There was a Pierre Hermé shop at Shinagawa Station. I tried meringue and macaron sweets here. The raspberry macaron and almond on top of the meringue were a perfect match of acidity and sweetness. It was a sweet that went well with tea.

The lineup of products includes macarons as the main item, along with cookies and meringue sweets. The macaron boxes in shocking pink caught my eye, especially with Valentine's Day approaching. The popular macarons are packed with deliciousness in each piece, providing a satisfying experience. They also provide a complimentary paper bag, making it suitable for gifts. Since it is a limited-time pop-up store, I definitely want to go back for more.
