I was recommended this place, "bird酉男man," for a casual drink after work near the office. The entrance is quite intriguing, and once you step inside, the restaurant is beautifully designed with a cozy atmosphere. Despite its small size, there is seating at the counter and on the 1st and 2nd floors, with a terrace on the 3rd floor. We ordered the delicious Miyazaki chicken charcoal-grilled and the famous Chicken Nanban with a special tartar sauce. Both dishes were flavorful and the chicken was of high quality. The restaurant is located in a prime area near Nogizaka Station and Roppongi, offering tasty chicken dishes at reasonable prices. The hidden entrance adds to the charm of this popular spot. Highly recommended!

Chicken lovers gather here. You can enjoy dishes made with Miyazaki's brand chicken called Tsumidori Jidori. There are many menu options to choose from, including half and small sizes, so even small groups can enjoy a variety of dishes. The manager and staff are energetic and provide pleasant customer service. The original drink menu is also extensive. Today, we had the following dishes: 1. Crispy fresh vegetables with cold bagna cauda sauce as an appetizer. 2. Avocado salted kelp salad with perfectly ripe avocados. 3. Half-size mushroom herb salad with fresh herbs, thin mushrooms, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and dressing. 4. Salad with swai crab, which has a great balance of crab sweetness and sauce. 5. Grilled Tsumidori Jidori with scallion salt, cooked over charcoal and served with a generous portion of scallion salt sauce. 6. Choice of 6 types of tsukune (recommended by the restaurant) with truffle (+ yolk) and red chili pepper. 7. Spicy fried chicken with a thin crispy coating and a lot of chili on top. 8. Fried corn with a seasoned fresh corn that is crispy and delicious. 9. Small Tsumidori Jidori oyakodon, a delicious dish with charcoal-grilled chicken and special sauce with a runny egg. 10. Small risotto chicken curry with elegant cheese risotto and a generous serving of sweet curry on the side. The location is about a 5-minute walk from Nogizaka subway station, but it may be a bit hard to find. Be careful not to miss the entrance of the restaurant (a regular door). Take exit 3, go up, turn left on the left-hand road, pass Mercedes, a pet shop, and a Seven Eleven, then turn right at the next corner. Turn left at the dead-end and it's about 10m on your right (it used to be a sushi restaurant). The entrance is at the back, two steps up, surrounded by a brick wall. I always forget to take photos. I realized after finishing the meal again. Only managed to take a few photos...

At first, I didn't know where the shop was located. I opened a door that looked like the entrance to an apartment, thinking maybe this is it...? Inside, there was a beautiful entrance and a counter extending beyond that. What a beautiful setup. I was warned in advance that the raisin butter in the top left of the appetizer platter in the photo was difficult to eat at the right time, but I accidentally melted it while talking, so be careful.

The entrance to the restaurant was a bit hard to find, and I got a little lost before finally arriving. The food was all delicious, and the staff's service was great, asking "What will you be drinking next?" when my drink was running low. The premium Miyazaki specialty grilled chicken thigh and tsukune were very fragrant and tasty.

I had been interested in Birdman for a while, so I decided to go there for the second party around 8:00 pm and found a seat available. The menu offers a variety of chicken dishes mainly from Miyazaki, which is great for those into muscle training. Even though it was the second party and I couldn't eat much, everything I tried was delicious, especially the spicy noodles I had as a finish. I thought I would like to use it for the first party next time. The capacity is quite large, and it seems to be a popular spot for group dates.

First of all, the entrance is a bit hard to find! It has a hidden gem feel to it, so it's better to have a good grasp of the location (lol). I often visit Meatman in Shibuya, so this time I went to Bird Torimaru in Roppongi (Nogizaka) for the first time as it is part of the same group. The menu had a mix of the same items as Meatman and some original dishes. The charcoal-grilled local chicken was very delicious! For the girls' night out course, you can choose several orders, and I personally liked being able to try all the different flavors of tsukune. It was a bit disappointing that there was no sparkling wine on the all-you-can-drink menu...

There is a shop beyond a door like the entrance to the management office of the apartment. I had heard in advance that it was the entrance, but there are many similar doors in the neighborhood, so you need to be careful haha. It was a good restaurant where the overall food and drinks were delicious, and there were plenty of antipasti, so it was a nice place to relax and chat with my junior colleague over drinks.

I requested the 3-hour girls' night course for 4500 yen. The restaurant and staff were both great, and the food was delicious. It was nice that even though it was a course, we could choose dishes from the regular menu on the day. They got the name wrong on the birthday plate, but it was funny and the other services were great. You can only make reservations online through Hot Pepper, but you can use a coupon for fruit champagne, which is a good deal!

About 10 minutes on foot from Roppongi towards Midtown, the entrance doesn't have a sign so I passed it at first, but thanks to the exterior wall that was mentioned in a post, I was able to find it! When you quietly enter, the first floor has a counter and the second and third floors have private rooms. Although we were having a great time with the course menu, I don't have photos of the dishes, but the appetizers were exciting for both women and men! On a large plate, there were strawberries with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, pate, and eel in omelette. The appetizers were really exciting! Next was a crab salad with lots of crab! Then came the chicken nanban with boiled egg, followed by something like charcoal-grilled local chicken. Finally, there was fried rice and a dessert of ice cream. It took a bit of time to serve the alcohol because it was just before Golden Week, but it was of high quality! The Master's Dream was delicious! It was a versatile restaurant that can be used for both dates and group gatherings!

I like chicken, so I often go to yakitori restaurants, but I may not go to places that specialize in charcoal-grilled chicken. I enjoy places like Robatayaki Yamaroku in Kumamoto and Torikado in Meguro. There is a great restaurant near my home that serves delicious heart and liver at a great price. This time, I visited a well-known restaurant group, so I expected there would be no disappointment, and indeed, the communication skills of the staff and the food were excellent. There was no disappointment, and considering the atmosphere and taste, I think the cost performance is also good. However, as a chicken nanban enthusiast, I was a bit disappointed with the chicken nanban. I have never found delicious chicken nanban in Tokyo, so I might have to go to the Miyazaki products hall in Shinjuku. The alcohol was served perfectly in a beer glass, and it seemed like it was delivered from the second floor, so they probably separate the spaces for food and drinks. Restaurants that separate these spaces are usually good. Thank you for the meal. Overall score 12/15 * 3 items 5-point evaluation Taste: 4: Unique. Definitely want to go again. 3: Like it. Want to go again. 2: Just delicious. 1: Not my taste. Service: 4: Excellent. Would recommend to others. 3: Good. Want to go again. 2: Average. 1: Not my taste. Price: 4: Value exceeds price. 3: Good cost performance. 2: Poor cost performance. 1: Not my taste.

The shop is located a little away from Roppongi, not surrounded by gacha-gacha, but in a residential area. It is a hidden gem, renovated from a single house, making it hard to tell it's a shop at first glance. The building is thin with a narrow entrance, making it really hard to find. Once you find the shop and enter inside, you'll be greeted with a spacious interior with a nice atmosphere. It has counter seats and goes from the basement to the 3rd floor, allowing for different settings depending on the use. The food is simply outstanding, delicious no matter what you order. It's been a while since I found such a great shop. The dishes are visually appealing and of high quality. The specialty is the menu using Miyazaki chicken, even using parent birds, showing their dedication. It was a delightful meal that got me excited after a long time. Thank you for the feast.

The perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness. Still delicious as always. It's been a few years since we last met before the pandemic. We've known each other for a long time, but our affiliations have changed, making it easier to meet. We ordered a few clever appetizers and just kept drinking until it was time for the last train. The meeting was set up as a work consultation, so we probably won't make much progress, but just being able to meet and talk tonight was great.

When it comes to bird cuisine in Roppongi, this is the place to go. They offer a variety of charcoal-grilled dishes, with different cuts available. I tried the miso-flavored seseri and the truffle-flavored tsukune with egg dipping sauce, both of which were delicious. The wide range of menu options makes it enjoyable. Reservations are required on weekends.

.bird酉man@RoppongiA bistro and yakitori restaurant near Roppongi Midtown. It looks like a regular apartment entrance, like a hidden gem in an alleyway. When you open the door and step inside, you'll find a counter seating area surrounding an open kitchen, with table seating and private rooms on the second floor. Perfect for various occasions! The creative izakaya menu focuses on chicken, and everything we ordered was delicious. The Miyazaki specialty chicken thigh yakitori and chicken nanban were tender and tasty. I personally enjoyed the chicken tenderloin and avocado carpaccio. Highly recommended for dates or gatherings!==========
Ordered:
- Strawberry Caprese
- Chicken tenderloin and avocado carpaccio
- Chicken thigh yakitori
- Chicken nanban
- Fried potatoes
- Crispy fried chorizo

This is my second visit to Bird Torio Man. The entrance is a bit hard to find, but I managed to find it this time. I made a same-day reservation, but all seats were full, so reservations are a must. The recommended appetizer platter was ordered at every table, so I had to order it too. Everything I tried was delicious, with flavors that suited my taste. Even though this is a chicken restaurant, I was happy to see plenty of vegetables on the plate. I also ordered a green salad and caprese, both of which were delicious. This time, I chose the negi salt sauce for the tsukune, and it was a great choice. The tsukune was quite large, so I regretted only ordering one piece - I should have ordered two. It takes a bit of time to cook them thoroughly, so I didn't order more and instead finished with a dish of shirasu peperoncino. I love this dish so much that I would say I came back just to eat it. Watching them generously pile shirasu right in front of me also added to the experience. Peperoncino is simple, but the difference in taste is clear, and that's why I will come back to eat it again.

I was introduced to a chicken dish restaurant with amazing cost performance in Roppongi! It had a hidden gem vibe, so I wandered for about 5 minutes before finding it, haha. I was surprised that even after eating and drinking a lot, the bill was around 7000 yen. Thank you @keitan_0822 for the recommendation! The dishes were all delicious, but the highlights were:
⭕️ Grilled chicken tenderloin with miso - goes amazingly well with alcohol, it's the best!
⭕️ Tsukune (chicken meatballs) - they had various flavor options for the fair. I chose truffle (with raw egg) and basil, both were delicious. There were many other tempting options too.
⭕️ Chicken nanban - a classic dish that I enjoyed a lot.
There were many other tasty dishes, and I couldn't try everything, so I definitely want to go back! If you feel like having chicken in Roppongi, definitely give this place a try. I think making a reservation is a must!

Always delicious without fail. Everything is tasty. Especially the charcoal-grilled local chicken is a must-order. The tender chicken with a charcoal flavor goes well with alcohol. The Caprese with seasonal fruits is a perfect match. This is my favorite restaurant that I keep coming back to.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I enjoy delicious chicken dishes. The chicken sashimi is a must-try. Don't miss out on the tsukune (chicken meatballs) and the charcoal-grilled jidori chicken. I recommend the tsukune with porcini sauce. For the charcoal-grilled chicken, make sure to enjoy it with plenty of yuzu pepper. Highball goes well with chicken dishes, don't you think?

The entrance to the shop is hard to find. It's a hidden gem of a restaurant. The first floor has a counter, and the second floor has tables. The menu mainly features chicken dishes. The charcoal-grilled local chicken is a must-try. We ordered the carpaccio and tsukune. The tsukune was delicious, you can't go wrong with two pieces. They also have a great selection of drinks, so you can relax and enjoy. I want to go back again.

Actually, it's not easy to find a restaurant with good usability, as each place has a different concept. But I think this restaurant was very well-balanced. It's suitable for drinking with colleagues, friends, or even for a date. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. As for the service, the staff were attentive and their timing was good. I didn't have any moments where I felt unsure. The dishes I tried were Chicken Nanban, Caprese (with figs and peaches), Miyazaki grilled chicken thigh, Avocado with salted kelp, grilled chicken tenderloin, spicy noodles, and cheese risotto curry. The spicy noodles and curry risotto were recommended by my senior, and they were delicious. Personally, I was impressed by the deliciousness of the Caprese and avocado small dishes. I will definitely visit again!
