Barbacoa was the best among the group. One of the restaurants often specified for media dinners is Barbacoa, and I think this one on the 5th floor of Hills is the best. Firstly, the view is great, but the staff is also very good. The fact that they can recruit such high-quality staff is evidence of excellent management. As a Japanese person, I naturally like wagyu beef, but the best steak I've had while traveling the world was in Argentina, and it was also excellent in Indonesia and Thailand. Truly, a manly steak. The appetizer is always lobster bisque. The good thing about Barbacoa Roppongi Hills is also reflected in the customer base. I don't understand anything other than English, but I've heard Swahili and such. Being exposed to international cultures gives me energy. Today was a celebration event hosted by the Aichi Prefectural Police for me. A friend from Shogakukan also came. They surprised me with arrangements from the restaurant and friends, and we took photos. These kinds of things are unforgettable. It's not a Mastercard catchphrase, but it's priceless. The restaurant also had a great setup with a vast space dominated by a salad bar and dessert bar. The salads were also very nice and outstanding. I particularly like grapefruits, and I was happy to see them so fresh. Lately, grapes have become too expensive and hard to come by. I received musk melon and grapes as gifts, so when I thanked them on the phone, they asked me how the grapes were. I went to Atre Meguro in front of my house and saw a bunch priced at 3,980 yen. Really? I thought. The variety of meats at Barbacoa is still abundant. It seems like they have a monopoly in the industry. Beef tongue, lamb, ribs, pork, chicken, sausages, garlic steak, chuck flap, sirloin, heart, and they just keep coming unless you say stop. The cheese and Barbacoa bread were also delicious. All of this for only 5,000 yen. It's the result of corporate efforts. The Polaroid photo taken with a big smile by the restaurant as a gift will be cherished. I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much. I hope that they will continue to operate as a long-standing steakhouse that is always close to us common people.
