I wanted to eat tsukemen for the first time in a while, so I decided to visit this restaurant. I had heard of the name of the restaurant before, but it was my first time visiting. I ordered the rich meat extra tsukemen. The price for ramen was reasonable, and you can get extra noodles for the same price, which is a great deal for those who can eat a lot. The dipping sauce with a base of seafood broth was rich in flavor and had a strong umami taste, which paired well with the flat thick noodles. The noodles had a chewy texture and a satisfying bite, and I could tell why this place is popular. The chunk of chashu was juicy and flavorful, and adding extra meat was definitely the right choice. I got a medium portion this time, but I want to challenge myself with a large portion next time.

Today, I visited Menya Musashi Torashouten located in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line. The interior of the restaurant consists of a counter only, with a ticket machine on the left side of the entrance. You can order by selecting a ticket from the machine, which serves as a receipt that you can take home.
I chose the Torashou Ramen for 1380 yen from the ticket machine. The menu also includes options like flavored eggs, and you can choose the amount of noodles for free, so I selected the medium size. The counter has about 15 seats, spaced out quite well.
Most customers seemed to choose the Chuka Ramen from the menu on the ticket machine. The broth had a rich seafood flavor, which I really enjoyed. The noodles were thick and had a firm texture, with a nice color and gloss. The toppings included a whole flavored egg, long menma bamboo shoots, and two thick slices of roasted pork.
This is my favorite flavor among the Menya Musashi series. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

There was a long line at the popular ramen shop, so I gave up and came here instead. Despite the chain-like appearance of other branches of Menya Musashi, this one seemed different. The staff, though tough-looking, provided attentive and pleasant service, making the wait enjoyable. It was my first time at this shop, so I was unsure about the toppings and ended up getting both seasoned egg and char siu. The slightly sweet, wheat-scented noodles paired well with the rich dipping sauce. I ordered the regular size and was able to enjoy it fully.

Hmm? Delicious. I have been here twice before and both times I didn't think it suited me... When I came in the past, I had the tsukemen. Today, I ordered ramen. I wasn't expecting much, but it exceeded my expectations and was delicious. The noodles, soup, chashu, and menma were all delicious. The chashu was properly grilled and had a nice smoky flavor, which I liked. I haven't been back for a while because I didn't get hooked before, but now I want to come again. The person at the next table was having the tsukemen and was getting a refill of the soup from the beginning, eating the dipping sauce twice. It seems you can do that too. Next time, I want to try the tsukemen again after a long time. Thank you for the meal.

I had the less rich version of tsukemen. The photo shows a medium portion. The noodles were chewy and smooth, and the soup had a soy sauce base with a refreshing taste. The meat was tender and easily shredded with chopsticks. The noodles were coated with plenty of coarse ground pepper, which pepper lovers like me will enjoy. The flavor of the pepper can be felt in the noodles before dipping them into the soup. Both the standard and rich versions of tsukemen are delicious, but I prefer the standard one. It has a strong umami taste and goes well with the noodles. The fact that you can get one soup refill is also great. I would definitely go back!

For ramen lovers, "Menya Musashi" is a familiar name. When I revisited the other day, I was once again impressed by the deliciousness! The atmosphere inside the restaurant was lively, filled with people who love noodles. Lunchtime tends to be crowded, so it's a good idea to go early. The tsukemen features a rich and flavorful soup paired with firm and chewy noodles, creating a perfect combination. With each bite, the umami spreads throughout your mouth. The dish is generously topped with ingredients, keeping you satisfied. Once you try "Menya Musashi's" tsukemen, you'll want to go back again. It's a perfect spot for men in their 30s. If you love tsukemen, be sure to visit! You'll definitely be satisfied! #MenyaMusashi #Tsukemen #FamousShop #Delicious #WantToRevisit #Recommended

The meat is thick and tender, incredibly delicious♡ The noodles are satisfying and excellent♡ The soup is rich and has a strong flavor♡ I went during a non-peak time, but still had to wait for about 5 minutes. Lunch and dinner times might be busy... But the taste is worth the wait! I will definitely go back!!!

Located between Roppongi Station and Tokyo Midtown Roppongi. The prices are on the higher side, but various electronic payments are accepted, and the store is clean, which is good. It can feel a bit cramped with insufficient distance from the person next to you, and it's a shame that there is no place to store your belongings.

The ramen boom may have settled down, with most shops offering similar dishes, but I still think that Musashi stands out by far. They have a wide variety of menu options, and you can choose the amount of noodles you want. Even if it's over 1kg, you won't get tired of it and can finish it all. In fact, you might even wish you had more to eat.

I visited this restaurant with my friends after a long time. Despite the heat, we wanted to eat cold tsukemen. We have been coming to this shop for tsukemen since a long time ago, and as usual, it was crowded. We bought our meal tickets and waited for about 5 minutes before being seated. I love the chashu here. It looks juicy and tender enough to be easily broken with chopsticks. The flavor is also rich, so it's delicious to eat it as it is or dip it in the soup. The noodles also have ground pepper kneaded in, making them tasty on their own. The richness and umami of the soup are still delicious as ever. I want to visit again for this tsukemen that suits me perfectly. Thank you for the meal.

I had tsukemen at Musashi-san! I visited around 11:20 am and was able to sit without waiting. I purchased tsukemen (medium) for 1000 yen from the ticket machine. I have been to this shop many times, and I think the flat twisted noodles and the roasted chashu are delicious. I would like to visit again when I feel like having noodles! If you are interested, please give it a try!

I visited around 6:30 pm on Friday afternoon. There was no wait. I had the "Tora Shou Ra" ramen. It looked simple and delicious. The noodles were firm with a good chewy texture. The most surprising part was the meat. It was large and easily fell apart with chopsticks, tender and tasty. The egg was soft-boiled and tender. I want to try other branches of the Musashi Ramen shop.

Arrived at the restaurant at 1:00 PM on Marine Day. Honestly, I had never experienced such a crowded timing before, haha. Today, the restaurant was almost full when I entered. Even after I sat down, more and more customers kept coming in. The number one popular dish, the rich and creamy Tiger Roar Tsukemen (medium portion) for 1390 yen, seemed quite ordinary to me. Also, the dipping sauce was lukewarm, which was disappointing. Even though it was scorching hot outside, the dipping sauce should have been piping hot. The huge slices of char siu were left searing on the grill for a long time, making the lean parts dry. It would have been better if they were seared right before serving instead of being left on the grill.

Roppongi "Menya Musashi Kojo" Kojo = growl of a tiger Meaning = the appearance of a hero or great man in action The noodles at the restaurant are mixed with pepper, hence the name Kojo. The interior of the restaurant consists only of a counter, with energetic customer service. The top image shows "extra meat ramen, large serving." While most customers choose tsukemen from the ticket machine, I opted for ramen. The soup has a prominent seafood flavor and is on the sweeter side. The noodles are thick and chewy, and the large serving was almost too much to handle. If I had ordered an extra serving, I would have had to eat it with the determination to lose something important as a human. The roasted chashu has an impressive presence but is quite fatty. The chashu rice with pepper is delicious, with slightly moist rice. The spicy aroma of pepper is enjoyable, but the feeling of fullness is not easily disguised. Despite feeling like my stomach was about to burst, I enjoyed the chashu and then mixed the ramen soup with rice to slurp it all up. Eating like a hungry student was tough. I feel my age. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered tsukemen, taking into account the reflection from yesterday. The curly thick noodles have a strong texture, and as I chew through them, they have a satisfyingly chewy and firm feel. The hidden pepper in the noodles and chashu gradually adds a spicy kick. Finally, I finish with a refreshing soup base. The fact that the price doesn't change even when you increase the amount of noodles is appreciated. The unique elongated shout at the end of the meal leaves a lasting impression.

I visited the restaurant just before closing time. It was my first visit to this location in Akihabara, apart from the two other stores. Personally, I wish there was a bit more seafood flavor, but I understand that it's just the taste of this particular store. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I will definitely visit again.

I visited Menya Musashi Torasho located near Roppongi station. The restaurant is open every day, which is convenient. I arrived at 7:23 pm on a weekday and the place was about 80% full. I ordered the rich tsukemen for 1,050 yen, with an option to choose the amount of noodles. I chose 850g of noodles, which is 3 times the regular amount. The dish is described as an evolution of the original Menya Musashi flavor, inspired by the now-closed shop "Aoyama," but with modern cooking techniques. The noodles are flat and chewy, with pepper mixed in, paired perfectly with the rich pork and seafood broth. The thick slices of chashu are juicy and tender. I enjoyed experiencing the innovative yet high-quality roots of Menya Musashi at Torasho.

I went to Menya Musashi Korosho and chose the rich tsukemen. The soup was rich and coated the noodles well, making it very delicious! The chashu was thick and had a satisfying texture, also very tasty.

I ordered tsukemen. The presentation was beautiful and I could feel the shop's attention to detail. Even for those who prefer ramen, the taste is very satisfying. However, if you don't add extra toppings, the amount of ingredients is a bit lacking as shown in the picture, which was a bit disappointing. The seating was all at the counter, but there were plenty of seats and the distance between them was good, so I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

On a regular lunchtime visit, I revisited the restaurant right after it opened at 11 am. The seating rate was only 10% full, so it's recommended for those who don't like waiting in line. I purchased my meal ticket at the large touch panel ticket machine at the entrance and was guided to my seat. The ticket machine accepts electronic payments such as barcode and transportation IC cards. It took about 10 minutes from seating to when my food arrived. I ordered the rich dipping noodles in medium size for ¥1,050. You can increase the noodle portion for free, up to 1kg, so it's a great service for big eaters. Most men opt for the large size as the regular portion is 200g when cooked. The noodles are flat and curly, with good soup absorption. The soup is a double broth of animal and seafood flavors, with the animal flavor more prominent and the seafood flavor subtle. Despite being described as rich, the soup is not thick, more on the lighter side. Adding vinegar from the table condiments makes it milder, and adding the original blend of chili peppers turns it into a spicy ramen. It's a great deal with three different tastes in one bowl! Despite being in a highly competitive area with two other popular ramen shops nearby, this place always has a line, proving its deliciousness. I will definitely visit again.
