In order to heal my tired mind and body at the beginning of the new year in May, I wanted to eat delicious meat! I was interested in a restaurant called "Omi Ushi Yakiniku Niku TATSU Aoyama Honten" after seeing the reviews on Tabelog. This restaurant offers one of the three major Wagyu beef varieties, "Omi beef," and is authorized to handle raw meat. I made a reservation in advance and walked from Gaienmae Station to the restaurant. The exterior of the restaurant has a stylish feel, and the entrance door is indeed heavy, giving a sense of grandeur. Inside the restaurant, I was guided to a bright and beautiful seat. The spacious private rooms were particularly nice, providing a sense of security and enjoyment. I ordered the Kanno course with a 120-minute all-you-can-drink option, which included various dishes such as kimchi, namul, salad, sirloin seared sushi, today's appetizers, salted items, premium tongue salt, premium harami, sirloin steak, premium steak (inner thigh), today's lean meat, premium loin yakiniku, sauce items, today's selected cuts (upper kalbi, fire pork belly), today's offal (tripe, thick-cut heart), finale (cold noodles), and dessert table set. I started with a refreshing beer, and the Kimchi, Namul 5 kinds, and salad that were brought out were delicious. The salad had a good freshness and tasty dressing, with shredded onions adding a nice touch. Next, I enjoyed the Yukke and sirloin seared sushi, both of which were delicious. Then, I savored various meats such as premium tongue salt, thick-cut heart, harami, upper tongue salt, and thick-cut heart. The meats were all mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. I also tried the wasabi-covered chuck flap tail, which was tender and flavorful. The meal was accompanied by Seoul Makgeolli, which paired well with the dishes. The premium loin yakiniku and fire pork belly were also delightful, especially when dipped in egg. The upper kalbi and tripe were the last meats served, and they were equally delicious. The upper kalbi melted in the mouth with its rich fat, while the tripe had a great texture and flavor. Overall, the dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic and helped me relieve the stress of daily life.
