Hankyu line Karasuma Station, Municipal Subway Shijo Station, just a short walk away, there is a capsule hotel operated by the company that operates Karaoke Pasela, etc. Next to the front desk on the 1st floor, there is a cafe bar where you can have a free breakfast in the morning. The cafe bar has a counter with 10 seats, a central counter table with 6 seats, and is quite narrow. For breakfast, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat curry, ochazuke, and bread. Curry is the best choice for breakfast. There are Fukujinzuke and rakkyo available, and you can freely add spices for extra flavor. I had curry with boiled egg and miso soup. The curry itself tasted like a very ordinary "home-cooked curry." Unfortunately, when it was time to change the pot, there was hardly any meat left in the curry... It ended up being just carrots, potatoes, and eggplant. I wanted to try ochazuke as well, but I had to keep some space in my stomach for lunch. In the evening, hotel guests can enjoy all-you-can-drink alcohol for 750 yen per hour. You need to inform the front desk and get an entry pass before starting. It's mostly self-service, and dried fruits are provided as snacks. You can also bring your own snacks, and they sell canned goods as well. Additionally, for a limited time from 3 pm to midnight, you can enjoy unlimited red and white wine poured from a barrel as a welcome drink. Each capsule has mineral water, charging connectors, and a variety of amenities. You can choose your favorite pillow, and there is a wide range of amenities available, making it a more luxurious experience compared to a typical capsule hotel. Furthermore, it is rare for a capsule hotel to have separate floors for men and women, and even the elevators are separated by gender. It's a bit envy-inducing that only the women's communal bath has a stone sauna...
