This is a California-based Roasters Cafe that I often visit during weekend morning walks. They have four locations in Japan - Kamakura, Kitakamakura, Shinjuku, and here in Roppongi. The cafe has a bright and open space with plenty of sunlight coming in through the glass walls and a two-story high ceiling. This morning, I ordered a "Cappuccino (600 yen)" and a "Plain Waffle (550 yen - 200 yen morning discount)". They asked for my name when I paid, and my order was called out by name when it was ready. The warm waffle was ready in about 10 minutes! It was a large waffle, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, but surprisingly light so it was easy to finish. The cappuccino had a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness, complementing the slightly sweet waffle. All the drinks here taste delicious because of the great atmosphere. It's not a cafe for working on laptops, but a place to relax and enjoy the friendly service from the stylish staff.

The atmosphere of the shop, the quality of the coffee, the prices, and the variety are almost perfect. They also offer fresh baked goods with gluten-free options, catering to various needs. The staff are all very friendly and provide excellent service, allowing customers to have a wonderful time!

I had a pressed sandwich (1200 yen) and an iced latte (720 yen) for breakfast. The interior of the restaurant was stylish and comfortable. The pressed sandwich had avocado, cream cheese, and tomato, and was delicious. The iced latte had a refreshing taste with a hint of acidity from the espresso. It was served in a thin glass which made it enjoyable to drink. Considering the location and the ambiance of the restaurant, the prices seemed reasonable, but I felt they were a bit high.

Cascara tea is made from the husks of coffee beans. It was a delicious and fruity drink with the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, almost like a healthy fruit juice. I enjoyed it so much that I savored every last drop.

I was passing by this shop that caught my eye a while ago. It seems there is also one in Shinjuku. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the open and spacious atmosphere is very nice. It's great that you can work on your laptop and get a discount on the second drink. The staff's customer service is excellent, and both the coffee and pound cake were delicious. I definitely want to come back.

Around 4:00 PM on August 19, 2023, I visited a trendy cafe where most of the seats were taken. They accept cash, PayPay, and credit cards. The cafe is located on a street where you can see Tokyo Tower. It is frequented by young people and working professionals, so it can get a bit noisy. They serve coffee with a sour taste, which is recommended for those who enjoy acidity. I tried the Kenyan coffee for 780 yen and the cheesecake. The cheesecake had a slight sourness to it, with a refreshing taste that paired well with the coffee. I recommend trying it hot next time for a different experience.

It takes about 7 minutes to walk from Roppongi Station to Tokyo Tower. This cafe originated from Santa Cruz, USA, and focuses on providing coffee with a theme of "COFFEE IS A FRUIT", emphasizing acidity and freshness. The cafe has a good number of seats and a bright atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to relax. It was not crowded when I visited, probably due to its distance from Roppongi Station. I ordered the Cold Brew for 680 yen, which was a refreshing and flavorful iced coffee with a strong acidity. Being able to choose the beans and having attention to detail makes it a great choice for coffee lovers. Although it may be a bit hard to reach due to its location, it was a good cafe experience. Thank you for the meal! ✨

California-based coffee shop with a total of five locations in Tokyo and Kamakura. I visited the Roppongi store on a holiday before 3 pm, and the store was bustling with almost full seating.
☑︎ Plain Waffle ¥660
☑︎ Cheesecake ¥880
☑︎ Latte ¥720
The waffle is made to order, so you can enjoy it hot and freshly baked! It was crispy with a hint of butter, not too sweet.
The cheesecake was moist, but ¥880 is a bit expensive...

I went to this cafe for a meetup and went up to the second floor to secure seats before going back down to place an order. I ordered a cappuccino for 630 yen and requested some latte art. The cappuccino was made with the 1950 Blend, which is a favorite of the Verve staff. It had a peach-like sweetness followed by a rich brown sugar sweetness, with a floral and light texture characteristic of Ethiopian coffee. It was a Thursday evening before 6:30 PM, and the cafe was about half full. The second floor was spacious and cool with the air conditioning, but the noise from conversations echoed a lot. It might be more relaxing to sit on the first floor.

It was a stylish and sophisticated café! The café had a spacious two-story layout, so we were able to sit down without waiting even on weekends. There were many foreign customers, so it felt like being overseas while in Japan. ♡

☑️Iced latte for ¥720, ☑️pound cake, ☑️brownie. A stylish cafe located a 7-8 minute walk from Roppongi Station. The cafe has a high ceiling and spacious seating, making it a comfortable place to relax. Both the latte and desserts were delicious. In particular, the fig and chocolate pound cake had a nice touch of spice and was very tasty! However, the second-floor seating area is quite cold due to strong air conditioning, so wearing long sleeves is recommended even in the summer!

VERVE COFFEE ROASTERS Roppongi store is a bright cafe located a 7-8 minute walk from Roppongi Station, perfect for breakfast. I had plain waffles, a Red Hot Tuna pressed sandwich, cold brew, and hot coffee. The waffles were delicious, with a pancake-like texture and a hint of sweetness. The Red Hot Tuna sandwich had a spicy kick. The cafe has seating on the second floor and a terrace, making it surprisingly spacious. It's a hidden gem of a cafe, a great place to visit.

I visited the Verve Roppongi store for the first time. It was a Sunday afternoon and there were seats available on both the 1st and 2nd floors. I ordered an iced latte and asked for almond milk instead. The sweetness and bitterness were perfectly matched, and I enjoyed it until the last drop. The weather outside was hot, so it was a nice break to relax. If I had been hungry, I would have loved to try one of the many dessert options. Thank you!

I often use this cafe for meetings in Roppongi. The exterior and interior are very trendy and fashionable, with lots of stylish people around. The coffee is good, but I'm not very knowledgeable about different brands, so I usually just order whatever. Oh, they don't accept cash here. And the wait time for the coffee is incredibly long. Not suitable for people in a hurry, but great for those with extra time to spare.

Today, in between work, I went to a cafe. This cafe had outlets and was very clean. There were more foreigners than Japanese people. The coffee was a bit expensive at 700 yen per cup, but having outlets was convenient for businessmen! I will use this cafe again!

The weather on weekends is perfect in the morning. The atmosphere is great, with the smell of delicious snacks and coffee. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it for the location and atmosphere. I had a Valencia, which was not too sweet and had a good balance of bitterness in the aroma. I personally prefer a lighter taste.

There are many foreign customers. It has a perfect atmosphere for a weekend morning. It looks expensive but is actually quite affordable. It's not very spacious, but the turnover is good so there was no need to wait for a seat. The terrace is nice, but it gets too hot in the summer. It's common to see foreigners reading under the scorching sun. The service is average and the wifi is just for show.

This time, I visited the cafe "VERVE COFFEE ROASTERS" in Roppongi. It is a stylish two-story cafe with glass windows. The interior has counter seats, table seats, and even a terrace outside, making it a great space for working alone or hanging out with friends. I ordered the Fruit Cold Brew for 780 yen. It is a coffee drink that combines orangeade with cold brew coffee. When you order, the staff will call out your name when it's ready, which can be a bit embarrassing! As for the taste, it has a refreshing citrus flavor that is perfect for summer. If you're craving coffee in Roppongi, be sure to check out this cafe!

[Verve Coffee Roasters (#Roppongi)]
Located a 7-minute walk from Roppongi Station, Verve Coffee Roasters. I visited around 14:00 on Monday.
- Chocolate and Fig Pound Cake (¥550)
- Iced Latte (¥720)
✎ Chocolate and Fig Pound Cake
The chewy texture of the figs is irresistible. You can also enjoy the moist chocolate flavor, which pairs perfectly with the latte. The cake itself is fluffy and very easy to eat. It made me realize that chocolate and figs go well together. They also offer other sweets like carrot cake and meals like hot sandwiches.
✎ Latte
A latte with a refreshing aftertaste, perfect for latte beginners. The barista carefully hand-drips each cup, providing an authentic coffee experience. The shop has a glass facade, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. There are also terrace seats, perfect for the upcoming season. Be sure to visit. Thank you for the meal.

This is a cafe located on the way from Roppongi to Iidabashi. I have visited the same cafe in Kamakura, but this is my first time here. The cafe has a spacious and bright atmosphere with a double-height ceiling. There are seats on the first and second floors. They have about 6 types of coffee beans on display, and you can also try samples. They also offer a variety of baked goods that all look delicious. On this day, I had a cappuccino for 630 yen. It had a peach-like sweetness and juiciness, followed by the rich sweetness of brown sugar. A card included with the coffee described it as having a floral and light texture with hints of jasmine typical of Ethiopia, but it tasted more acidic to me. Next time, I plan to try some baked goods and a single origin coffee.

I often go to this coffee shop nearby for a coffee break like feeling, even though it's not really close by and I don't have any business in this area. If it was closer to my house, I would probably stop by every time I pass by the store.
