Today I had lunch at Takoe Bisu. This week, they are open for lunch after a long time, and I was curious about it but couldn't go on weekdays due to work. However, I saw on SNS that they are open on weekends as well, so I visited for lunch. I only had the Ton teki, which is delicious. The pork Ton teki here is tasty, with a refreshing yet juicy and chewy texture. It is seasoned with salt and pepper as a base, making it delicious on its own. Additionally, you can choose from 4 types of sauces: Japanese-style, butter, salsa, or your choice. I recommend the salsa or your choice sauce. The your choice sauce, as the name suggests, is a sauce for okonomiyaki that goes well with the thickly sliced delicious pork. I wanted to have a drink from noon today, so I paired it with beer, but it goes really well with rice too. If there is a place near my office, I would definitely go again. It was delicious. This is a teppanyaki restaurant in Ebisu. They serve okonomiyaki, gyoza, and other grilled dishes directly on the hot plate at the customer's table, so you can enjoy them warm without having to cook them yourself. The Takosan Sour drink was also interesting and delicious. It's a small restaurant, but the staff are attentive and provide good service.

There is a teppanyaki restaurant in Ebisu. Lunch has been revived. They only offer a lunch plate with delicious pork tonkatsu. It comes with soup and you can get free extra rice. I chose the extra rice. You can choose from four sauces: Japanese-style, butter, salsa, or your choice. I went with the most popular Japanese-style sauce. I also added a fried egg as an extra dish. The sauce had a strong flavor, and the rice went really well with it. The tonkatsu was already cut into pieces, making it easy to eat.

Ton teki is a specialty dish in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, which is a pork steak. It is also known as "glove-yaki" because it is pre-cut into easy-to-eat sizes. Today, we visited Takoebisu, a cozy hidden izakaya located about a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Station. The teppanyaki here is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for adults. The interior is quaint with a touch of nostalgia, and there were many female customers during our weekday lunch visit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, letting us choose any seat we liked. The background music was live rock, reflecting the owner's taste. We ordered the "Biton's Ton teki Plate" for 1100 yen, which came with a choice of sauce - we opted for butter, and added a fried egg for an extra 50 yen. The meal also included a delicious egg soup and a side salad. The main dish, Ton teki, had a delightful aroma and was juicy, pairing well with the butter. The perfectly cooked fried egg was a nice touch, and the portion of rice was just right. The staff even asked how we liked the sauce before we left. The restroom was a bit dimly lit, but overall, it was a satisfying dining experience at Takoebisu. Bon appétit!

I became a lunch refugee and visited. I chose butter as the sauce. The meat was tender and juicy! It was a bit salty for me who prefers mild flavors. I enjoyed the leftover sauce with rice, turning it into a mini butter rice dish. The friendly owner manages the restaurant alone, so it took about 20 minutes from seating to serving. Visit when you have time!

At Takoe Bisu in Ebisu, I had okonomiyaki and Ita Gyoza. Is okonomiyaki and Ita Gyoza their specialty dishes? They also have hot pot and the atmosphere is nice! First, the okonomiyaki. You can choose several toppings to customize it to your liking, which is fun and exciting. I chose mentaiko, garlic, and pork. The okonomiyaki is cooked for you and brought to your table. It had a generous amount of mentaiko and was delicious! I also tried the Ita Gyoza with plain and shiso leaf, and it was also tasty. I wanted to try more dishes but had to save room for the next stop. It was delicious! The food adventure continues with more stops to go...

Whatever you order is delicious, satisfying in portion, and very cost-effective. It would be even better if there were stir-fried vegetables available.

I visited for dinner around 6:15 PM. I had made a reservation so there was no wait. I enjoyed fresh oysters and delicious grilled pork. I also had a bottle of Chablis from William Fevre.

The garlic topping is generously added, so it's super delicious!

The sakura shrimp omelette, the famous Ita Gyoza with pickled ginger, garlic-filled okonomiyaki, and monjayaki topped with curry and baby star ramen are delicious.

The quality, including the appetizer, was high! I felt the service was a bit slow, but it's understandable since it was a Friday!
