It is about a 4-minute walk from Nogata Station North Exit. I felt like eating there after a long time, so I went. I arrived early since it opens at 8:30 and I entered around 10:30 on Sunday without having to wait in line. I purchased meal tickets from the machine and took a seat. There are counter and two table seats, and it gets full with about 10 people. This time, I ordered the following: "Miso Ramen" (950 yen), "Rich Niboshi Miso Ramen" (1,000 yen), "Chinpira Egg" (200 yen). The ramen was served in about 5 minutes. The Miso Ramen had a look like "Is this miso?" The soup is made by simmering pork bones, chicken bones, and vegetables, then stir-frying white miso in a wok. I couldn't fully appreciate the depth with my simple palate (lol), but the rich soup with thickness was delicious! The medium-thick straight noodles and bean sprouts mix well with the soup. The thick and meaty chashu provides great satisfaction. It goes well with raw garlic. The Rich Niboshi Miso Ramen is a rich and flavorful dish. The combination of niboshi (dried baby sardines) and miso is perfect! The rich and thick soup with medium-thick straight noodles was delicious. The flavor of the seaweed is also nice. I like the name "Chinpira Egg" (lol). The quail egg marinated in a spicy sauce enhances the umami of the egg. If you add the leftover marinade to the miso ramen, you can change it to a spicy miso ramen(?). Personally, I preferred the niboshi one. The noodles here are really delicious! I will definitely go again. Thank you for the meal!

The miso ramen here was rich and flavorful. I love rich miso ramen, but often when I search for it, it's not as rich as I'd like. This place had a proper richness to it. I had high expectations since it's the original shop by Hanada. Despite waiting outside in the light rain with 6 people ahead of me, the wait time to be seated inside was short. I was worried it wouldn't be rich enough, so I went with the spicy miso ramen. I added extra chashu, shredded pork, seasoned egg, and rice. The salty level of the spicy miso ramen is quite high. At first, it tastes very salty, but eventually, it becomes less noticeable. The spiciness is similar to that of a Korean restaurant, so it's delicious for those who can handle it. The chashu was thick and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The shredded pork had a good volume, looked spicy, but I didn't feel the spiciness (possibly my taste buds were numb). The seasoned egg was average, slightly runny. The rice was of normal firmness. Many people ordered rice bowls, but personally, I think adding extra meat and ordering rice separately is the way to go. Next time, I'll try the regular miso ramen. Thank you for the meal, it was delicious.

Hanamichi-san, which I've been to many times. So delicious~ (*˘︶˘*).。*♡ This time, I ordered the super spicy Bancho Ramen (with less noodles) for 1,000 yen. I went there wearing white clothes, so I was given a paper apron. I was worried that the bright red soup might splash, but I ended up sweating from the spiciness, with drops falling (≧▽≦) If you love spicy ramen, definitely give it a try☆ For first-timers, instead of jumping straight into the super spicy Bancho challenge, start with the spicy miso ramen. Thank you for the meal! It was a happy time. ===========

I heard that this place is where the former apprentice of a famous local ramen shop, Miso-kko Fukku, trained. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the line of about 10 people outside the restaurant. As I started queuing, the person in front of me left halfway through. It was late September, but the weather was still over 30 degrees Celsius that day, so they probably had to return to work. The line moved relatively quickly, and I was able to enter the restaurant after about 15 minutes. I wanted to try something spicy, but being my first visit, I opted for the classic normal miso flavor. It's important to specify the amount of vegetables when ordering, or you may not get another chance. The ramen was served in a reasonable time. It was incredibly delicious, with a depth of flavor that was different from Miso-kko Fukku. The noodles were thick, which I liked, and the amount of vegetables was adequate. The minced meat at the bottom of the bowl, separate from the chashu, was unexpectedly tasty. The lack of coolness inside the restaurant was a bit uncomfortable, but overall, the ramen was very delicious.

Today, my wife and I went to Hanadoan. Luckily, there were only two people in line ahead of us. As soon as we lined up, six more people lined up behind us. It was lucky. Since the last time we ate here, the chashu was so tender and delicious, I added extra chashu and egg this time. Once again, the taste did not disappoint, wrapping me in its gentle flavor. Even though it's far from home, thank you for the touching experience today.

Arrived at 11:00 on Saturday afternoon, waited for 2 people, tried restaurants like Fukku, Tasakaya, and Hanada. This place is the origin of famous miso ramen shops. Miso ramen with egg and chashu, thick and chewy noodles, large crunchy bean sprouts. Overall delicious, but the miso flavor is a bit salty and rich. Fukku and Hanada have a sweeter miso taste, which I prefer. The pork bowl is slightly salty, but goes well with white rice. Easy for a woman dining alone to enter. The air conditioning doesn't work well, and the door needs to be opened, so be careful. Be prepared to sweat a lot on days over 30 degrees Celsius. By the time I finished eating, I couldn't stop sweating, and my makeup was running. 😂
