The fork easily went through it, showing how soft it was without falling apart. It was surprisingly easy to eat and had a perfect balance of sweetness and buttery flavor. It was definitely worth the price, with a good amount of volume. I was very satisfied, and I liked the shop. I will try something else from there next time. It was the perfect little treat for a job well done. I will continue to abstain from alcohol for one more day.

They used to also have the Brooklyn brownie brand "Baked" exclusively at Isetan since 2016, but they withdrew in 2021. They focus on selecting high-quality ingredients and valuing the art of confectionery making. They aim to expand the possibilities of fruit confectionery. Their fruit bars, priced at 324 yen each, include White Fig, Apple Maple, Muscat Raisin, and Late Mandarin Chocolate. Metro Seika was the first in Japan to start producing chocolate bars, so fruit bars are also one of their specialties.
