To my beloved Yahyoe. I used to come here consistently once or twice a month, but I've been a little absent for the past two months. Today being a holiday, there weren't many customers. Well, that means I can savor the sushi chef's creations leisurely. I started with white clam and Pacific saury as appetizers. I initially ordered a beer, but quickly switched to sake to pair with the appetizers. I had the Hoo no Mitama hiyaoroshi. Sipping on sake and enjoying the appetizers, I then had about 12 pieces of omakase sushi. From seasonal Pacific saury to my favorite horse mackerel and sardine, and even specialty dishes like seared blackthroat seaperch. This is truly a rare and beloved restaurant for me, where I can satisfy both my stomach and my soul.
