I used it for dinner. I made a reservation on the same day on a weekday, and headed there at 5:30 pm as they said it was available until 7 pm. It seemed that reservations were full after 7 pm. I ordered the chef's choice course, where grilled dishes keep coming out until you say stop. It started with daikon radish and grated radish, then moved on to chicken sashimi. After that, dishes kept coming out at a good pace. Everything was delicious, but the liver, grilled mackerel, and quail were the best! The liver was very tender and flavorful. The grilled mackerel was light yet juicy, with wasabi adding a nice accent. The quail was cooked to have a slightly crispy texture, which was a new experience for me. Unfortunately, they were sold out of lantern fish that day, but I was able to try a variety of dishes and was very satisfied. Two beers and about 13 dishes cost around 8000 yen.

After finishing errands in Ginza and not having had lunch, I decided to have an early dinner. This time, I went to Toriyoshi Ginza, which opens at 4 pm. The skewers were large and relatively firm, providing a satisfying eating experience. It's great to be able to satisfy a sudden craving for yakitori on the same day.

This is a famous restaurant for Datte chicken. They were able to accommodate us even with a same-day reservation. They open from 16:00, so it may be easier to get a table if you go early. The grilling was perfect and not too fancy like in the heart of Ginza. The banter between the regulars and the chef was enjoyable. As a first-time visitor, I was guided through various delicious dishes. The sweet potato was especially amazing with its high sugar content. Despite ordering quite a lot, the prices were reasonable. Overall, it's a fantastic restaurant worth revisiting.

Bird Yoshi's Ginza branch. They offer both omakase and a la carte options, and I decided to order from the a la carte menu. There is a counter in the shape of a "コ" and two table seats. The food is cooked at the ends of the counter, so the service is relatively fast. I ordered items like grilled gizzard, grilled chicken and ginkgo nuts, grilled bonjiri (chicken tail), grilled corn, thick-fried tofu, tsukune (chicken meatballs), grilled chicken skin, and soboro (minced meat) rice bowl. The restaurant was more casual than I expected. It's nice to be able to order your favorite skewers at your own pace.

Please only recommend delicious items. I heard that they take reservations over the phone for the 4 daily servings of the esophagus, so I think you should try it! (Upper right) Basically, everything is delicious! I finished with chicken soup, but if you're not full, I think minced chicken rice or ochazuke would be good too.

Half of the customers were foreigners. When I ordered champagne (pictured), I thought a full bottle would be 8,800 yen, but was surprised to receive a half bottle! It's quite expensive, isn't it? Be sure to check the menu (lol). As expected from a famous restaurant, the grilled dishes are delicious overall. We mainly ate grilled dishes and hardly touched other dishes. The grated radish and pickles in the photo are appetizers (800 yen). With four people, we drank moderately and spent around 50,000 yen. Just for your reference.

"Yakitori restaurant in Ginza, Toriyoshi Ginza branch, is simply the best! The location in Ginza is excellent. The bill for two people, male and female, was around 12,000 yen. We ordered bottled beer, 2 servings of sake, and about 10 skewers. Each skewer was delicious, and we were completely satisfied with the amount we ordered for that price. The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was wonderful. It's relatively easy to make a reservation, which is also a plus. The main branch is in Naka-Meguro, and they have a branch in Ginza Corridor as well. Highly recommend the Kishu Binchotan selected Date chicken, but I hope it doesn't become too difficult to get a reservation. #GinzaYakitori #Toriyoshi #YakitoriRestaurant #GourmetGinza #Foodie #TabelogTop100 #Delicious #WantToEat #JapaneseFoodLover #ChickenDish #YakitoriLover #Skewers #MeatDishes #WantToConnectWithYakitoriLovers #WantToConnectWithFoodies #GinzaGourmet #GreatRestaurant #WeekendLunch #Tabelog #FoodPhotos #SakeLover #Izakaya #YakitoriDate #GinzaLunch #WantToConnectWithChickenLovers #JapaneseCuisine #JapaneseFood #FoodPhotoLover #ChickenGram"

A yakitori restaurant located in the Ginza Corridor Street. I made a reservation in advance by phone and visited. The main seating is at the counter, with two table seats available. On this day, I used a table seat. The eating style is either omakase or a la carte. On this day, I ordered a la carte. I had about 10 skewers and some karaage. The skewers were all tender and juicy, with a delicious meat juice oozing out. The karaage was not the usual thigh or breast meat, but fried chicken wings. The exquisite saltiness and meat flavor were irresistible and delicious. I also had some drinks and ended up quite full. The total cost per person was 6000 yen, which I think is a good deal considering the quality of the food. I highly recommend visiting this place.

It is very delicious. The owner of Ibushi Gin runs the place with his craftsmanship. It gets quite busy during lunchtime and seems to be doing well in this area. However, the hospitality of the many hall staff is lacking, so I have rated it based on this point.

Located in Corrido Street, this restaurant has a calm atmosphere with a counter where you can watch them grill yakitori and vegetable skewers right in front of you. The charcoal aroma adds a nice touch to the delicious grilled skewers. Pairing them with the recommended Japanese sake is a great choice. The oyakodon is creamy and addictive.

I visited this restaurant for the first time. It is always full according to the information, and reservations are required, but I decided to walk in right when it opened. There are only a few counter and table seats available. They told me they would need the table back in 2 hours due to the high demand. I opted for the "omakase" where you can ask them to stop when you've had your fill. I had beer and cold sake. The glasses were thin and had a nice feel to them. I usually drink from a beer mug, but this was a nice change. I think I had about 7 skewers in total, and each one was delicious. The chicken sashimi was seasoned just right and tasted like ham. They also served pickles, grated radish with quail egg, gizzard, meatballs, ginkgo nuts, shishito peppers, and chicken wings. I was very full by the end. They also offer takeout rice bowls. This is definitely a restaurant worth revisiting. The prices may be a bit on the higher side.

I was looking forward to it, but was a bit disappointed. The shiitake mushrooms and okra were delicious. The menu items like thick fried tofu and nameko mushrooms, which are rare for a yakitori restaurant, were also tasty. However, the grilled mackerel was a bit overcooked and tough, which was a shame. On the other hand, the green peppers could have been cooked a bit more for better flavor.

Overall, the food was delicious but not particularly impressive. Recommended dishes are quail, chicken tenderloin, chicken cartilage, and sweet potato. The drink options mainly consist of sake and wine. If you don't drink much alcohol, the price is reasonable at around 6,500 yen per person. It's a good place to enjoy some grilled chicken skewers quickly.

This is my second visit. The restaurant is not fancy but not too casual, it's a good place for yakitori. There is a nice amount of smoke, not too loud but just the right amount of noise. The taste is consistently delicious. The service is on the cool side, so as long as you don't expect too much, it's not a big deal. They have a course menu, but this time I ordered a la carte. Prices are not listed on the menu, but it was around 8,000 yen per person.

I visited the long-awaited Toriyoshi Ginza store. It is a popular restaurant located in the corridors of Ginza. It was nice to see that they were open even on a Sunday. The customers inside seemed to have a healthy mindset, with many young and female customers, as well as older adults. The staff wore white aprons and headbands, giving off a traditional yakitori restaurant vibe. The main dining area had a large counter surrounding a charcoal grill, which was quite dazzling. There were also private rooms towards the back and on the right. We opted for a private room this time. If there are two people, I recommend sitting at the counter for a livelier experience.
Today's order (omakase course):
- Pickled vegetables (cucumber, turnip)
- Radish with grated daikon
- Salted chicken skewer
- Tare chicken skewer
- Ginkgo nuts
- Chicken liver
- Salted chicken tail
- Salted chicken thigh
- Salted chicken neck
- Asparagus
- Chicken wings
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Duck meat
Drinks:
- Shikon no Shikon (sweet potato shochu with carbonated water)
- Draft beer
The grilled chicken uses Date chicken and the skewers are quite generous, making you feel quite full. The omakase course keeps coming until you ask them to stop. It might be a good idea to ask for your favorite items to be served first. Today, we were lucky to have chicken neck skewers. The menu is quite limited, but each skewer is carefully grilled and delicious. We finished off with cold noodles and warabi mochi for dessert. Despite drinking quite a bit, the total cost was around 13,000 yen per person. Thank you for the meal!

On Saturday around 7:30 PM, I went to the counter seat without a reservation. The menu didn't have prices listed, which made me a little nervous, but I ordered a Hakushu highball and decided to leave the yakitori selection up to the chef. They told me to let them know when I was full. I ended up trying various skewers including tsukune, chicken thigh, ginkgo nuts, gizzard, shishito peppers, quail eggs, thick tofu, green onions, chicken skin, wasabi-flavored skewers, asparagus, liver, duck, and chicken wings. Before I knew it, I had eaten quite a lot. I also had about four Hakushu highballs. The bill was reasonable considering the quality and atmosphere of the place. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I was invited to visit a restaurant by someone I am grateful to. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was spacious and had a nice vibe. I only ordered a drink and left the food selection up to them. The dishes came out in a perfectly timed order. The grilling and seasoning were just right, everything was great! The texture of the food was particularly amazing. Hand-cut sashimi is truly on another level. I would definitely love to visit again.

I dropped in for a walk at night. It was a Sunday, but the restaurant was full. There were more first-time visitors than regulars. Quite a few foreigners were there. The people on both sides of me were also from overseas. The menu had English translations and the staff spoke English. With the increasing number of inbound tourists, it seems like the place is becoming even more international.

Located in the Ginza Corridor Street, "Toriyoshi" is a renowned yakitori restaurant that uses Datte Jidori chicken. Customers can choose from a la carte or omakase style for the skewers. The yakitori, cooked over Kishu Binchotan charcoal, is juicy and consistently delicious. The restaurant is great for pairing with drinks, although some may find it slightly pricey for the portion size due to the lack of price indication on the menu. With a seating capacity of 34 (18 at the counter and 16 at tables), Toriyoshi Ginza is open from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with the last order at 9:20 pm. They are closed during the New Year period, accept reservations, and are a non-smoking establishment. The restaurant is a 4-minute walk from JR Yurakucho Station, JR Ginza Station, and a 5-minute walk from JR Shinbashi Station, with a distance of 363 meters from Uchisaiwaicho Station. The average budget ranges from 8000 to 9999 yen for dinner and 6000 to 7999 yen for lunch.

Bird Yoshi-sama quietly standing in the Colido Street. I was curious, so I'm happy to have been brought here (*ˊ˘ˋ*) Vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, and the long-awaited lantern... all with a slightly stronger taste that I like!! I couldn't finish the oyakodon because I was full, but I want to try it next time I revisit◎ Thank you for the delicious meal!

I suddenly thought about what to eat at night and decided on some yakitori. I toasted with a bottle of beer. A side of pickles and quail eggs topped with grated daikon were served. The skewers of chicken meatballs, chicken liver, eggplant, yam, bonjiri (tail meat), chicken skin, and chicken wings were delicious. Since I went late, many items were sold out, and I couldn't try the closing dish, which was disappointing. I'll have to come back for a rematch.
