This is a restaurant where you can eat the brand beef called Ozaki beef, which is said to be a phantom red meat. It was visited by Saito Soma in "Saito Soma's Washin o Kimi ni" with Okamoto Nobuhiko. Okamoto Nobuhiko is a voice actor who plays characters like Bakugo Katsuki in "My Hero Academia". It is a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, but the closest station is Higashi-Shinjuku Station. It is a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station and a 5-minute walk from Seibu Shinjuku Station. The location is in Kabukicho, so I was surprised by the surrounding shops, but I managed to find it safely. The restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building. There is a signboard at the storefront and the bright atmosphere makes it easy to find. There is also a Daily Yamazaki and an APA Hotel on the same street. Especially during this time of year, there are many banquets, so reservations are recommended. They also have a lunch menu. There are also bento box menus available during this season. Bento boxes that you can eat for around 1000 yen are also good. I went down the stairs to the inside of the restaurant. They took our coats at the entrance. The restaurant is quite clean and nice. First, we ordered drinks. ◆Homemade Sangria I often order things that say "homemade", so I ordered the Sangria. It's been a while since I've had Sangria. Meat and red wine, a good choice. On my second visit, instead of the usual meat photos, I decided to upload pictures of the salad and dessert. The meat was delicious as always, but the salad was surprisingly tasty and the dessert looked amazing. This time, we were unexpectedly led to a private room, which was not a traditional sunken kotatsu style, so it was a bit uncomfortable for me with a bad back.

I reserved the "Hana Course" with a meat cake to celebrate my friend's birthday. My friend was a bit nervous as it was their first time having a course meal, but they were very happy! The customer service was very friendly and polite. The staff guided us smoothly to our private room. We ordered the 15,000 yen course this time! The dishes, from appetizers to grilled meat, were served at just the right pace and we really enjoyed them. There were also recommended menu items outside of the course that were satisfying, personally I felt that the satisfaction exceeded the price.

We used the tatami room with a large group. It was a different type of tatami room with no sunken kotatsu, which made my legs numb. There were three types of raw meat for the appetizer, but they all tasted similar and the variety and quantity felt unnecessary. Some people may not like raw meat, so it might be better to reduce the quantity and focus on improving the quality. The grilled meat was delicious, but not exceptional enough to make me want to come back.

I've been wanting to visit this place for a few years now, and I finally made it here! The exterior and entrance look really cool! When ordering the first drink and food, or when getting a drink refill, they seem to try to avoid calling you with a bell. They make sure to be around your table as much as possible, making it easy to order. And then, the meats I wanted to eat! I really wanted to try the uni and ikura sushi, and it was delicious and melted in my mouth. The other meats, appetizers, and cold noodles were also delicious. I wanted to try the katsu sandwich but couldn't, and there were so many menu options that I got overwhelmed, so I want to go back again. I'm curious about the luxurious private rooms, so maybe I'll make a reservation for one next time. The service, atmosphere, and taste were all great! It was a wonderful experience at Sujitate Hanamaru!

Visited at 14:00 on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded! I've only been here once before, but I love the meat here - the color is beautiful and the quality is great. - Yakiniku B lunch set for ¥2800: Overall has a luxurious feel but at an affordable price. The lunch set even includes a soft drink for only 200 yen. Amazing! The meat is delicious, although there was one slightly tough piece. Comes with appetizers, rice, and miso soup. The shiny rice and sweet miso soup are also delicious. You can also order a la carte items in addition to the lunch menu. - Assorted raw beef set with 3 types of Ozaki beef: I'm not a fan of raw meat, but I can eat it here without any strong flavors. The texture is nice and chewy. The wasabi is excellent. The seats are separated from others and the partitions are high, so you don't feel crowded. The atmosphere is nice and the comfort level is high, even when it's not busy. The fact that they are open all day is even better! I was very satisfied this time as well. Thank you for the meal! ^_^

I went for lunch and ordered the A5 Wagyu beef with wasabi sauce steak set. The freshly grated wasabi added a nice kick to the flavor and paired well with the meat, making it very delicious. I also added a coffee after the meal, which was only an additional 200 yen during lunch time, a very reasonable price. I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere.

At night, it's a high-end yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant, and I feel like the prices have gone up a bit, but the cost performance is still great. I often visit during the day, so the dim atmosphere is calming. I usually choose the steak set or yakiniku, but this time I tried the hamburger, which was also delicious. Unlike a Western-style restaurant, the unique namul (Korean seasoned vegetables) side dishes added a fun twist. I enjoyed a yakiniku restaurant lunch with corn tea.

The slightly upscale yakiniku restaurant in Shinjuku turned out to be a bit of a hit. Located in East Shinjuku, it has a somewhat calm atmosphere, but you can still feel the presence of Kabukicho in the area. The interior is chic and sophisticated, but you can definitely sense the Shinjuku vibe from the customers and staff, which can be a matter of personal preference. The dishes served are delicious and definitely recommended! The only negative comment is that the sea urchin has a strong taste of alum.

Masuo here. Every time I enter this shop, I can't help but think of Sazae-san's husband. In my mind, there's always this strange exchange like "I am Sazae~" "Hehe, Masuo here" happening. This time, I ordered Lunch A for 1500 yen, Shimachou (miso) for 600 yen, and Korokoro Tan (salt) for 600 yen. The total was 2,700 yen. I realized that I can be satisfied with just Lunch A and Shimachou. The garlic soy sauce dressing for the salad is really delicious. I quickly finish the salad and move on to the yakiniku. It's so good. The lean meat is tasty and delicious. And the Shimachou is also delicious. Even dining alone, I never feel unwelcome. I will definitely come back.

The lunch here is surprisingly cost-effective! I ordered the A5 wagyu beef tomato sauce cheese hamburger from the lunch menu this time, and it came with the main dish, salad, and rice for only 1300 yen! This restaurant is located along Shokuan Street in Shinjuku, right in between the international area of Shin-Okubo and Kabukicho. Nearby, there are stores like Hanamasa and Don Quijote. While it is in a somewhat working-class area, the restaurant itself has a slightly upscale feel. Inside, jazz music plays at a comfortable volume. The prices are reasonable for lunch, with the simplest BBQ lunch A costing 1,500 yen. This time, I chose the BBQ lunch B for 2,500 yen. I also added Shimacho for an extra 600 yen. The salad, kimchi, and sauce were brought out promptly after ordering. The salad was a decent portion, not just a token amount. After finishing the salad and having a piece of kimchi, the meat, miso soup, rice, and Shimacho arrived. The meat was cooked on a smokeless gas roaster, and the sauces included salt, lemon juice, and a regular sauce. The well-marbled Japanese beef was tender and delicious. It was top-notch quality. Each piece was satisfying. If you're in your forties or fifties, it might be worth opting for the slightly less premium lunch A. It's ironic that older people, who often have more money, might struggle to handle the rich food. I found myself instinctively savoring every bite, alternating between eating some meat with salt and dipping the rest in sauce. The Shimacho was also delicious, marinated in miso with a flavorful oil. The extra rice I ordered was a good choice! (And it's free for a large portion) The B lunch comes with dessert, a vanilla ice cream that was a refreshing way to end the meal. If I had to nitpick, I would have liked a shot of espresso or a cup of coffee. And maybe a couple of earwax spoons of Kochujang mixed into the sauce. It was delicious, I'll definitely come back. Next time, I might try the A lunch with a mixed offal plate...

Lunch B course for ¥2500 was great, with all the meats being tender and juicy. It also came with salad, namul, and ice cream. The option of having lunch without grilling the meat looked delicious too. Adding a drink for ¥100 during lunch was a good deal. However, the location of the restroom and the rice and miso soup were disappointing.

Today's dinner was at "Masuo" in Higashi-Shinjuku. This restaurant offers rare Miyazaki beef called "Ozaki beef" for yakiniku. I enjoyed namul, salad, meat sashimi, and three types of yakiniku, finishing with Chateaubriand and Ozaki beef sushi. I wonder how many glasses of red wine I had? I truly savored the elegant Ozaki beef.

A must-visit restaurant for raw meat lovers!! Located about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station East Exit towards Shin-Okubo, this is a delicious yakiniku restaurant specializing in raw meat. We had: - Mushroom salad - Avocado and beef yukhoe - Lean tuna sashimi with sea urchin - Meat sushi platter - Thick-cut tongue - Assorted meat platter - A bit of cheese risotto The prices are a bit high, but considering the quality of the meat, it's a cost-effective restaurant. Personally, this is my favorite yakiniku restaurant I've visited so far!
