KINTAN is a chain restaurant where you can enjoy a meal without worrying about getting a bad dish, no matter what price range you choose. It's a place that comes in handy when you're in a pinch. On this particular day, the recommendation was the Yukke (shown in the first photo). It looked new and the flavor was on the salty side, but overall satisfying.

A set of 9 types including aged tongue salt, misuji, top kalbi, and shoulder tri-tip! However, due to sourcing reasons, the lean meat has been changed to sirloin. What! Is that okay?! (laughs) Happy! (laughs)⠀⠀ I was surprised by how delicious every piece of meat was. I was honestly surprised. Honestly, I used to go to KINTAN occasionally when I was in college, feeling like it was a bit better than Gyu-Kaku, so I stopped choosing it when I became a working adult. But it was beyond my expectations…! I've been to quite a few yakiniku restaurants, but KINTAN is amazing! It's juicy and flavorful without being too heavy or greasy, it melts in your mouth with a sweet taste! I'm someone who can't eat kalbi or sirloin because they make me feel sick, but the kalbi and sirloin here were so delicious! It was juicy yet light, easy to eat without feeling heavy… What is this…⠀⠀ The tongue was thick and delicious, the harami was full of flavor. And the additional teppan I ordered was unbelievably delicious…! It was chewy with a sweet fat taste yet refreshing…! The flavor of the hormones was too good. All the meats were delicious, I was completely satisfied.⠀⠀ The service was also polite, and the value for money at this location with this volume was extraordinary. I will definitely go back.⠀⠀ Oh, the grilling area was a bit small! It felt a bit cramped in the booth for 3 people, so if you grill for 4 people, you might have to compromise or fight (laughs). But they did change the grill net for us, so it was okay. ◎

I went to a yakiniku restaurant in the city for the first time and enjoyed the meat sushi, 300g meat course salad, and free rice refills. It was a bit disappointing that there was no tongue on the menu, but overall, everything tasted delicious. I felt that if I were to go for lunch, I might prefer a lunch set where I can choose what I like to eat. The staff, although young, provided very polite and pleasant service. The restaurant was bustling with many staff members, and even on a weekday lunchtime, it was fully booked, so I think reservations are necessary.

I wanted to try this popular restaurant, so I went during lunchtime right after it opened. When I entered, I saw that it was full, truly a popular spot. I ordered the Shibuya Platinum Set and Yukhoe (Korean raw beef). The Yukhoe arrived first and it was delicious! I was surprised to find out that you could have unlimited refills of soup, salad, and rice during lunch. For the grilled meat, there were two types of sauces on the table, sweet and spicy. When I tried the grilled meat, I noticed that all of them had a slight smell to them. Chewing and swallowing the Kalbi (short ribs) was tough. I was looking forward to trying the sirloin, but it also had a smell to it. I wonder if it was a different type of meat? The Yukhoe was really delicious, thank you for the meal. Also, it was disappointing to receive torn bills as change when I paid the bill.

Had lunch at Shibuya KINTAN. The amount of meat is sufficient and you will leave feeling full. This time, I was seated in the private room at the back for the first time, which was quiet and perfect for lunch meetings. I ordered the Sendai beef large grilled meat set and organic lemon cider. The lemon cider is lightly carbonated, so those who prefer strong carbonation may want to avoid it.

I went for lunch. The customer service from the staff was excellent! There were many young staff members, but they were attentive and made the lunch experience pleasant. We ordered a dessert plate, and while we were taking photos of it, a staff member tried to bring us separate plates, but noticing that we were busy, they quietly went back and returned with the plates when we were ready. I was impressed by their thoughtfulness!

I occasionally use this restaurant for lunch! The meat is delicious and the staff's service is very good. It's nice that you can have unlimited refills of salad and soup. Since it's a popular restaurant, I recommend making a reservation. Also, it's better to go with plenty of time because it might feel rushed if you leave within an hour of entering.

I visited this restaurant with two guests in February this year, and they were extremely happy with the service. They decided to come back to celebrate the restaurant's listing, this time with an additional guest, making it a group of three. As someone who works with various suppliers, I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by this group. The person who served us this time seemed like a university student working part-time, but their service was so outstanding that they seemed like a manager. The detailed explanations about the different cuts of meat were particularly impressive. It was clear that they really wanted the customers to enjoy the delicious meat. Even though the Shibuya branch was crowded with many foreign customers, the staff managed to handle the busy environment efficiently. There were also other services that I can't mention here, but the three female customers with me were all extremely pleased. The meat was delicious, of course, but personally, my favorite from this group was the pickled plum kimchi. I could eat it every day. The price was high, but the Chateaubriand made from Sendai beef A5 rank was incredibly tender and flavorful, almost like A18 rank. The first time the girls tried the Kintan Group, they found the Yukke Half and Half to be the best. The Tomosankaku, which they tried for the first time, was amazing, almost on par with the Chateaubriand. Since they were girls, they said they had a separate stomach for desserts and ordered three for the three of them. Despite eating and drinking too much, their stomachs were full, but they were grateful for the overwhelming experience. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The staff at the restaurant were very attentive, but sometimes they were too focused on their earpieces and couldn't hear us when we called out at the table. However, their service was very kind and polite. We had lunch and were very satisfied with the meal.

I love cold noodles, but I rarely have the opportunity to eat them except when I go to a yakiniku restaurant for dinner. However, I recently discovered a cold noodle set on the lunch menu at Kintan for ¥1100. The set comes with all-you-can-eat salad, Chinese cabbage and egg soup, and dessert. Although vinegar was not provided with the cold noodles, I enjoyed them as they were. Dipping the chive kimchi in the soup was a great combination! The noodles were not too bland, but I think they would taste even better with vinegar. The staff, mostly young women, had lovely smiles and provided excellent service. The dessert was served promptly after finishing the meal. I am curious to try the truffle bibimbap next time.

This was my first visit to KINTAN in Shibuya. The restaurant floor at Parco was crowded everywhere with long lines, but KINTAN, located in a secluded area, had no line. However, all the table seats were fully booked, so I was seated at the counter. The counter seat was spacious, with a nice view from the window, giving a sense of openness and comfort. I recommend the counter seats for two people. I ordered the casual yakiniku set. On weekends and holidays, there is a one-drink order policy. In addition to the sweet and spicy sauces on the table, I also received a green onion salt sauce for the tongue. The quality of the meat was decent for the price, with a total of 250g of meat in 5 varieties, so it didn't get boring. The soup of the day was kimchi soup, and the dessert was chocolate panna cotta. Salad, soup, and rice (white rice and 16-grain rice) were all-you-can-eat. Especially, the dressing for the salad was delicious, so I always asked for seconds. The staff was excellent, offering to refill my drink without me asking and checking if I wanted more. After being told that dessert would be brought, I went to the restroom, and when I returned to my seat, they promptly served the dessert. I was very satisfied with the superb customer service.

I tried the limited menu collaboration of Sendai beef and Miyagi beef at the familiar KINTAN restaurant, which has opened in Fukuoka. The dessert ice cream was also interesting. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Visited on Tuesday at 7:00 PM. The restaurant was fully booked. There were many foreign customers, probably due to the location. Witnessed another customer receiving a wedding celebration. Whenever I visit this chain restaurant, they always manage to secure a fantastic seat for me. That alone maximizes my satisfaction level. And of course, the food is delicious as always. This time, the director kindly offered us a special treat - a cut of meat called "Togarashi," which is apparently part of the shoulder. It was unbelievably tasty and sweet. I felt like I could die happy at that moment! The female staff who served our table was polite and attentive. The other customers at the table seemed very satisfied as well. It was the perfect celebration for the newlyweds. Thank you for the wonderful meal. It was truly a top-notch experience. And let me just say, the kimchi assortment with pickled plums was absolutely amazing. I couldn't stop eating it.

Kintan is famous for its yakiniku and shabu-shabu. I recently found out that there is a Kintan in Shibuya PARCO. The restaurant is very spacious and clean! Girls would be happy if you take them on a date to this place. I recommend trying the course menu. Today's recommendation is the anniversary course. A must-try dish is the yukhoe. It's so good that you should definitely order it even as an extra. The conversation might even spark up with questions like "Do you prefer the negi-shio yukhoe or the tare yukhoe?" Be careful with the course selection as it might be quite filling. The yakisuki is also a must-try at Kintan. Since dessert is not included in the course, it's a good idea to ask "Do you want dessert?" at the end of the meal.

It was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. I went about 3 times and it was not bad. The taste is decent. The staff's service was okay. Among the competitive yakiniku restaurants in Shibuya, it ranks high. I went with my family, but I also want to go with friends. It's something to look forward to.

Took a customer to the restaurant and they were extremely satisfied♡ The hospitality from the staff was too good to be true... Maybe there was some favoritism, but they treated us unbelievably well even though the restaurant was packed. The taste of the meat was outstanding as expected. The miso was incredibly tender and amazing!! Even though we were only 3 people, they prepared a private room for 6 people and we received so much service from the staff, it made us really happy. Thank you so much!!

I went with my friends! We decided the night before to eat yakiniku and made a reservation. It was my first time at KINTAN! Everything was delicious, but personally, these two dishes in the photo were the best. I love truffles and can eat about 3-4 more bowls of this rice. Also, before the 3 types of kimchi and namul were served, they asked if there was anything I didn't like. I mentioned that I don't like bean sprouts, so they removed them for me! Thank you very much. It was very delicious and I am very satisfied! I want to go again!

There were strollers friendly to parents with children everywhere, so I felt at ease walking around. It's also great that there were moms coming with their kids alone, it's quite reassuring. The fact that the restroom was right in front of the store was also awesome. We made a reservation and were seated at the back, so we could relax.

We went out to eat with 4 people at a New Year's party, the course meat was decent, the beef tongue could have been better, but the salted miso was delicious. The atmosphere was nice, perfect for a date. It was a high-end and stylish yakiniku restaurant.
