A calm atmosphere bar that is almost full even on weekdays! The blackboard menu features seasonal fresh fruit cocktails, and behind the counter, there are various whiskies lined up! The appetizer is a warm consommé soup, so comforting. The cocktail with kinako (roasted soybean flour) is interesting and delicious. It's a leisurely and tasty kinako cocktail with fruit. The azuki bean cocktail is also sweet and perfect for dessert! I would love to stop by again for a meal nearby. ♩

Tonight, I was taken to a place by someone I visited after dinner. You can choose from today's selection of fruits for the cocktail. They can make it however you like, adjusting the alcohol strength and sweetness to your preference. Before the cocktail, a consommé soup is served as a thoughtful gesture. The first drink was made with pear and the second with muscat grape, both with a mild alcohol content, creating a refreshing cocktail. I feel like I could easily drink a lot of these! Thank you for the meal. I would love to visit this place again.

Bar Shikki in Ebisu has been around for 11 years. It's located on the 4th floor of a building, but the glass walls give it a spacious and inviting atmosphere. I had a delicious Calvados here and left extremely satisfied. It seems they don't have a presence on social media and even lack a signboard, so it attracts a more niche crowd. #Calvados #barshikki #brandy #bar #Ebisubar #Tokyobar #authenticbar #Ebisugourmet #Tokyo #stylishbar #barhopping #bartender #delicious #drinks #hardliquor #jazz #glass #drinkinggram #drink #counter #oldbottles #counterbar #bestbar #ebisubar #tokyobar #japanesebar

The second stop of the day. An authentic bar near Ebisu Station. They have a wide selection of domestic whiskies and delicious fruit cocktails. After enjoying a Laphroaig and Ardbeg soda, the bartender served a Veuve Clicquot. The Veuve at the end really hit the spot. It's a great place for the second stop in Ebisu. I'd like to stop by again sometime.

On this day, after a meeting with work colleagues in Ebisu, we decided to go to a bar, and visited this bar that had caught my interest. I heard that the bartender here has won awards in various bartender competitions, including the grand prize. I ordered the seasonal fruit Kyoho cocktail, a dry martini, and the recommended Scotch whisky. My companions ordered the seasonal fruit cocktail, a gin and tonic, and a gimlet. The Kyoho cocktail had a fresh fruit flavor and an exquisite taste. The dry martini was not too overpowering, but had a soft and gentle taste that was also impressive. It's been a while since I had such good cocktails. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely visit again.

I made a reservation through the last-minute booking site SOON and visited the BAR Shikki located in a building near Ebisu Shrine. When you open the door, you are greeted by a sophisticated atmosphere with a dark lacquered bar counter. The back bar offers a wide selection of Japanese whiskies, rare malts, and bourbons that even surprise guests from overseas. Their cocktails, made with over 10 types of fresh fruits at all times, are not only delicious but have also won numerous awards. It is definitely a must-try drink for anyone who visits. In 2014, they won the Grand Prix Yokohama Cocktail Competition Mayor's Award, and in 2016, they won the Legend Cup Yokohama Cocktail Competition Governor of Kanagawa Award.

Hidden in a back alley near Ebisu Shrine, "Bar Urushi" stands quietly. I visited for a second drink♪ With a small lantern as a landmark, climbing the stairs beyond the noren reveals a sophisticated and calming Japanese atmosphere. The chic interior in lacquer color offers a comfortable space for adults to relax♥★During the day, it operates as a "fortune-telling cafe", and cafe-only visits are also welcome! The matcha menu seems to be popular♪◎Opening hours: 12:00-18:00★At night, it operates as a bar with a selection of mainly domestic whiskies on display, along with recommended seasonal fruit cocktails!・Whisky 1200 yen~・Cocktails 1200 yen~・Fruit cocktails 1500 yen~◎Opening hours: 19:00-3:00Located near Ebisu Shrine, offering fortune-telling, this might be a power spot-like bar(。・ω・。)On this day, to celebrate a reunion with a friend after over a decade, I wanted to try the award-winning cocktail, but I decided to save it for another occasion and opted for a celebratory champagne instead(・´ェ`・;)ゞ◆Champagne Krug Grand Cuvee MV ✨✨Fine bubbles, a robust and full-bodied mouthfeel. Refreshing with complexity, elegant and deep in flavor! It was quite expensive, but still delicious~(〃艸〃)♪Served with chocolate kisses and shine muscat. The champagne was pricey indeed (laughs), but the whiskies and cocktails are at standard prices...^^;Next time, I will definitely try the cocktail "Hama Romance" that bartender Takahashi won the grand prize with at the "Yokohama Cocktail Competition"♥The atmosphere was very comfortable, and I was able to relax leisurely. Since it's open until late at night, it's a recommended second bar to visit.

Bar located near Ebisu Shrine in Ebisu. I had wanted to visit this place for a while, so I finally went. I was surprised to see consomme soup served as a charm. It was so stylish. The interior of the bar was dimly lit but not too dark, and the atmosphere was relatively casual, which was different from what I had expected. This bar seems to specialize in Japanese whiskey, but I was intrigued by the fruit cocktails, so I ordered one.
- The cocktail with La France pear, a type of pear produced in Niigata, Japan. It had a thick, jelly-like texture and was incredibly rich and delicious.
- There was also a cocktail made with kinako (roasted soybean flour), which was something I had never seen before. It was milk-based and easy to drink, with a refined kinako flavor that blended well.
I ended the night with a Komagatake whiskey. The bill was around 5000 yen per person, which was close to what was written, so there might be a minimum charge. Overall, it was a great experience.

【Positive Points】- The bar master was a very nice person to talk to and it was enjoyable!- The small space and the lanterns outside the store added a nice touch to the atmosphere!- There was a wide variety of drinks, including seasonal cocktails! The strawberry martini was exceptional!!! (I'm a guy but I still ordered it, haha)【Concerns】- Very narrow【Personal Rating】4 stars ★★★★☆Recommended as a second option in Ebisu! Since the interior is small, it's better to call ahead to confirm if there's space available! I think it can be used for any occasion.

The short cocktails were delicious and expertly made! I was able to encounter a 25-year-old Laphroaig, receiving the highest praise without any complaints! I will definitely visit again when I go to Ebisu ^ ^

This is a lovely interior. The atmosphere is nice too. There were various types of fruit cocktails listed on the board, and I had a hard time deciding. I ordered the chestnut cocktail, which was delicious. It was green in color, which was quite intriguing. The taste was very chestnut-like, sweet and gentle. The texture was also good. I would like to come back again.

Authentic bar in Ebisu. They have an amazing selection of whiskies, but their fruit cocktails are also top-notch. I tried the azuki bean cocktail and the kinako cocktail, both tasted like desserts and were delicious. My husband had the "Ardbeg Grooves" whisky, a limited edition released for Ardbeg Day this year. Cost: 5,000 yen Rating: 4.5 stars 5 stars: Definitely want to visit again!! 4 stars: Would revisit if given the chance. 3 stars: Would consider revisiting. 2 stars: Once is enough. 1 star: Not worth a visit.

This September, the Mid-Autumn Festival's full moon will grace the sky on September 15th, although it is not necessarily the full moon (which falls on the 17th). The Mid-Autumn Festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month in the lunar calendar, representing the middle of autumn (July to September). It is not to be confused with the Blue Moon, which occurs when there are four full moons in a season, with the third one being the Blue Moon. The next Blue Moon will be on February 19, 2019. In the past, the Blue Moon was considered an ominous sign, but more recently it is believed to bring good luck. Tonight, we continue with a fruit cocktail, as the seasonal fruits from summer to early autumn offer a refreshing and sophisticated taste. Among them is the "Port Scene," which won the gold award at the recent Yokohama Cocktail Competition, using Japanese pear to express the sentiment of a port. Enjoy the selection of cocktails and savor the flavors of summer and early autumn.

A bar near Ebisu Station that is not very conspicuous but quietly stands out. The interior is designed in a sleek black style, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. The counter is smooth and shiny, making it easy to slide around. I started with a cocktail made with fresh pomegranate juice. It was meticulously made by squeezing the pomegranate with little edible parts and straining it. The beautiful color was satisfying both to the eyes and the palate. For the second drink, I had whiskey. I usually only drink wine and am not familiar with whiskey at all, but the bartender recommended Glenlivet Nadurra Oloroso to me. It had a taste of dessert wine, and it was the first time I found whiskey delicious. The bartender explained various whiskeys in an easy-to-understand way, and I had a great night.
