Park Hyatt Tokyo's Japanese restaurant, Goemiyo 3 Tock, located on the 40th floor near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The view from the 40th floor is beautiful, with high ceilings and a luxurious atmosphere. The service is appropriate. I visited on a weekday at 1 pm and there were around 20 groups of customers. The window seats were fully occupied. With a minimum spend of 5000 yen, you get 2 hours of free parking. A complimentary drink is included, with options like beer, various wines, sake, and soft drinks. They served a limited edition sake priced at 2750 yen (720ml) for an estimated 180ml, opened in front of me. The sake was of high quality. The soup in the bowl was delicious, possibly a blend of softshell turtle broth and dashi. Overall, the seasoning was standard but tasty. The course menu with a drink included costs 9800 yen or 13000 yen. If you have time, I recommend the freshly prepared course menu over the bento box, which mainly consists of pre-made dishes. The course menu includes: Housesesame tofu, Cherry salmon and softshell turtle broth, Tuna & yellowtail sashimi, Grilled dish, Simmered dish, Fried potatoes, New ginger rice, and Dessert with sake "Ichigo Ni Kai" Junmai Daiginjo from Mutsu Hassen.

I visited for a celebration. The food and night view were amazing. The service was top-notch as expected from a hotel. I was able to spend a pleasant time. The taste of the food itself was not particularly outstanding, but considering the presentation, night view, atmosphere, service, and price, I think this restaurant is overall very good. It may be easy to get lost if you don't research how to get to the restaurant at Park Hyatt, haha.

I visited the Japanese restaurant "Kozue" located on the 40th floor of the Park Hyatt Tokyo, a 10-minute walk from Tochomae Station on the Oedo Line, for the third time this year in March. I tried the "Hazuki" seasonal menu, which included: - Appetizer: Corn soup - Soup: Clear soup with sea bream - Sashimi: Tuna, red snapper, shrimp, and Hamanako seaweed - Hassun: Assorted dishes - Grilled dish: Grilled Hokkaido flatfish - Side dish: Iwanami pork simmered in sake - Main dish: Katsuo-don (marinated skipjack tuna over cold soup rice) - Dessert: Tofu pudding - Drinks: Draft beer and coffee The highlight of the "Hazuki" menu was the grilled Hokkaido flatfish, which had a delicious flavor and aroma, and the Katsuo-don, which had a great broth. This time, I also discovered that you can see Mt. Fuji in the distance, and depending on your seat, you can even see the Tokyo Skytree. Another new discovery for me was that if you order a paid coffee, you can get free refills for both iced and hot coffee. The atmosphere and service were excellent this time, probably because it was not as crowded as my previous visit.

Located on the 40th floor of the Park Hyatt Tokyo, this restaurant is accessed by taking the elevator from the 2nd floor entrance of the hotel. However, it seems there is no direct access to the 40th floor, so you must get off at the 41st floor and take the stairs down to the 40th floor. The view from the atrium on the 41st floor is stunning, capturing your attention right away. The dishes are all beautifully crafted and delicious. I ordered two bottles of white wine, each costing around 20,000-30,000 yen. The staff allows you to choose the wine after a tasting. The view is amazing, the service from the staff is pleasant, making it a great choice for a special occasion.

I used it for a meal with friends. We had a course meal using Hokkaido ingredients. The green asparagus tempura was delicious. I learned about the original form of haskap for the first time as a dessert. I had only seen it as a souvenir like Hi-Chew before!

It was a great restaurant where I could enjoy an overwhelming number of authentic Japanese dishes and feel top-notch throughout. While it may be rare to taste authentic Japanese cuisine while in Japan, even tourists from overseas seemed to enjoy themselves, impressed by the dishes that Japan can be proud of. The cost performance may not be the best, but how about celebrating special occasions such as anniversaries with a seat overlooking the night view? Thank you for the meal.

On a regular day, I had the 2,500 yen cold soba lunch set. It came with rice as well. The 5,000 yen lunch set with various dishes looked very delicious and had good value for the price! The soba was just average, so I recommend splurging on the lunch set instead. I exchanged the dessert and got a refreshing tomato sorbet, which was really tasty.

Park Hyatt's Japanese restaurant, Kozue, visited after a long time. Always reliable deliciousness. Started with a first course of carabinero and scallop with ponzu, followed by a clear soup of rockfish. The sashimi was exceptional. Served on a large plate lined with crushed ice, the expertly sliced sashimi of bonito and golden eye snapper looked like a beautiful Japanese garden with nori and wasabi neatly arranged. The fried young sweetfish was presented on a dish that resembled swimming fish, accompanied by fiddlehead ferns and onions. The presentation was fantastic! The Hinai-jidori chicken hot pot was also outstanding. The bamboo shoot rice had plenty of bamboo shoots and delicious crispy bits. I even had two helpings. For dessert, there was fig wine jelly with custard ice cream. It was a very satisfying lunch! I will definitely visit again!!

A Japanese restaurant located on a high floor of a building near the workplace. The view from the window is amazing. On a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. It has a luxurious atmosphere and is perfect for business entertaining. This time, I ordered the tempura bowl. It was satisfying with a good portion size. I have also tried the 5000 yen lunch before and it was delicious too.

Today, I visited the Japanese restaurant "Kozue" located on the 40th floor of the Park Hyatt, which I had visited last December. When I got on the elevator, I couldn't find the button for the 40th floor. I remembered that I had to go up to the 41st floor once and then take the stairs or a small elevator to get there. (I think last time a hotel staff member guided me) - Menu: "Yayoi" Course - Appetizer: Firefly squid with Tosazu jelly - Soup: Clam soup (the clams were tough) - Sashimi: Tuna, amberjack, shrimp, sea lettuce - Side dishes: Mozuku vinegar, karasumi with daikon, snap peas, and more - Grilled dish: Grilled rockfish with sansho pepper, Kaga lotus root tempura - Hot pot: Tsukuba pork and sumo wrestler clams - Main dish: Tai fish rice pot - Dessert: Sweet potato pudding - Coffee I had the "Spring Course" and the standout dish was the grilled rockfish with sansho pepper. It was cooked perfectly. However, the sushi of mackerel was too salty, and the clams in the soup were tough, so I couldn't chew them and ended up swallowing them whole (which is not ideal). The service was excellent, but the restaurant was crowded and a bit hectic, which was different from my previous visit. I had requested a window seat again, but I was seated at a regular table, probably because they prioritize hotel guests. Overall, this visit felt like a slight downgrade compared to last time.

Stone-ground buckwheat soba for 3162 yen. The small side dish is simmered pork and cabbage. It has a home-cooked feel, but the broth is delicious. The tempura is cooked just right, especially the fish which is thick and juicy with no fishy taste. You can also get hijiki rice if you ask. The soba portion is small, so if you're still hungry, it's better to ask for more. The dessert is a sponge cake with ice cream and a creamy sauce on top. It's a small portion but the sauce is delicious!

Visited BIZEN for lunch in March 2023 at 12:00, with a view of Mt. Fuji, costing ¥8250 including tax. The course included appetizers, soup, sashimi, meat dish with Japanese sirloin steak, grilled on magnolia leaves with side vegetables, dessert, and a dorayaki. The atmosphere was elegant and many customers seemed to be there for business entertainment. Located a 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku and Hatsudai stations, in an area surrounded by office buildings. The view from the 40th floor was stunning, with Mt. Fuji visible and unobstructed by tall buildings. The young staff seemed inexperienced as they were unsure about proper eating etiquette. Despite this, the food was exceptional and beautifully presented, especially the Japanese sirloin steak grilled on magnolia leaves, which was fragrant and luxurious with two portions provided. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and lived up to the high expectations of being a reputable restaurant.

I visited for lunch on a weekday. This is a Japanese restaurant located on the 40th floor of the Park Hyatt Tokyo. The entrance to the restaurant is on the 41st floor, and you enter by taking the stairs down to the 40th floor. The parking lot is located on the 3rd to 4th underground floors, and if you spend over 5000 yen, you get 2 hours of free parking. The parking lot was empty on a weekday. When you pull up to the hotel entrance, the hotel staff greets you, giving you a sense of luxury. Inside the restaurant, there is a comfortable atmosphere without feeling overly luxurious. There are mainly table seats, but there are also private rooms available, making it suitable for various occasions. I made a reservation online through the official website the day before my visit. I chose the weekday-exclusive soba lunch set with one drink included (2750 yen + tax). An additional service charge applies. The set includes one drink, soba, tempura, miso soup, hijiki rice, and dessert. The soba noodles were thin with a firm texture, and the sesame sauce was delicious. Although I don't usually eat soba, I thought the soba here was quite delicious. The tempura was also elegant, with simple ingredients like fish, shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms. I even had hijiki rice and ended up quite full. Although I didn't have a window seat, it was a lunch that was gentle on the stomach. Thank you for the meal. (Y)

Delicious! The dishes are intricately designed, so I would like to try the course that includes grilled dishes next time. Although there wasn't an outstandingly delicious dish, if you try a course meal instead of a bento, there might be a dish that will make you exclaim in delight. The dishes are served in sturdy, thick pottery, and the presentation seems to be quite elaborate.

I visited this restaurant with friends for dinner at the Park Hyatt for the New Year. I had previously had shabu-shabu here a while ago in a private room, but this time we sat at a table. We had a seat by the window with a view of the night skyline, which was nice although the atmosphere at the New York Grill on the higher floor might be better. The dishes, such as the sea bream and thousand-layer turnip sushi, and the salmon and yam rice, were delicious! This restaurant is easy to book and has a nice atmosphere, making it a convenient place to dine.

It's the annual New Year's party with my sisters and their families. Even though we use the same day every year, the menu changes, making it enjoyable. This year, the number of people decreased at the last minute, but they still let us use the large private room as is. For a smaller group, the dining room with stunning night views is recommended. Appetizer: Salmon roe miso soup Soup: Sea bream soup - the sea bream is incredibly delicious here Sashimi: Medium fatty tuna, fatty tuna, yellowtail, spot prawn - the sashimi is always amazing, beautifully presented in a large bowl with high-quality seaweed Appetizers: Black beans, duck roast, simmered cod roe and fuki, abalone, salmon sushi, squid ink, yuba - the black beans and simmered yuba were exceptional Grilled dish: Sweetfish with miso - subtly flavored yet full of taste Simmered dish: Beef tongue, taro, fresh wheat gluten - all cooked perfectly Rice dish: Eel and grated yam bowl - a satisfying portion and quality, with a sweet sauce and mountain pepper condiment Dessert: White sesame bavarois - a nice fusion of Japanese and Western dessert Drinks: Non-alcoholic sparkling wine New Government NO6, Hitoroki coffee - a wide variety of drinks, giving a sense of security and excellent service typical of a hotel

I was invited to a birthday lunch and decided not to lower the blinds because I wanted to see the view, but it was hot. The weather was nice, so the view was amazing. The timing of the food coming out was a bit slow, so I didn't feel completely satisfied. The appearance and taste of the food were very good, but for a 10,000 yen course, it felt a bit lacking.

As the year-end approaches in December, I visited for a relaxing lunch break in between tidying up. It's past 2 pm, so it's surprisingly calm, but there are still some customers around. I ordered the most basic bento box, "Kozue" (5,500 yen). For my drink, I chose the organic azuki bean tea, Akane tea (800 yen). The appetizer was egg tofu topped with fried cherry shrimp and turnip miso paste. The soft egg tofu paired well with the crispy cherry shrimp. The soup was clear soup with bream, tube-shaped tofu, and shiitake mushrooms. The bream tasted light compared to grilled fish, but lacked depth compared to sea bream. Now, the bento box consists of two tiers. The first tier includes tuna and sweet shrimp sashimi, fresh wasabi from Shizuoka, rolled omelette, roe, red konjac jelly, matsukaze (simmered dish), chestnut, fresh wheat gluten, and more. The second tier includes grilled mackerel with yuzu, pickled kabura turnip from Seigoin, marinated amberjack with sweet vinegar, cream croquette with lemon, red leaf rice, and pickles. The red leaf rice contains sweet potatoes and thinly fried tofu. The cream croquette has a smooth texture with shimeji mushrooms inside. For dessert, there was strawberry coconut pudding with matcha custard sauce flavored with sweet sake. Overall, while everything was delicious, there was nothing particularly outstanding. It's a Park Hyatt after all, so expectations may have been too high. Nevertheless, the view is amazing, so it's a great choice for important gatherings or entertaining.

End of the year. Employee appreciation lunch. It's a two-tiered bento box with 2 additional dishes and dessert. Just coming to Soko is refreshing with its beautiful scenery. The price is one-third of what you would pay at a top hotel, but the quality of service is just as good. The food is impeccable, although not necessarily surprising. The two-tiered bento box is beautifully wrapped in a cloth, creating a nice presentation when opened. If you want to eat something surprisingly delicious at this price, you should go to a restaurant in the suburbs. Eating here is a special occasion. The scenery, presentation, and quality are fitting for such an occasion. During Christmas week, lunch at New York Grill is expensive, but Soko is reasonable. The customers are all pleasant people. This sense of security and convenience is invaluable. I will definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Located a 6-minute walk from Hatagaya Station on the Keio Line, I visited the Kaiseki restaurant "Kozue" on the 40th floor of the Park Hyatt Tokyo. The "Shino" course included the following dishes: Appetizer - Steamed rice with Hokkaido hairy crab miso, Minami-Nasu eggplant, and grated ginger; Soup - Round soup with Daikon radish, Kasa turnip, and Kabura turnip; Sashimi - Tuna belly, Pacific saury, sweet shrimp, and fresh seaweed; Hassun - Herring roe Matsumae, pressed sushi with Pacific mackerel, simmered duck with turnip, and kombu seaweed with rapeseed; Grilled dish - Bonito with yuzu sauce, deep-fried winter butterbur sprouts, and white Kreson simmered in Shirokami; Main dish - Pork simmered in sake, soup with shrimp and taro, and clam candy; Rice dish - Autumn fish and cherry shrimp kamameshi rice with pickles and soup; Dessert - Strawberry coconut pudding with sweet sake flavor; Drinks - Sparkling wine, mineral water, and espresso. Despite raising the hurdle to visit this restaurant, it did not disappoint in any aspect. The service and hospitality were excellent, and I had a wonderful dining experience. However, the night view was not impressive; the "Peak Lounge" on the floor above had larger windows and a much better view.
