in the Ginza area.

The restaurant was very clean and had a calming atmosphere! The set menu allows you to choose from three types of hamburgers. Although it wasn't incredibly juicy, the hamburger, sauce, miso soup, and pickles all went well with the rice and made it very enjoyable to eat. The lamb had a slightly unique taste!

In Ginza East, the popular No.1 hamburger steak restaurant offers a special beef hamburger made with finely ground beef mixed with beef tendons, without using any fillers, and seared over charcoal to concentrate the natural flavor of the meat. It's packed with the rich taste of the meat itself. Perfect for solo lunches or dinners, and you can also conveniently pay with credit cards, transportation cards, or PayPay! #Gourmet #Connecting with gourmet lovers #Tokyo gourmet #Gourmet tour #Gourmet record #Official ambassador of GourFak #tokyo_gourmet_report #f4f #JapaneseFood #Japan #tokyo

I am very happy when I encounter dishes that are good for health, delicious, and make me feel happy. Seeking such dishes, this time I visited "Shintoku" restaurant. What I had this time was the Japanese broth curry hamburger. The good broth aroma and taste were really delicious! I will definitely come back again! 😊

I arrived around 11:30 on a weekday and there were already about six people in front of me waiting for the ticket machine, but I was able to enter quickly. I ordered a set meal where you can choose from two types of hamburgers, and I chose beef and tuna. The set came with four hamburgers, one of which was quite small, so I was able to eat all four easily. The beef hamburger had a strong beef flavor and was very meaty, while the tuna was refreshing and very delicious. The shiso leaf added a nice accent. The staff were also very friendly, coming to refill water frequently and politely confirming if I wanted more rice. When I left, there were about five people waiting outside.

I had been curious about this hamburger restaurant for a while, so I ordered a full set meal for myself. I tried both beef and lamb, and the lamb had a bit of a unique taste. It might be enjoyable for those who like mutton, but I prefer lamb. The meat was a bit rich, but still good. My friend who came with me ate two servings in no time and said they wanted more. That's how it was.

Visited "Grind Meat Shop Shintoku" in Higashi Ginza. Previously, they had both grilled and fried options, but now only offer grilled dishes. However, the menu has expanded to include options like hamburger bowls and dashi hamburgers.
✔︎ Hamburger Set for 1.5 People - 2,080 yen
Choose 3 out of 6 different types of hamburgers. I chose a blend of three meats, pork, and lamb. The set includes rice, miso soup, sauces, and the hamburgers. Each hamburger is small, so the total of 1.5 servings includes 6 pieces. I wasn't disappointed by the size as I knew they would be small.
♦︎ Pork: Light and easy to eat with a mild flavor. I enjoyed it with onion sauce.
♦︎ Lamb: Surprisingly unique taste with lamb and special spices at first bite. However, I quickly got used to it and found it paired well with the original sauce.
♦︎ Blend of Three Meats (beef, pork, lamb): Perfect balance of meaty flavor and ease of eating. Whether with onion, spicy miso, both were delicious. My favorite order was blend of three meats, lamb, then pork. I'll try the remaining three types (beef, tuna, sea bream) next time. It's a fun place to try different flavors.

I visited Kami Toko, a place I had been interested in for a while. I was torn between choosing the meat options, but I was drawn to the visual appeal of the rice bowl and the soy sauce dressing with bonito flakes and onions. I ordered the rice bowl. The meat had the most chewy texture I've ever had, more like eating a chunk of meat than a hamburger. The taste was delicious! I like meaty dishes, but I'm not a big fan of the texture. It's likely to be a love-it-or-hate-it situation. I was seated at a table, but even though there were plenty of other empty seats, I felt cramped being seated so close to others. When I asked to move to another seat, they accommodated my request, which was good. The staff seemed to be in a bit of a rush, so it's best not to have high expectations. The food was tasty, but I probably won't revisit. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at 11 o'clock for the opening, but there were already a few people waiting in line. Since I was alone, I was able to sit at the counter, but it was crowded and I wouldn't have been able to sit if I had come later. They offer a variety of hamburgers to choose from, and the tuna and sea bream hamburgers were light and healthy! The ground beef hamburger was also delicious. I would like to go again.
