I made a reservation at this restaurant to enjoy a first-class sukiyaki using a hospitality day voucher. I ordered the Seasonal Course (sukiyaki and small hot pot). The salad had a delicious plum and shiso flavored dressing. The chawanmushi had a yuzu flavored paste on top, with a delicate broth flavor and the perfect temperature, not too hot or cold, very delicious. Under the Matsusaka beef sukiyaki was mizuna, and the rolled dish had a refreshing taste with eel flavor. I forgot to ask the name of the dish in the left photo, but it had a refreshing and well-balanced taste with 3 different ingredients, very delicious. The kuzumochi had custard inside and was very tasty. The fillet cutlet had a light oil with a fruity sauce and rock salt, which paired perfectly and was delicious. The Matsusaka beef sukiyaki was outstanding, melting in the mouth. The vegetables were large cuts of Chinese cabbage, onion, and leeks, with fried tofu included. We did not put noodles or rice in the broth at the end. The yuzu sherbet and hojicha tea at the end left a refreshing taste in the mouth, a perfect ending with dessert. Every dish was exquisite, providing a luxurious dining experience. I was able to experience another top-notch cuisine.

The reviews were not bad and it seemed like I wouldn't have to wait in line, so I chose this place. I was led to a semi-private room. I ordered the beef cutlet. It was nice to cook it myself on the hot plate. The portion was larger than I expected. Overall, I think the price is reasonable, maybe even a little cheap. If you ever find yourself struggling to find a lunch spot in Ginza, consider checking this place out.

I made a reservation for around 12 o'clock on Sunday and visited the restaurant. It seems like I could have gone without a reservation on that day. I had the pork salt sukiyaki lunch. It came with miso soup and side dishes, so I was able to enjoy a delicious meal at a leisurely pace. The private room was comfortable as well.

On this day, I visited "Edomae Niku Wappo Miyashita" on the 12th floor of Ginza Maronie Gate for lunch. I made a reservation for the "Seasonal Course (10,000 yen)" using a certain credit card service. First, I had a beer and my wife had a sour to toast.
- Salad: The sweetness of green peas and the slight spiciness of sprouts were delicious, and the shiso dressing was refreshing.
- Small Tea Bowl: The dashi in the chawanmushi was delicious.
- Seasonal Appetizers and Sake Accompaniments Platter: Boiled vegetables, Matsuzaka beef simmered in shigure, chimaki + plum mochi wrapped in margarine. It was delicious, and it was rare to have a sweet dish at this timing. I also ordered a Yamazaki Premium Highball. It's nice that they have a wide selection of Japanese whiskies.
- Today's Specialty: Pork fillet cutlet. It was tender and juicy, and it was delicious with just salt. The vegetables such as paprika, baby corn, and shishito peppers were all sweet and delicious.
- Shabu-shabu: The salt broth was delicious. I ate the shabu-shabu with just the broth without dipping in ponzu or sauce, and it was delicious. The Matsuzaka beef was tender and full of meaty flavor. It was even more delicious with yuzu pepper as an accent. There were plenty of vegetables, and you could eat as much as you wanted with the salt broth with ginger.
- Meal: You can choose between rice or udon. I asked for udon, and the udon dipped in the broth with the umami of the meat and vegetables was exquisite.
- Today's Dessert: Yuzu sherbet. It had yuzu peel in it, and the scent of yuzu was good and delicious. I had all of this and used a certain card service, and it cost about 13,000 yen. It was a reasonably priced and very satisfying lunch. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Edo-style meat cuisine "Miyashita" on the 12th floor of Ginza Marunie Gate, where you can enjoy A5 rank black wagyu sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. We ordered the "Sukiyaki (4,500 yen)" made with A5 rank black wagyu this time. The set included A5 rank black wagyu (120g), a variety of vegetables (Chinese cabbage/scallions/seri leaves/enoki mushrooms/fu/tofu skin/shirataki noodles), and a raw egg. We ordered "rice (260 yen)" separately as rice was not included. The vegetables were fresh, especially the Chinese cabbage was sweet and delicious, and the fu soaked up the flavor of the sukiyaki well and was excellent. The main meat had a sweet fatty flavor and incredibly tender lean meat that melted in the mouth smoothly. It was the best meat. For sukiyaki lovers, I highly recommend this meat cuisine.

I had lunch in Ginza on a normal day. I visited here, which I had passed by before and was interested in. I had the limited 10 servings of domestic beef hamburger set meal. It was a delicious hamburger where you could really taste the beef. The sautéed onions served with it were sweet and delicious. It also comes with salad, side dish, miso soup, and a mini dessert. And it includes a drink bar. All of this for 950 yen. The cost performance is unbelievable for Ginza. It may be cheaper in Ginza than in the Marunouchi/Otemachi area recently. Relatives visited Tokyo after a long time, so we decided to treat them at a shabu-shabu restaurant in Ginza near their hotel. We found a place called "Edomae Niku Wasyoku Miyashita Marunie Gate 12F" on Tabelog, which had a great location and offered a discounted course on weekdays. We opted for the "Enjoyment Course" at a discounted price of 6,380 yen (usually 7,980 yen) with all-you-can-drink. The meal started with a fresh vegetable salad, followed by a small bowl of steamed dish, and a three-item appetizer platter. The highlight was the main course of shabu-shabu featuring domestic black wagyu beef, black pork, assorted vegetables, and extra vegetables. The beautifully arranged meat on a wooden plate was dipped in broth and cooked with vegetables, resulting in a delicious meal.
We enjoyed a refill of drinks, including highball, and ended the meal with udon noodles and a dessert. It was a pleasant time catching up with our relatives and exchanging news. The meat is delicious for the price. The additional 150 grams for seconds also provide a satisfying volume. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the freshness of the vegetables in the pot and the white rice are not up to par. The green onions and Chinese cabbage seem wilted, as if they had been frozen. It's a shame that the A5 Wagyu beef is being overshadowed. The white rice, even though we went early, was not freshly cooked, which was disappointing. At Nikugari Kappo Miyashita on the 15th floor of Marunie Gate, I tried the "Aged Sirloin Steak for 1,900 yen" today. However, I found the taste or rather the smell to be a bit off-putting. I wonder if this is the unique flavor of aged meat? When I searched, it seems that aged meat is supposed to have a savory aroma, but if this is it, then it might not be to my liking.
