From the morning menu, I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich. For lunch, I usually go for something more filling, but in the morning, something light is the way to go. The salad consisted of sunny lettuce with red and yellow bell peppers. It was small but had a good taste and colorful appearance. The bacon lettuce sandwich was made with three thin slices of toast, each layered with fillings in between. It was held together with toothpicks, which I recommend leaving in to prevent it from falling apart. The bacon had a savory aroma and was generously fatty. The eggs were roughly mixed with both yolk and white, allowing for different textures to be enjoyed. The combination of eggs and bacon, with their sweetness and saltiness, naturally complemented each other. It was quite delicious, although towards the end, it did start to fall apart. I ended up pushing it together with my hands before finishing it off. Another item I tried was the rice flour pancake from the morning menu. The mini salad was the same as the other items. The pancake was simple, with just margarine and syrup. It had a strong salty taste, but when paired with syrup, the balance of sweetness and saltiness was just right. Comparing it to the bacon and egg sandwich at the same price, I felt more satisfied with the sandwich. During lunchtime, the set menu included sandwich options from the grand menu. I was interested in three items: the egg sandwich, the shrimp salmon avocado sandwich, and the thick pork cutlet sandwich. First, the egg sandwich was made with boiled eggs left whole without mashing them. The taste was similar to a regular egg sandwich, with the texture of the egg whites being enjoyable. The standout was the thick pork cutlet sandwich, which surprised me with its deliciousness. The freshly fried cutlet was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The purple cabbage added a nice crunch and visual appeal, with plenty of mayo sauce. It was a great value for lunch. However, the shrimp salmon avocado sandwich was disappointing. It was quite bland, lacking in flavor and overall satisfaction. The blend coffee had a bitter taste that was not unpleasant, with minimal acidity. It was brewed fresh to order in the morning. As the bitterness was strong, it seemed better as an iced coffee as time passed. A refill during the morning was only 250 yen. The cold brew iced coffee had a pleasant aroma and a rich taste. For lunch, you could also choose a soy latte, which had a hint of soy flavor but was not overpowering, with a mild coffee bitterness and no added sweetness. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.
