Located within a 1-minute walk from Akihabara Station, this family restaurant offers a breakfast buffet from 6:00 to 10:00 in the morning, which is served in the hotel (Hotel Mets Akihabara) located in the same building. Even non-guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet for 1400 yen. After 10:00, the restaurant operates as usual. There are app coupons available when you visit, and you can enjoy menu items such as Fried Mozzarella Cheese for 199 yen and Calamari Fritti for 199 yen at affordable prices.

After exiting the Electric Town exit of JR Akihabara Station and turning left, on the second floor of Hotel Mets, there used to be Japan Kitchen Akiba, but in February 2023, Jonathan opened there. On the first floor, Starbucks opened in September 2022. It feels like a complete change in a short period of time, right? Even so, it's a shame that it was put on "publication hold" so soon. This Jonathan serves as the hotel's breakfast venue. They offer a morning buffet from 6:30 to 10:00, priced at 1,400 yen per person including tax. I thought of trying the affordable morning menu since Jonathan opened in front of the station, but when I went up to the second floor, they said, "We only serve the morning buffet in the morning," so I was disappointed. Nevertheless, I decided to participate in the morning buffet since I didn't have an alternative plan. The place was only about 20% full, and everyone seemed to be hotel guests as they didn't have any luggage. After securing a seat and placing my coat and belongings, I headed to the morning buffet. I started with a salad, then moved on to the Japanese food corner, and finally to the Western food corner. There were various dishes available, but unfortunately, I couldn't try them all as I got full quickly. The morning buffet was rich in variety and enjoyable.
There are power outlets available. I didn't know there was a Jonathan's in Akihabara. It seems like it just opened about two weeks ago. No wonder it's so clean.
