The working cat loves Twitter and was checking it when they found out about the new information: "Collaboration with the working cat to sell 'Working Cat in Taito Station Crepe'!" The period is from 1/16 (Sat) until sold out. Comes with an original can badge. There are only a few collaboration stores (11 nationwide / 2 in Tokyo), so I'm worried it will sell out quickly! The shop is located in Akihabara on the east-west free passage, next to TAITO Station. It's a small arcade and a crepe shop along the passage. I would usually ignore it, but for the collaboration, it's different. I definitely want to try the working cat.

<Working Cat Crepe 800 yen>
The crepe is topped with banana, chocolate spray, whipped cream, and an ice cream face, and then shaped. The ice cream becomes a helmet, the paw pads are hand-drawn with a chocolate pen, the ears are made of white chocolate, and the familiar "Yoshi! ☞" is added. Once written out, it sounds simple, but it looked like hard work to make. It took two people working carefully to create it. Thanks to them, the quality is quite good! The crepe is inspired by the working cat at Taito Station and is wrapped in original wrapping paper. It has almost a whole banana and plenty of whipped cream, so it's quite filling! The cat's head part is made of sesame ice cream. The crepe dough is not crispy but fluffy. Before ordering, I was trying to convince myself that it's expensive because it's a collaboration, comes with a can badge, is limited, etc., but seeing the effort put into making it, I couldn't help but accept it. It was delicious, but the satisfaction was high because I got to eat the working cat and the staff worked hard!

When I went, it was not crowded, but 20 minutes later, there were a few people lined up. It's understandable that it takes time to make because it's more difficult than a regular crepe. Normally, I don't think it would be as busy... There is no eat-in space, so you have to eat in the adjacent free space. It's a shop along the passage, so it's intended for eating on the go. I also got the can badge I wanted the most from this collaboration, "Working Cat x Space Invader" (the most Taito-like and cool!). I even played the crane game and enjoyed the working cat marketing strategy (laughs).
