I had always been curious about this restaurant, as I had heard the name before and passed by it many times. When I happened to pass by during lunchtime, I was drawn in. I was surprised to find out it was a buffet, and I was a bit confused by the cashless ticket machine. The staff was foreign, so it was difficult to communicate without knowing anything. It made me a bit uneasy that they didn't recommend alcohol disinfection even though it was a buffet. The seating consisted of counter seats facing the wall and table seats, where you could put your belongings and go get your food. I had the lunch curry buffet, which was 950 yen with no refills, or 1100 yen for one refill, or unlimited for 1500 yen. The curry options were pork, chicken, and spinach, with the pork and chicken having a tangy flavor and the spinach being very delicious. The rice options were pearl barley (gluten-free), Florida, and seasoned, and they were all tasty. The side dishes included tandoori chicken, bean sprouts, masala carrot salad, burdock salad, salsa hat veggie mix (edamame, baby corn, black olives, okra), onion pickles, jalapenos, pineapple, and boiled potatoes. There were also udon noodles, cabbage, corn, and spice sauce. I was worried about not being able to finish the large portions, but it turned out to be unnecessary. They also offered coffee and rooibos tea, with the coffee being light and the rooibos tea being easy to drink. There were power outlets at the counter, which was convenient. It seems like the spice course would be fun for parties. I would like to visit other branches if I have the chance.
