When it comes to dining, it's not just about the taste of individual dishes. Texture, presentation, ambiance of the restaurant, and overall balance are all important factors. Recently, I visited a restaurant where my expectations were let down. The fried oysters were supposed to be crispy, but they were soggy at this place. The meat shop's pizza was disappointing as well - I expected the meat to be the star, but it was topped with ham and bacon instead. The beer I had didn't leave a foamy line after drinking, which I don't like. The garlic bread in the aioli was supposed to be crunchy, but it was soft. The aioli lacked the bubbling and sizzling I was hoping for, and the sauce was too watery, losing the garlic flavor. I felt they should reduce the olive oil and make the flavor stronger. The 960 yen charge for two people made me question Japan's charging system. In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was a big letdown, with a huge gap between my expectations and reality in terms of food presentation, texture, and pricing. This disappointing night reminded me of the importance of choosing the right dining establishment.

The service is prompt, the food is delicious as expected no matter what you order. They have a wide variety of drinks, and the oysters are from Miyagi Prefecture and change daily. Although I don't have a photo, the oysters were large, easy to eat, and satisfying with a strong flavor. As an au user, I was happy to be able to pay with au pay. Smoking is allowed only for electronic cigarettes inside the store.

The food is really delicious! The menu is extensive, and there is so much food that you can't try everything even after visiting several times, which is a great deal! However, it's a bit disappointing that the staff's service is a little dry, and they may rush you out even when it's not busy, so it may not be suitable for a leisurely girls' night out.

Just a 2-minute walk from Shibuya Station, "Kairi" seamlessly combines meat and seafood. Located a step away from the hustle and bustle, it exudes a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere. The standout dish is the exquisite liver sashimi, with its thick, rich flavor and silky texture. Fresh oysters also make an appearance, offering a taste that seems to encapsulate the essence of the sea. And then there's Kairi's sea urchin pasta, where a rich sea urchin sauce coats the pasta, creating a moment of bliss. The pleasant ocean scent awakens the appetite, making it a dish to savor until the last bite. Kairi is a hidden gem away from Shibuya's chaos, where delicious meat and seafood dishes coexist in a refined space. It's a restaurant worth visiting again and again.

Two of us went. Don't forget to make a reservation for the hot pot! We ordered the gout hot pot for two portions. The portion size is huge, haha. It's just right for 3-4 people, and the taste was delicious. The additional order of sea urchin topped meat sushi was also delicious! The squid in the gout hot pot has a slight smell, but it's not noticeable once cooked. If we go with three people, I would like to order the hot pot for two portions again!

I visited the restaurant with two female friends. Although the hot pot is famous here, we decided not to order it since there were only two of us. We had fried sweet potatoes, fresh oysters, grilled oysters, a meat platter, and pasta as appetizers. The oysters were delicious! I wish I had ordered another one. The meat platter and pasta were okay, nothing special in my opinion. For drinks, we had sparkling wine and white wine, but I was a bit disappointed. It's just my personal preference, but I wish the wines were colder and more dry. Maybe we should have tried the hot pot after all.

The restaurant was packed with young people from Shibuya. The oysters were large and creamy, with three different varieties that were delicious. However, they only tell you the prefecture and not the specific type of oyster. The assorted appetizers were decent, each with a homemade feel. The foie gras and cheese were also not bad. But, every dish, the service, and the atmosphere of the restaurant lacked a sense of style or fun, which was disappointing. The cause of this indescribable "darkness" is unclear. The young female staff members were trying their best, but the male staff members seemed to emit an aura of dislike towards customer service. If they could improve on these negative aspects, this restaurant could become even more popular.

The volume of the gout hot pot was amazing (oysters, ankimo, shirako, squid, shrimp, Chinese cabbage, etc.). The broth was delicious and the dipping sauce was tasty. The grilled liver had no strong taste and was delicious. The sea urchin pasta had large pieces and was rich. The waiter, who seemed like the owner, was a bit intimidating. He tried to adjust the plates for us, but when we said it was fine as it was, he insisted on making the adjustment.

I couldn't get a reservation at Kairi, so I booked at another restaurant in the same group, Kairi. Although the oysters weren't prominent, there was a generous amount of foie gras, so it might be good for those who love foie gras the most. There are other side dishes available, but the cost performance is not great, and many menu items start from portions for two people, so it might have been better to just order the Gout Nabe (gout stew) on its own with some sake.

I made a reservation and went to the restaurant. For some reason, the staff told me it was last order just 50 minutes later... I ended up spending 5000 yen alone in just one hour. We left the restaurant after only an hour. It was still only 9:00 PM... The service was cold, with short responses. My companion was about to lose their temper, but I stopped them. It was nothing like Italian food, and it was surprising. There were some good points though. The freshness and size of the oysters, and the delicious uni. Well, it's not really Italian, right? I felt like it was a restaurant that relied on good ingredients.

An izakaya located on Dōgenzaka in Shibuya. Famous for their oysters and sea urchin. Prices are a bit on the higher side. The photo shows fresh oysters, unusually large in size but still taste like oysters. Also tried sea urchin topped meat sushi, oyster fry, and various other dishes, all delicious. Surprisingly, they have a wide variety of sake. Be careful as there is another restaurant with the same name nearby that specializes in oyster dishes.

TV also introduced a restaurant where you can enjoy large oysters and impressive meat dishes. They offer a popular gout hot pot course, but this time, we opted for a course with all-you-can-drink, starting with appetizers, salad, fresh oysters, pizza, meat dishes, and finishing with pasta. The salted oysters and juicy chicken were particularly satisfying. It's a great value course with all-you-can-drink! If you're planning a drinking party in Shibuya, definitely give this place a try.

I received a course for 8230 yen ^_^ I was happy to see a variety of glass wines included in the all-you-can-drink option. The amount of ankimo and shirako in the hot pot was very generous for two people, which made me happy. The wasabi edamame, kanpachi carpaccio, and miso cucumber were served quickly and were just the right amount of appetizers before the hot pot was ready. I was very satisfied!

Visited on November 11th. I arrived for lunch at 1:20 pm on a Friday, just 10 minutes before the last order. I was asked if it was okay, and I agreed to enter. I had been curious about the curry before entering. Soon after, a nice salad and soup arrived. The salad was impressive and delicious. The curry arrived in about 5 minutes. It had fried vegetables and a meaty flavor. The menu described it as spicy, but it wasn't too spicy. It was more like a keema curry than a curry with chunks of meat. It was a delicious curry. You can get a refill of rice, but the initial serving was enough for me. The price was exactly 1000 yen including tax. It seemed like the coffee was free-flowing if you went to get it yourself, but I was in a hurry to leave so I missed out on it.

Met up with two female classmates from high school after a long time. When meeting with this friend who works in the food and beverage industry, she chooses the restaurant as she has dietary restrictions. The location is along Tokyu Food Show, towards the Daiso store, go up the slope next to Daiso and turn left. It's on the left-hand side. This friend is so strong with alcohol that anesthesia for an endoscopy doesn't work on her. I rarely drink at home recently, but I had beer after a long time, and she drinks at a pace 1.5 times faster even with soft drinks. I feel like I'll lose on splitting the bill... that's what my friend thinks the most. So, we decided to go to this restaurant that looks delicious with oysters and meat. But the meat platter and meat sashimi are for two people. We can't eat that much. I'm not a big fan of oysters, but I can appreciate raw oysters. So, we ordered raw oysters and roast beef. We thought the appetizer would be like a salad, but it was more meat-focused than we expected. For the second half, we ordered mussels cooked in white wine, which I forgot to take a picture of, and an additional basket of bread. Since it's a 2-hour time limit, we ordered a little more warm dishes for the last order, but we couldn't eat much. So we got grilled shiitake mushrooms (or something like that). I envy those who can eat various dishes like men who eat a lot, but there's no way we can eat a luxurious pot dish called "gout pot." We had 4 beers each, 2 juices, 1 glass of wine, and 1 glass of sour each, totaling around 6,000 yen per person. It's a good place to go when you want to eat seafood and meat. Thank you for the meal. I went to the restaurant for a roast beef sandwich, but when I entered, I found out they also had oysters! And during lunchtime, it's quite affordable. So, I decided to order a roast beef bowl and one serving of fresh oysters. It was so delicious! Eating the oysters, having a salad, and then enjoying the roast beef bowl - all for just 1300 yen. I'm satisfied! I will definitely go back again!

The longer the time alcohol is served, the more irritated I become, but this place is very quick, which deserves high praise! I arrived much earlier than my reservation time, but they kindly seated me without any fuss and assured me that it was okay to stay for 2 hours from the reservation time (not a all-you-can-drink option), which was very helpful. The oysters I was looking forward to were quite large and delicious, just the way I like them. There were some dishes my companion couldn't eat, so we couldn't order a variety of things, but next time I want to order all the things I like. The only downside is that the seats in the restaurant are cramped, but the excellent service and delicious food make up for it.

Yum! The oysters are really delicious here! The sashimi is good, the oysters are good, and the octopus pizza is also really tasty. The oyster bar setup is nice too. They have reasonably priced wine as well. Overall, a great dining experience. Thank you for the meal!

This might be the only smoking allowed place in Kayri (only e-cigarettes). I tried the oyster hot pot course for the first time and it was amazing! I didn't take a picture of the appetizers, but the miso cucumbers and edamame were a bit disappointing. Next was salmon carpaccio, grilled shrimp, huge raw oysters (gradually getting excited), and the main dish, oyster hot pot. The ultimate rice porridge and dessert (yuzu sherbet) were also included. Seriously, the oyster hot pot here is the best!! Everyone should try it at least once.
