I visited the KFC Kitaaoyama store on August 29, 2022. I ordered the lunch set C, which included a Japanese-style chicken cutlet sandwich for 640 yen. I also got a lemonade soda to drink. The sandwich alone costs 390 yen. The store is located near Omotesando Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Chiyoda Line, and Hanzomon Line, at exit B2. The store is bright and has around 40 seats on the second floor. They play Western music, and you can pay with cash, credit card, electronic money, or QR code. The sandwich was made with whole wheat buns, soy sauce-flavored teriyaki sauce, special mayonnaise, shredded cabbage, and chicken. The sweet teriyaki sauce and special mayonnaise complemented each other well, enhancing the flavor of the chicken and buns.

Sometimes I crave KFC, and on this day, I had a strong urge to eat it, so I went all the way to KFC in Omotesando. You order at the counter on the first floor, and the seating is on the second floor. Be careful because the stairs to the second floor are hard to find. On this day, I ordered the Chicken Fillet Sandwich set. It came with chicken, a biscuit, a drink, coleslaw, and more. It was quite a generous portion, but the chicken was thin and sparse. I wonder if this is the kind they use for set meals. Thank you for the meal.

I used a coupon and ordered a Fillet Sandwich & Crispy Chicken & Biscuit & Iced Coffee (S) set for 680 yen at KFC for a quick and convenient lunch. I wanted to have fried potatoes as a side menu, but unfortunately they are not available until the end of the month due to supply issues. So, I had to settle for a biscuit as an alternative. It's really disappointing.

A lunch set (Pepper Mayo Twister) & S Nuggets (using a coupon) = ¥750. The pepper mayo paired well with the chicken and was very delicious. The classic nuggets had a mild flavor and a light, crispy texture.

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon in early April. The shop is located near Omotesando. The 1st floor is the cashier, and the 2nd floor is the eating area. When going up to the 2nd floor, use the stairs at the back. If you use the stairs in the front, you'll end up at a beauty salon, so be careful. At the cashier, I ordered an iced coffee and crispy boneless KFC original recipe. After paying, I received my order and then went up the stairs at the back. The eating area on the 2nd floor felt a bit cramped. The crispy boneless KFC original recipe was delicious and crispy. It was a smoke-free environment, so I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably. I usually don't review nationwide chain stores, but I have to make an exception this time. While walking back from seeing the gingko trees at Gaienmae, I spotted a poster for the Red Hot Chicken at this store near the main branch of Kinokuniya. Last time, I missed out because the local store sold out quickly, so I learned my lesson to buy it as soon as it's released next time. The store had a counter facing the road, and surprisingly, there weren't many people ordering the Red Hot Chicken. I bought 4 pieces to take home since I had already eaten lunch and dessert at different places. I found out that the Red Hot Chicken was released the day before, so I could have bought it locally, but oh well. I had it for dinner with a glass of Koshu dry white wine. The crispy coating and the spiciness were irresistible. While most seasonal items at KFC don't compare to the original, this one is exceptional. It's a bold move for a fast food chain to sell a menu item that not everyone can handle. KFC is one of my favorite fast food chains for doing things like this. I wonder how many more times I can buy the Red Hot Chicken this season. I won't review it again though. *Note: The rating is for KFC's menu overall. For the Red Hot Chicken alone, I would give it a 3.5.

Yes, it's almost always the case that I forget to take a picture after almost finishing my meal. I had 2 pieces of chicken, a small fries, ginger ale, and a limited-time Crushers. The chicken had a reliable taste. However, KFC can vary in terms of how greasy it is or its flavor depending on the day. Personally, I really love KFC's biscuits. I would love to lie naked on a bed of biscuits and have syrup or honey poured over me. But for some reason, today I had fries as a side. As for the Crushers, I won't be ordering it again! I had high expectations after seeing the picture. The 2 pieces of chicken and fries were gone in 30 seconds! The fries were gone in 10 seconds. As for the Crushers, it disappeared after just one sip with a straw. Now, back to work I go! Oh, I wish I had a day off. The person I'm with is lucky, saying they have a day off tomorrow. Oh, that person calls it "Kenta" instead of KFC, but I wonder if it's like the difference between McDonald's and Macca's.

I used it in the evening on a regular day. It was not crowded. While taking a walk, I suddenly felt like eating chicken and went to KFC in Omotesando. Although you can eat chicken anywhere in Japan, it is still delicious. I feel like it has become more delicious since it switched to domestic chicken. I ordered 2 pieces of fried chicken, a biscuit, and a multigrain rice ball. I chose the limited-time pumpkin biscuit, but the dough was not very yellow, so the pumpkin content seemed low. The multigrain rice ball also felt like it was just warmed up in the microwave from frozen, so maybe I didn't need to order it. I felt that it was good that there are various payment methods available at the first floor counter, such as credit cards, Suica, PASMO, and Hayakaken (transportation IC card) (maybe because JCB headquarters is in front of the store...?!). I thought I could eat while looking down at Aoyama Street, but the windows were high and I couldn't really see outside (lol).
