I had been wanting to go to this restaurant for a while because the quality of the meat looked really good in the photos on Instagram. I tried the premium tongue, top harami, misuji, sirloin of happiness, kameno ko, and mino! When I saw the tongue, I was sure it would be delicious, and it was even better than I imagined! Every cut of meat was of such high quality! The sauce was delicious, and it seems like they really pay attention to their side dishes too, so I plan to try them next time I go. And most of all, I was surprised that the quality was so high for that price! Other restaurants charge so much more, but the taste is just okay or even mediocre, so I think this restaurant deserves more recognition. I will definitely go back again! Thank you for the meal.

I went to the yakiniku restaurant "Shirokuro" in Shinjuku @shirokuro1129! Every item on the menu is delicious, it's a divine yakiniku restaurant! The quality is top-notch! The thick-cut beef tongue is cooked slowly and carefully multiple times, the beautiful red color inside is stunning! The flavor of the meat is explosive and impressive! The yukhoe is served with the meat as is, not minced! You must try it! The best yukhoe I've ever had! The liver is so fresh that it seems like you could eat it raw! I was brought here for my birthday! I had been curious about this yakiniku restaurant for a while. The thickly sliced beef tongue that I had been wanting to try was incredibly delicious. I love the texture of beef tongue. The sirloin in sukiyaki style was also amazingly delicious, I was impressed. However, one serving was my limit, so I would like to try the course menu next time. Overall, it was a great experience.

"Wow, is there really a yakiniku restaurant in a place like this?" There is a restaurant in a residential area that makes you say this, near Naruko Tenjin Shrine, emitting a delicious aroma. Unfortunately, I didn't take many photos, but the food was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture as proof of my main goal for this visit, which was to eat delicious beef tongue (thick-cut premium tongue with salt). Please forgive me for forgetting to take a picture as I was too busy enjoying the food (instead, I took a picture of the popular "happiness sirloin" to show you). I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened, and for a while, I had the luxury of having the place to myself, but in the end, I realized that making a reservation was the right choice. The happiness sirloin and thick-cut premium tongue with salt are cooked right in front of you by the staff, so all you have to do is imagine the moment when that meat touches your tongue. If you love yakiniku, be sure to visit this place at least once."

The quality of the meat is excellent. If I had to be picky, I would appreciate it if the staff could study more about the meat. It would be great if the part-time staff had the knowledge that matches the quality of the food provided by this wonderful restaurant! The fact that they offer takeout (bento) is also a big plus!

Visited with 2 people at 19:00 on a holiday. Made a reservation about a week ago through Tabelog. The restaurant is not very spacious, so it is recommended to visit with 2 to 4 people. It was always full, so reservations are essential. Please note that the last order is a bit early. Among the dishes we ordered, the "Happiness Sirloin" and Harami were delicious. The staff grilled the sirloin and misji, while the rest was self-service. There were various options for the ending, all of which looked delicious, so it's also good to order a variety of endings with a little less meat. They also offer takeout, and there were constant orders for bento boxes. We had 4 types of meat, 2 endings, kimchi, rice, and about 2 drinks per person, totaling just over 9,000 yen per person. Hmm, it was better than I expected. ◾️What we had: - Happiness Sirloin x2 (1 piece for 2,500 yen each) - Premium Black Wagyu Harami - Upper Tongue Salt - Misji - Oi Kimchi - Medium Rice - Sesame Tan Tan Cold Noodles - Special Curry Half, which was surprisingly lukewarm.

Even though it was during the day on a regular day, I had to wait while keeping my accounts. I was impressed by how popular this place is. My colleague and I indulged in a luxurious yakiniku lunch. There are other menu items like beef tendon curry that I want to try, so I don't mind walking a bit to come back and try more. I also want to visit at night.

I went to Shinjuku to try the delicious sirloin that I saw on Instagram. It had a lot of marbling and was incredibly tasty. I also tried various other meats and ended with ordering the rose and stone-baked bibimbap, which were all so delicious that I felt overwhelmed with happiness. The sauce was particularly impressive, with a hint of brown sugar that made the rose, loin, and sirloin even more delicious. The food exceeded my expectations, and the staff were very polite and attentive, so I definitely want to go back. The only thing I found a bit confusing was the high price of the harami, so I didn't order it.

The yakiniku at Kuroge Wagyu Yakiniku Shiroka Kuro is seriously delicious. The prices are a bit high, so I can't go there all the time, but it's a place I want to eat at for celebrations or treats! Personally, I love the yukhoe, it's so tasty and I want to eat it again. Also, the thick tongue! It's also really good! Lately, there have been a lot of places with thick tongue, but I think this place is exceptional. Other meats are also really delicious. As a highball lover, I was happy to see Yamazaki and Taketsuru available. Ah...writing this makes me hungry!

I visited this restaurant because I saw on Instagram that they have a cheap lunch course. The restaurant was bustling with customers, from solo diners to groups. I wanted to order the grilled sukiyaki set, but it was sold out, so I ended up getting the curry and harami & loin set instead! The curry was really thick and the portion was generous, so I was very satisfied and full. The grilled meat was delicious, but not particularly impressive, so I think it might be tastier at night. The set was such a great deal that I would recommend it for office workers looking for a good lunch option!

I recently visited for their anniversary course, thinking it might be my last meal of the year, but to my surprise, they had a course featuring Matsuzaka beef and Chateaubriand with all-you-can-drink option, so I had to go. Starting with the '2022 Year-End Party Course,' 'Today's Kimchi 2 Types Platter,' and 'Black and White Chorogi Salad,' we kicked off with a toast of premium malt beer! Next came the salt-flavored 'Upper Tongue Salt' and 'Black Wagyu Upper Harami,' both perfectly seasoned and incredibly satisfying. The 'Rare Cuts of Matsuzaka Beef' included rump and sirloin. Both were tender and delicious, making me crave red wine. With the all-you-can-drink option, I enjoyed pairing drinks with the meat in a glass. The 'Wagyu Seared Yukhoe' was a generous portion of meat mixed with egg, rich and delicious, melting in the mouth. Then came the highlight of the 2022 Year-End Party Course, where you could choose between 'Happiness Sirloin' or 'Happiness Chateaubriand' - a luxurious dilemma. We decided to order one of each. The 'Happiness Sirloin' with egg-topped rice was served in two portions, a luxurious TKG with top-quality Wagyu. The Chateaubriand was, of course, exquisite. There are several types of lunch set meals available. We shared the harami & loin and salted tongue lunch sets. And guess what!! You can have unlimited refills of rice and soup!! The soup changes daily, but on this day, the soup was so delicious that I felt like I could eat it with rice. It was a blessing for someone like me who loves to eat a lot, and I had three helpings of soup and rice!! Of course, the meat was also top-notch!! It was so delicious that I feel like I want to keep coming back for lunch♬

During lunchtime, there is always a popular restaurant with a line. If you register with LINE, you can get a little bit of curry for free! Rice, soup, salad, bean sprouts, and seaweed rice are all you can eat. There are 4 slices of meat per person, and there is a gas stove and smoke exhaust duct at each table (so there is almost no worry about the smell). The meat is soft, not smelly, and delicious. The bonus curry is not just a little bit, but a decent amount. It's beef tendon curry, and it's delicious! I was very satisfied with the rice and soup refills. I understand why it's so popular! I will definitely come back!

Today's lunch was at Kuroge Wagyu Yakiniku Shiroka Kuro in Nishi-Shinjuku. It was my first visit, and I ordered the Special White and Black Set with extra meat (2,100 yen). The rice and soup are free refills, and the soup, sesame-tan soup, was delicious with plenty of ingredients. The meat arrived while I was enjoying the soup - it included special kalbi, shoulder loin, and ichibo. The slightly sweet seasoning paired well with the homemade gochujang and rice. Each bite of the delicious meat was pure happiness. I topped up on rice and soup, and left fully satisfied. The food and staff were great, so I'll definitely come back for dinner next time. It was delicious!

I went to the lunch spot that I had been curious about since posting about dinner before, White or Black. Despite its less than ideal location in a back alley, it's always popular for both lunch and dinner! Even on a Saturday afternoon in the office district, there were plenty of customers. And it's no wonder! The lunch deals are so amazing that it's shocking. Lunch items range from 1100 yen to 3000 yen, with the main range being around 1400 yen. This time, I ordered the Ichibo sukiyaki set (1400 yen), which is often sold out. Rice and soup are free refills. The set comes with 7 slices of Ichibo, raw egg, side dishes, and salad for only 1400 yen. The raw egg is rich and delicious. They use crossbred beef, not wagyu, but it has just the right amount of marbling, making it perfect for lunch. Quickly seared on the grill in front of you, then mixed with the raw egg, it's heavenly. With a nice bounce and tenderness, it's flavorful and of high quality. My love for donburi bowls was ignited as I quickly grilled it on the roaster and put it on rice. Pouring the raw egg over it completes the Ichibo egg rice dish. The combination of the special sauce and raw egg is unbelievably delicious. You can also add a bit of curry for 300 yen! With free rice refills, the curry is generously topped with tongue. Put the last piece of Ichibo on top and it's time for the tongue curry chance time...hilarious. Even with the curry, it's only 1700 yen, which is a steal. They also put effort into their curry, offering a 1000 yen curry lunch. They also sell a delicious retort pouch beef tongue curry for 1000 yen. It's a bit pricey, but with plenty of beef tongue chunks. You can also purchase it from the shop's Instagram account base, so if you have the chance, be sure to try it out!

Tonight, I went to a nearby restaurant specializing in black-haired wagyu yakiniku, where I tried their 5th-anniversary dinner course available only in October. The course included various meat dishes such as Chateaubriand, wagyu seared yukhoe, tongue with salt, and different cuts of delicious red meat, along with two drinks. Especially, the Chateaubriand and wagyu seared yukhoe were outstanding, with a crispy surface and juicy inside.
