I was looking for a restaurant for a hotel lunch and chose Kazune-san, who can use ANA shareholder discount coupons. I made a reservation by phone, informed them of the use of shareholder discount coupons and parking, and asked about the parking situation. They mentioned that there was a wedding but since it was Saturday, business use was low, so parking should be fine. Since we chose a course meal for a few people, we were able to use the parking for 2 hours for free. It's convenient to be able to secure underground parking through the service, although there are restrictions. Since it was a same-day reservation, the counter was fully booked at the designated time. We were seated at a table, but it turned out to be the right choice! The semi-private room had a high ceiling up to the top floor, making it bright and spacious, and we could hardly feel the presence of the neighboring table, so we had a comfortable time. We chose the lunch course "Kazeon" where you can choose the main dish. The appetizer was bonito sashimi that day, with fresh bonito and the flavor of myoga and shiso making it delicious. The seasonal salad had a good variety of ingredients like eggplant and pumpkin, with persimmon dressing and chestnut dip being very tasty, and diced persimmons adding an accent. The steak was served with stir-fried bean sprouts and Moroccan shimeji mushrooms, along with wasabi paste, pink rock salt, and seaweed salt. I chose medium doneness for the sirloin, and it was cooked just right with a good aroma of fat and a refreshing aftertaste. I chose Takata no Yume rice, which was fluffy and well-cooked, and with the pickles provided, it was delicious until the end. The dessert was Kyoho grape sherbet, with a smooth texture and just the right amount of sweetness, and the fresh Kyoho grapes added a refreshing touch. A delicate edible flower was also included. Although I was given permission to take photos, when it was served in front of me, I was tempted by the aroma and appearance, and before I knew it, it became dessert. One thing that bothered me a little was that the chopsticks were placed beforehand, and if you're not careful when sitting down, they can easily catch on your clothes and fall off, and the garlic rice was at an additional cost. It would be better to have the chopsticks placed after being seated, even though it's a bit of a hassle, and if there are items that are at an additional cost, I think it should be mentioned on the website. The amount of the course was satisfying, the staff were friendly, and they also subtly reminded us to be careful of the step in the aisle. Overall, it's a restaurant with impeccable service. After leaving the restaurant, I used the restroom in the hotel on the same floor. The window side is all glass, and the handwashing area is also clean and well-maintained. Since it's on the upper floor, you can overlook Shinagawa Station with Shinkansen, Yamanote Line, Keikyu Line, and you can also see the greenery of Seisen Women's University and Mitsubishi Kaikodo.
