Platto, today's lunch was a stroll around the area near Higashi-Ginza Station. From Exit 5 of Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Higashi-Ginza Station, when you go up to the ground level, you will see a signal in front of you and Harumi Street on your right. Make a U-turn and walk towards the Kabuki-za direction, and you will find "Hachinoya Ginza Main Store," where I visited today, on your right. I entered the store at 1:35 PM on a weekday. When I entered the store, a female staff member called out from the counter, "Please sit wherever you like, there is also a second floor." There were a total of three customers at the counter seats on the first floor, including two men and one woman dining alone. Since the farthest counter seat was vacant, I sat there, picked up the menu, and checked the menu. The menu included:

And many more options. When I asked the female staff member for a recommendation, she suggested the "Half Hamburg Steak Curry." So, I decided to go with that and placed my order. After waiting for 3 minutes, the "Half Hamburg Steak Curry" was served. The dish consisted of a large hamburger steak on rice with curry sauce. First, I added the complimentary "Fukujin Zuke" on top of the curry. Then, I tasted the "Half Hamburg Steak Curry." The curry sauce was slightly thick and creamy, starting with a mild spiciness, followed by the depth of sweetness from the onions, the acidity of the tomatoes, and a refreshing taste that spread in my mouth, eventually giving way to the spiciness of the spices. The "Half Hamburg Steak" was tender and easily cut with a spoon, juicy and flavorful even on its own. I enjoyed the "Half Hamburg Steak Curry" to the last bite. Today, I had a great time savoring the recommended "Half Hamburg Steak Curry" by the female staff member, Q-chan.
