Upon arrival, there were many empty seats, so I was able to enter the restaurant quickly. However, by the time I left, it was almost full. The customers varied from individuals to couples to families.
The Adult Child Lunch is priced at 1,760 yen (excluding tax), and you can add a drink for an additional 230 yen. I chose the Ginger Ale. The set includes a Black Wagyu Hamburger Steak, Oirase Egg Omelette Rice, and Crab Cream Croquette, with a mini dessert at the end.
Hmm, for this price, the quality seemed a bit lacking. I felt like I could have gotten a tastier and cheaper meal at a family restaurant.

The restaurant I chose was "Jasmine Thai Seibu Ikebukuro Store". This restaurant is the second one I have reviewed on Tabelog, but I have visited this dining park multiple times before starting my reviews. The restaurant has its roots in "Toho Parlor", which was established in 1964 in Tokyo's Maru Building. The restaurant is located on the 8th floor of Seibu Department Store's Ikebukuro main store, which is divided into three areas (north, central, south) from the 2nd basement floor to the 8th floor. The dining park spans the central and north areas. The restaurant is located in the central area. I arrived at the restaurant around 10:35 am, and there was only one other group of customers. The interior of the restaurant is small but stylish, giving off a high-end vibe typical of chic Western-style restaurants. The menu mainly consists of hamburger steaks and omelets, with variations based on these core items. I decided to order the Hamburger Combination Menu, which includes black wagyu hamburger steak, shrimp fry, and crab cream croquette with rice. The total cost was 2,024 yen, making it a slightly luxurious choice for my first meal out of the year. The ketchup rice contained chicken pieces that were cooked just right. The butter aroma was pleasant but not overpowering. The tomato sauce on top was flavorful but didn't overpower the taste of the omelette rice. The seafood in tomato sauce was smooth and thick with large prawns, sliced scallops, and small squid. The seafood had a good flavor, but the prawns were slightly overcooked, making them a bit tough. The side vegetables included glazed carrots, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

The bread was also elegant with a hint of sweetness, making it quite delicious.

The night lunch set includes a starter plate, choice of main dish, and a glass of draft beer. For the main dish, you can choose from grilled chicken, Hamburg steak, or salmon meuniere.
