Omi Ushi Yakiniku Nikutatsu Aoyama Honten @ Gaienmae ~ A superb yakiniku restaurant with great service from Mr. Kato Today, I interviewed the member Mr. Masahiko Kato at the Aoyama yakiniku restaurant owned by Mr. Kato. The location of the restaurant is on the first floor of a building on a corner lot one block away from the Gaienmae Station on Aoyama Street. I arrived at 2:00 PM for the appointment. The door was quite heavy, but once I managed to open it, I entered a spacious room with private or semi-private seating options. After catching up with Mr. Kato for about an hour, I conducted a one-hour interview with him. Here is a summary of the information I gathered during the interview about "Nikutatsu". The restaurant offers private or semi-private rooms with a spacious roaster setup, making it easy to accommodate foreign guests. There are no additional charges or service fees, and each room has electrical outlets. The restaurant sources Omi beef from Shiga's "Biwako Foods" and offers a variety of beef, pork, and chicken dishes. They have obtained permission to serve Yukke (raw meat) and also have a permit for selling processed meat, allowing them to cater to gift items. The menu includes courses with all-you-can-drink options starting from 6,800 yen including tax, with a wide range of choices up to 10,000 yen including tax. Now, let's take a look at the dishes. Starting with the menu, they offer a variety of items, including a 5-kind assortment of Kimchi and Namul starting from 600 yen including tax. I decided to try the Omi beef sirloin seared sushi, which comes in a set of two for 990 yen including tax. Before moving on to the meat dishes, I ordered the Omi beef dashimaki tamago for 800 yen including tax, which was delicious. I then tried the thick-cut liver steak for 1,210 yen including tax, which Mr. Kato recommended. It was made with Omi beef liver and tasted great. The Yukke with salt and sauce for 1,650 yen each including tax was also delicious. For the meat dishes, I tried the Omi beef lean meat yakiniku for 1,760 yen including tax, the premium wagyu harami for 2,990 yen including tax, the premium wagyu tongue salt for 3,870 yen including tax, and the Omi beef ichibo steak for 2,805 yen including tax. All of them were delicious, especially the Omi beef ichibo steak, which had a perfect balance of fat and lean meat. For the finale, I had the Nikutatsu rice for 715 yen including tax, made with Omi beef and Omi rice. The dessert options included the special Tatsu pudding for 550 yen including tax and mango ice cream for 550 yen including tax. A select yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected Omi beef. The seared sirloin sushi melts in your mouth, with delicious and not overpowering fat that makes you feel happy. I was also surprised by the freshness of the yukhoe. The rich and delicious mixture of raw meat and egg yolk was amazing. The superb tongue was impressive, with a soft texture and a good bite. It truly lived up to its name as a superb tongue. It was so delicious that I think it's hard to find tongue this good. I could taste the umami of the meat with every bite. The assortment allowed me to enjoy various cuts of meat in small portions, making it visually appealing and elevating my mood. The Omi beef had a fine marbling and a good meaty aroma. The gentle and not overpowering, mellow sweetness of the fat was delicious. The elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, along with the attentive and meticulous service, was wonderful. The staff also changed the grill grate frequently, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably. The restaurant seemed to be loved by the locals, as there were not only business dinners, girls' nights out, and dates, but also families with children.

At a stylish yakiniku restaurant in Sotobori-mae, we were guided to a relaxing private room where we enjoyed rare Omi beef. We started with a toast with a refreshing Premium Malt's ale, followed by kimchi, salad, and chilled tomato with Omi beef jelly as appetizers, all of which were delightful. The yukhoe (Korean-style beef tartare) and seared sirloin sushi were absolutely delicious. The assorted platter of rib rolls, turtle meat, and striped throat was impressive. The sirloin with freshly grated wasabi and salt was a perfect match for Dassai sake. The Omi beef and Omi rice TATSU rice and cold noodles were a satisfying end to the meal. The staff frequently changed the grill, and their hospitality was outstanding.

I had the special selected beef tongue, special selected fillet, and Chateaubriand. Both were top quality and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I also recommend the Yukke and nigiri sushi. I would like to try rare cuts next time. It's close to my office, so I will definitely be going back.

I have visited the Shibuya branch before, but this time it was my first time at the Aoyama branch, which is the main store. In order to heal my tired mind and body at the beginning of the new year in May, I wanted to eat delicious meat! I was interested in a restaurant called "Omi Ushi Yakiniku Niku TATSU Aoyama Honten" after seeing the reviews on Tabelog. This restaurant offers one of the three major Wagyu beef varieties, "Omi beef," and is authorized to handle raw meat. I made a reservation in advance and walked from Gaienmae Station to the restaurant. The exterior of the restaurant has a stylish feel, and the entrance door is indeed heavy, giving a sense of grandeur. Inside the restaurant, I was guided to a bright and beautiful seat. The spacious private rooms were particularly nice, providing a sense of security and enjoyment. I ordered the Kanno course with a 120-minute all-you-can-drink option, which included various dishes such as kimchi, namul, salad, sirloin seared sushi, today's appetizers, salted items, premium tongue salt, premium harami, sirloin steak, premium steak (inner thigh), today's lean meat, premium loin yakiniku, sauce items, today's selected cuts (upper kalbi, fire pork belly), today's offal (tripe, thick-cut heart), finale (cold noodles), and dessert table set. I started with a refreshing beer, and the Kimchi, Namul 5 kinds, and salad that were brought out were delicious. The salad had a good freshness and tasty dressing, with shredded onions adding a nice touch. Next, I enjoyed the Yukke and sirloin seared sushi, both of which were delicious. Then, I savored various meats such as premium tongue salt, thick-cut heart, harami, upper tongue salt, and thick-cut heart. The meats were all mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. I also tried the wasabi-covered chuck flap tail, which was tender and flavorful. The meal was accompanied by Seoul Makgeolli, which paired well with the dishes. I want to say this is Omi beef, but when I ordered the top quality, all of them had tough marbling and were not meaty, but rather fatty. Celebrities might say it melts in your mouth, but it's too fatty. The harami (skirt steak) was sold out, and the most easy-to-eat one was not the top quality, but maybe the top sirloin. I am happy that I can enjoy delicious meat in a lunch set with a variety of options. The semi-private room allowed me to relax and enjoy my meal. I also appreciate the option of choosing a large portion of rice, which offers good value for money. I would like to visit again in the future.

This is a stylish restaurant with all seats in private rooms or semi-private rooms, where the staff are polite and the service is good, making it a great place to relax with friends or family. While you might think the prices are "high," the portions are generous and the taste of Omi beef is excellent, so it offers good value for money and is satisfying. Once you try their food, you won't want to go to a buffet-style yakiniku restaurant anymore. I've been going to this restaurant for a few years now, and I highly recommend the course that comes with "yakiniku lover" in its name. Other places may try to imitate it, but it's just not the same without the wagyu beef. It also comes with raw egg, giving it a "sukiyaki at a yakiniku restaurant" feel. One area for improvement would be the all-you-can-drink alcohol options, especially in terms of the taste of drinks that are popular among women.

Hello everyone. ZMA here. Today, I went to a yakiniku restaurant❣️. I had heard rumors about a delicious yakiniku restaurant and finally checked it out. I would like to introduce one of them today. I visited "Omi Ushi Yakiniku NIKU TATSU Aoyama Honten" in Gaienmae. Established in 2018, this restaurant offers the prestigious "Omi beef," a type of black wagyu beef. We enjoyed a course meal in a private room for ¥10000. Don't forget to have a delicious beer on your way back!⁡⁡ ☆Kimchi Namul ☆Salad ☆Caramelized liver These are great appetizers. The liver is especially delicious❣️ ☆Yukke (beef tartare), meat sushi ☆Salted tongue, heart, harami (skirt steak), ichibo (ribeye) with marbling The meat quality and fat balance are perfect, making it easy to eat❗️ ☆Mixed grill of sirloin and pork The meat fat is amazing! Seeking sukiyaki with Omi beef can be quite expensive, but it might be worth it with this course. The taste is luxurious!⁡ ☆Mino (tripe), hormone (offal) ☆Tatsu Meshi This is a limited item only available at this restaurant. I wish I could have seconds of this rice dish. It's better than your average beef bowl with the perfect balance of sweet and savory minced meat and egg. Thank you for the meal. While some items in the course are pricey, this could be a great option for upcoming seasonal gatherings and parties. If you find yourself in Gaienmae, be sure to check it out. The restaurant was able to accommodate a last-minute time change, served the food promptly, and it was delicious. However, it was a bit disappointing to see a few groups of people speaking loudly like at a drinking party, despite the quiet atmosphere of the restaurant. Nonetheless, I understand that it may be difficult for the staff to address this issue.

The TATSU lunch cold noodles and pudding were delicious. The customer service was also excellent. There are many private rooms where you can relax and enjoy delicious meat. Lightly cook the sirloin, top it with wasabi, sprinkle some salt, and enjoy. It's the best.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and very nice! The restroom was spacious with a separate one for women that was clean. All the meat dishes were delicious, and the staff kindly explained the types of meat and how to eat them. The pudding we had at the end was also very tasty!
