I made a reservation and visited a restaurant that I had always wanted to go to while doing BM on Christmas Eve Eve. The restaurant is known for its natural wines and organic vegetables, and I had been wanting to go there through a connection with a craft beer bar in Asakusa. The first floor has a standing counter, the second floor has tables and counter seats, and the third floor seems to have tables that can be reserved for private parties. The recommended dishes include organic vegetable dishes such as steamed vegetables with organic vegetables, arugula salad, creamy burrata cheese caprese, confit of cod, and chicken liver pate. The natural wines offered were a Pinot Nero and a Nove for red, with Nove being my favorite for its weighty feel that pairs well with cheese. For white, they had Eros and Gajo, with Eros being a Chardonnay that was refreshing and fruity, making it dangerously easy to drink. Overall, it's a restaurant that I love, and I definitely want to go there again.

"2022.9/5 grand open!! A shop where you can enjoy natural wine and organic vegetables" [Dochaku (#Asakusa)] Located a 10-minute walk from Asakusa Station, Dochaku is a renovated building over 50 years old. I visited around 7:00 pm on a weekday (Thursday). ----------------menu----------------- ◯ Ufumayo (¥450 pic1) ◯ Chicken Liver Pate (¥620 pic2) ◯ Organic Vegetable Bagna Cauda (¥800 half pic3) ◯ Lamb and Organic Vegetable Herb Skewer (¥900 100g pic4) ◯ Silver Cod Aqua Pazza (¥920 pic5) ◯ Eros Chardonnay Rubicone 2020 (¥600 pic6) ------------------------------------- ☞ Ufumayo Creamy and flavorful Ufumayo!! The harmony of rich egg yolk and sauce that flows smoothly is irresistible. You might even want to order two if you like it!! Perfect match with wine. ☞ Chicken Liver Pate Moist and smooth chicken liver pate!! It retains the flavor of the liver while being creamy and without any unpleasant smell. It goes very well with the soft baguette. ☞ Organic Vegetable Bagna Cauda Bagna Cauda made with organic vegetables from an organic farm in Sanmu City, Chiba Prefecture!! Very fresh and juicy!!!! You can enjoy it deliciously even without any sauce or salt. The taste of the vegetables is very rich, allowing you to enjoy the original flavors of the ingredients. The combination and seasoning can vary depending on the vegetables of the day, adding to the fun of trying different flavors. A must-order menu. ☞ Lamb and Organic Vegetable Herb Skewer The herb skewer of spicy lamb meat that is addictive!! The rich flavor of the meat, the aroma of spices, and the taste combine to create an irresistible dish. Enjoying it with organic vegetables enhances the taste of the lamb meat. If you're still hungry, you can also order 200g (¥1,700). ☞ Silver Cod Aqua Pazza The irresistible Aqua Pazza with the umami of seafood!! The flesh is very tender, boneless, and easy to eat. The seafood flavor permeates the vegetables, enhancing the umami!! The seafood flavor seeps out, making even the soup delicious. (It was so delicious that I drank it all) It would probably also be delicious poured over rice or something. The cooking methods used fully bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the ingredients. The portion size is satisfying. There is also a wide variety of wines available. You can enjoy wine that matches the dishes. There is a wine cellar on the 3rd floor, and in the future, you will be able to choose wine from the cellar yourself to enjoy with your meal. It's nice to be able to choose your own wine from a wide selection. You can also feel a sense of playfulness, and I look forward to what's to come!! The warm atmosphere and attentive service of the staff made me feel at ease. From menu explanations to explanations about the restaurant, everything was done carefully, making it a place I want to visit again!! ☎ There are also three other affiliated stores, @yotaka0316, @gihu1221, and @hoshiya2131. Please visit them as well!! Thank you for the meal."

"I was drawn to the combination of organic vegetables and natural wine, which seems very good for the body (laughs), so I visited this wine bar in the Asakusa area while I had plans nearby. It is located in a slightly calm area about a 5-minute walk from TX Asakusa Station and Tawaramachi Station, with a natural and stylish atmosphere. The three-story house is entirely converted into a store, with standing on the 1st floor, bistro on the 2nd floor, and wine cellar & wine bar on the 3rd floor, allowing for different ways to enjoy depending on the floor. They also sell organic vegetables at the storefront. The wines are all natural wines, starting from ¥600 per glass and ¥3,740 per bottle, making it very affordable to drink. You can also choose your favorite wine from the wine cellar on the 3rd floor and drink it for an additional corkage fee of ¥2,000. For the food menu, I had the "Organic Vegetable Steamed in a Steamer" medium size ¥900, Ufumayo ¥450, Uni Cheese Cake ¥700, and Sardine Escabeche ¥580 this time. The appetizer was ¥500, a cold potato soup. There was also the option of the steamed dish and the Organic Vegetable Bagna Cauda, and I was torn between the two, but since the steamed dish came with Bagna Cauda sauce, I think the steamed dish is better if you're not sure! (laughs) The choice of large or medium size is also good for drinking with a small group. Also, the Uni Cheese Cake was surprisingly delicious without any strange taste, so I recommend trying it if you're curious. I think women in particular would love the combination of organic vegetables and natural wine, as well as the atmosphere inside the restaurant! It's a casual but stylish place where you can easily drink, which is not common in this area. There is also a sister cafe bar called "Hoshiya" nearby that deals with dried fish, and I would like to visit there as well."

"Dochaku" has been a favorite spot for me for a while now, and this time I visited for the second time. The first floor is mainly standing room, while the second floor has table seating and a counter, and the third floor has table seating that can be used as private rooms along with a wine cellar. You can also purchase wine from the cellar (corkage fee of 2,000 yen if you drink it at the restaurant). They always have around 5 types of natural wines available by the glass for both white and red. The staff are all young and friendly, and they engage with you in a natural way. I tried a glass of slightly sparkling white and orange wine. The slightly sparkling white "Motsu (Costadila/Veneto)" was particularly interesting with its combination of acidity, floral notes, and slight bitterness. The restaurant offers a variety of natural wines from around the world, with a focus on Italian wines. On my way out, I took a quick tour of the wine cellar and ended up purchasing a Sauvignon Blanc to pair with seafood at home a few days later. Natural wines often have cute and unique labels, making just looking at the bottles enjoyable. They also have a good selection of affordable bottles around 1,500 yen. While it may not cater specifically to tourists or hardcore wine enthusiasts, as a local, I found this restaurant to be very much appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I also compile gourmet information on my Instagram (@rmmk__). Be sure to check it out! A restaurant in Asakusa where you can enjoy organic vegetables and natural wine. [Food eaten] ・Squid ink potato salad (¥500) ・Lamb herb skewers (¥900) ・Bagna Cauda (¥900) ・Uni cheesecake (¥700) ・Beef tendon red wine stew (¥1,100) ・Bolognese (¥1,350) ・Organic vegetable tomato pizza (¥1,300) It was a place where you could fully enjoy delicious vegetables! Especially the Bagna Cauda is recommended as you can taste the sweetness of the vegetables! Also, there is a wide variety of wines available, and you can even bring in wines sold in the store! It has become my favorite restaurant.

The rosé (pictured with a pomegranate face) chosen by the server was delicious. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the rosé, so I was pleasantly surprised and happy. The food was also delicious, the service was good, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely.

Dochaku is a cozy bistro located in Asakusa, where you can enjoy dishes made with organic vegetables and natural wines. They use vegetables grown by a dedicated organic farmer from Sanmu City, Chiba Prefecture, in a variety of dishes paired with wine. The appetizer features a Caponata starter with plenty of summer vegetables like chicken, eggplant, bell peppers, and tomatoes. The assorted appetizer plate includes 8 different dishes, such as pickled organic vegetables with a refreshing sourness. The standout items were the "Anchovy Mayonnaise" and the "Addictive Olives", both bursting with flavor. The main dish, "Lamb and Organic Vegetable Skewers (2 pieces)", was tender and juicy with a blend of unique spices. For dessert, the "Canele" with sesame tuile and vanilla ice cream was a delightful treat. The bright, wood-themed interior offers standing, table, and counter seats on the first and second floors, as well as a semi-private terrace on the third floor for up to 10 guests. Enjoy a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere at Dochaku!

A stylish wine bar near Asakusa Station. Here, you can enjoy delicious drinks and tasty organic vegetables, with a focus on natural wines. What I ordered this time was: - Spicy ravioli - Bonito carpaccio - Uni cheesecake - Summer vegetable ajillo - Lamb skewers and seaweed cream pasta They have a wide variety of wines to choose from. I dined on the second floor this time, but I heard that the third floor has a wine cellar. If you want to drink by the bottle, you can choose your favorite wine from the cellar. You can also buy your favorite wine to take home. In addition to their regular business, they also hold various events. For example, wine tasting parties where you can compare different types of wine at a reasonable price. They are also planning tours to visit contract farms for harvesting experiences, etc. It's a very pleasant bar where customers can enjoy together with the entire staff. I will definitely revisit when I'm in Asakusa. Thank you for the delicious meal!

A restaurant that serves delicious vegetables. They also have a wine shop attached and are skilled at recommending wines that pair well with the dishes. I only stopped by quickly so I didn't try a lot of dishes, but each one was carefully prepared and made a big impression. If you're looking for a stylish restaurant in Asakusa, I recommend it.

They hold a wine event every month where you can compare and taste 5 types of white wines and 5 types of red wines. The theme of the event changes each time, and this time it was a comparison of wines from 10 different countries. It was a great opportunity to try wines that I don't normally drink and make new discoveries. The food, such as roast beef and caprese, was delicious.

It is a cozy natural wine and organic vegetable shop in a standalone house. There is a 500 yen charge per person for the second floor, but the complimentary onion potage was delicious. The ginger highball and zucchini pickles frittata were tasty. However, the meat in the appetizer assortment was a bit disappointing. I chose a red natural wine from the amazing selection in the wine cellar on the third floor with the help of the staff. If you purchase wine, it's at the displayed price, but if you drink it in the shop, the price increases.

I was able to relax on the second floor seats! It was our second stop, so even though we were full, we couldn't help but order more because the menu was so appealing! The guacamole salad and the complimentary soup were delicious! There were many dishes with zucchini on the menu that day! Among them, I ordered the zucchini frittata. It was similar to a quiche and very tasty. They have a wide variety of wines, so I think you can enjoy them. The staff were also very kind, so it's a restaurant I would like to visit again!

Second use. I was able to make a reservation online, so it was smooth. The restaurant is new and very clean! It's nice that there is a restroom on each floor. There was a complimentary sparkling wine toast, and although it was the second place I visited, it cost just under 5000 yen per person. We had guacamole, zucchini fritters, chilled sardines, asparagus tartare, today's dessert (chocolate fondant), lemon sour, and orange wine. The lemon sour was delicious, made with vodka. It was a comfortable place, and I would like to visit again next time, maybe as the first stop!

There are three festivals going on, so I decided to wander around Asakusa. And I stumbled upon a place with organic vegetables and natural wine! Plus, they have a happy hour with glasses for only 500 yen! I had to go in. The wine was delicious, and the dishes made with plenty of organic vegetables were also very tasty. I will definitely be coming back here.

First dinner at Dochaku. I thought it was a one-story restaurant, but it turned out to have three floors and we were seated on the second floor. I had a glass of Viu Viu Chardonnay (600 yen) and my wife had a sparkling Riesling pet-nat (900 yen). The appetizer was new onions (500 yen) and they were delicious. The dishes we ordered came out in the following order: Bagna Cauda (900 yen) with tasty vegetables, Trippa (880 yen) with a gentle flavor, Sand liver confit (600 yen) which was a bit salty, Tuna carpaccio with Karasumi sauce (1200 yen) with thinly sliced tuna that seemed small, Viu Viu Merlot (600 yen), and Lamb herb grill skewers (800 yen) which were like a high-end version of Arosticini from Saizeria. The dishes came out very quickly and were delicious, with tasty vegetables and excellent food. A restaurant that exceeded our expectations.

A casual standing wine bar where you can easily enjoy a drink during the day. I visited Yui Saketen, run by a former NMB member, for a quick stop after lunch. The shop is located across from Yui Saketen. It has an open atmosphere, and the first floor is for standing drinking. I drank the recommended white wine by the staff while eating ice cream before heading home.

After shopping at Kappabashi Kitchenware Street, we stopped by this place. The upper floors were full, so we had our meal and wine in the standing bar area on the first floor. The dishes were delicious with fresh vegetables such as burdock from Chiba, colorful radishes, and tasty sweet potatoes. The happy hour exclusive to the standing bar area offers wine for only 500 yen per glass, which is a great deal. I would love to visit again when shopping at Kappabashi Kitchenware Street.

On a beautiful day during Golden Week, we visited this restaurant after strolling around Asakusa. We were seated at the standing bar on the first floor. Although it's known for organic vegetables and wine, the vegetables were incredibly delicious! We started with steamed vegetables, savoring the natural flavors. Then we had vegetable a la grecque, which was packed with a variety of vegetables and tasted amazing. The bread dipped in olive oil with vegetable essence was a delight. We also tried lamb herb grill, squid ink potato salad, pate, and bolognese, all of which were delicious. The best part was that all the wines were only 500 yen on holidays, which made us very happy. We ended up drinking a bit too much but it was a happy holiday from noon.

We used a semi-private room on the 3rd floor with 8 people. Overall, the food and drinks were good. The quality of the vegetables was impressive. The atmosphere on the second floor is suitable for dates, while the first floor has a cozy atmosphere at the counter. It would have been even better if they had offered a discount for the person who couldn't make it for the all-you-can-drink option.

A three-story house stands in a quiet atmosphere, renovated from a building that is over 50 years old, offering different spaces on each of its three floors. The first floor has an open and bright standing counter, perfect for casual dining and drinks. The second floor offers a more relaxed and adult atmosphere with table and counter seating. The third floor has a semi-private room with a terrace, ideal for family gatherings or company parties. I dined on the second floor, enjoying the cozy and warm wooden interior. The food prices are the same on the first and second floors, but there is an additional charge for a table charge (500 yen) on the second floor. The daily appetizer on the day of my visit was a delicious purple carrot potage. The restaurant offers a wide selection of natural wines, including the red wine "Chibreo" from Tuscany, Italy. The Italian cuisine features organic vegetables, with organic vegetables delivered directly from Yachimata City, Chiba Prefecture. The menu includes various recommended dishes, such as squid ink potato salad, rocket salad with prosciutto, and a trio of grilled organic carrots. The restaurant's specialty, tripe stew, and generous cheese polonaise pasta were also highlights. The meal concluded with a unique sea urchin cheese cake and organic sweet potato Mont Blanc pudding. The relaxing atmosphere, accompanied by soft ballads, made for an enjoyable dining experience. This is a place where you can comfortably dine alone or with friends, making it a restaurant worth revisiting.

The hidden gem of a restaurant that received a low rating simply because of the lack of reviews. We made a reservation and visited as a couple. Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed there were no chairs, only a counter. We thought it was a standing bar, but then we were directed to the second floor. The first floor was a standing bar and kitchen. We climbed the steep stairs and found a small but stylish interior on the second floor. Here are the highlights: - The organic wines served at this restaurant were surprisingly good. The Toscana Hera 2017 was particularly enjoyable. - The medium fatty tuna carpaccio had a nice texture and the aroma of the tuna and olive oil was excellent. - The vegetable ajillo, served on a plate with plenty of vegetables, was delicious. - The red wine stew was rich and flavorful, perfect with red wine. - The tuna and olive pate had a unique combination and the aroma of black olives was delightful. - The waitress on the second floor was exceptional, handling all the service with care and efficiency. Her wine recommendations were spot on. Overall, it was a wonderful restaurant. We will definitely visit again!
