A newly opened yakiniku restaurant in Shibuya's Center Street, a place rarely visited. They offer a course where you can also enjoy burgers produced by TACUBO, all for 9900 yen including all-you-can-drink. Located on the 3rd floor of a building, less than a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, I visited this restaurant after making a reservation two days prior to my Sunday visit. I reserved the 6:00 PM slot, and upon arrival, there were only two other groups besides me. However, by around 7:30 PM, the restaurant started filling up, with about 80% of the tables occupied. I recommend making reservations in advance for busy times like Saturday or Friday evenings. I ordered a course menu priced just over 8,000 yen. The meal started with Namul and salad, followed by Yukhoe, lean salted meat, marinated meat, rice, noodles, and dessert. The variety and portion of the meat were impressive, with a focus on lean cuts that were not too heavy on the stomach. The Namul and salad portions were generous, likely to please female diners, and the Yukhoe was visually appealing, with thick, fresh cuts of meat providing great satisfaction. The grilled meats, both marinated and salted, had distinct flavors, ensuring a lack of monotony. The lean cuts like Harami and loin were tender and not dry, with just the right amount of marbling. The cold noodles were refreshing with a satisfying chew, and the dessert, a light gelato, provided a perfect conclusion to the meal. Overall, for the price, this restaurant offers a satisfying experience with both meat and side dishes.

I saw the restaurant on Instagram and thought it looked delicious, so I decided to visit. The place was empty on a Monday, which made me a bit uneasy, but I placed my order. I ordered the recommended beef sashimi and yukhoe platter for 3,000 yen, as well as the regular tongue for 1,750 yen, the liver brûlée for 1,500 yen, and the yukhoejang soup for 950 yen. I also ordered the harami, kalbi, and loin (each around 1,500 yen). The negi rice was good, but the beef sashimi had a sauce that was too overpowering, masking the taste of the meat. The liver felt mushy, possibly due to poor freshness. The yukhoejang soup was basically just hot water, though it improved slightly after they remade it. The glass was chipped, and the service was lacking in quality. Overall, the food and service did not match the high prices of 4,000 to 5,000 yen per person.

Exploring a new yakiniku restaurant in Shibuya. Went to Uptown Yakiniku Hiraku located deep in Center Gai. The course meal offers free refills of meat, which is nice. The loin and harami were pretty tasty, but it was disappointing that they didn't offer tongue. While they did have tongue available for the all-you-can-eat option, I wish they included at least one piece in the initial course. The top-notch yukke, liver, and beef tongue at the delicious restaurant "Hiraku." Today, I made a reservation for this restaurant in Shibuya for a farewell party with young colleagues who are leaving their jobs to start a new challenge. The restaurant is a bit hard to find, located in a building next to Ikinari Steak in Shibuya Center Street. You need to take the elevator up and be seated at the counter by the window. We started with beer and ordered the popular "Hiraku Premium Course," which includes the best cuts of meat such as yukke, thick-cut beef tongue, and liver. The course offers a variety of exquisite dishes, starting with appetizers like kimchi and namul, Hiraku's homemade salad, yukke, and beef sashimi, and Wagyu seared sushi. The main course included thick-cut beef tongue, thinly sliced beef tongue, and a selection of four premium meats. The meal was completed with a choice of rice, Kalbi tantanmen, or Hiraku cold noodles, followed by a dessert of creme brulee. The meal was satisfying and delicious.

On a regular night, we made a same-day reservation for a course meal. We visited with a baby stroller, but they prepared children's dishes for us and the staff were very kind and attentive. The meat was all high quality and delicious, so much so that even women could easily eat it all. The Yukgaejang soup was also flavorful and delicious.

I went to have the all-you-can-eat lunch course for 4800 yen, and the cost performance is the best I've ever experienced. It's already breaking the norm that all-you-can-eat black wagyu beef is less than 5000 yen, but the customer service and speed of service were also outstanding. If you want to eat delicious yakiniku to your heart's content, this is definitely the place to go. I apologize for the poor quality of the photos.

I enjoyed a delicious lunch (forgot to take most photos). Before the meal, we toasted and quickly seared and ate the tender roast beef, which was very tasty. The tongue was also flavorful and satisfying. The yukhoe was delicious, and the meat-wrapped shiso sushi was great. The soup was also delicious, especially the rich oxtail soup with tomato kimchi, regular kimchi, bamboo shoots, and namul. The Negi-tare rice that came later, with meat wrapped around it, was incredibly delicious (no photo). The rice had a lot of green onions piled on top in a cute circular shape, covered in sauce. I will definitely go back! Thank you for the meal ♡

I had a course meal at a friend's birthday party. To our surprise, a meat cake was served! It was all cooked deliciously. The base was made of onions, which needed to be grown. The ribbon was made of tan, and the rest was delicious meat (not sure which part). It was really nice to be able to eat yukhoe given the current situation. The cost performance of this restaurant is really good. (Maybe the organizer arranged it by chance?)

Delicious! Raw meat is the best haha it was a paradise for raw meat - I didn't take any photos, but the beef sashimi yukhoe was the best. It felt like a flower blooming around the eye of the beef, like a roast. I've never seen such a large and beautiful thinly sliced tongue. I drank plenty of wine and was satisfied, even though it was very hot and a bit warm.

I chose the 10,000 yen course. At the end, you can choose your favorite meat, but the meat here is of good quality and quite filling, so you can't really order a lot. On the way out, everyone said, "It was delicious!" and left, showing that it is a wonderful restaurant with great service.

I love ordering the assorted raw meat platter every time I visit. It's recommended for those who enjoy raw meat. I even think having the raw meat platter with rice would be good. Another recommendation is the Yukkejang - it's spicy but has a sweetness and richness that I love. The hormone dish is average, but everything else I've tried has been delicious.

Therefore, my posts are a bit more about Tokyo and less about Nagoya. Nice to meet you. I had yakiniku in Shibuya for work. I don't go to Shibuya often, but the restaurant was located in the back of the famous Center Gai, where the streets were a bit calmer. I had the Hiraku course. It was a luxurious feast with very tender and flavorful yukhoe, high-quality meats such as beef tongue, and more. The liver had no unpleasant smell and was full of rich flavor, and the roast beef, served in a sukiyaki style, was also impressive. The namul, salad, and creme brulee were delicious as well. I enjoyed a variety of drinks from beer to highball to wine, and they all paired well with the amazing meats. In particular, the Ichiro's Malt highball was a different kind of delicious compared to the whiskey I usually drink. It was so wonderful that I would like to go back again. I made a reservation for a 4800 yen lunch and visited the restaurant. There were fewer types of meat than I expected, and to be honest, the quality of the meat was lower than that of a chain restaurant. It felt a bit dry. I thought, is this really worth 5000 yen? The restaurant isn't very large, but the interior is relatively clean. It seems like 3000 yen out of the 4800 yen is for the location.

It's not a difficult place to find, but I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't stumbled upon it by chance! Everything was incredibly delicious! I went for lunch so I didn't have any alcohol, but it was quick and satisfying. I could tell from the way they run their business that it's a great place. I'm so happy I found it!
