Lunchtime is limited to 45 minutes, but there is a menu where you can fully enjoy freshly delivered meat of the day. I arrived 15 minutes before the opening at 11:30 and found out that the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, with a line of customers waiting outside on the 1st floor. We were the 3rd group in line, and luckily we were able to enter on the first turn. The staff handed us a wet towel and asked if we had visited before. Since it was my first time, they explained the rules to me. Here is a brief summary of the rules:
- 45-minute time limit (last order 10 minutes before closing)
- Approximately 6 types of all-you-can-eat meat are available. Additional rare cuts can be ordered for an extra charge.
- Choose from sets A (thigh salt + neck petro miso), B (thigh sauce + neck petro miso), or C (liver salt + heart salt) for your initial order, then enjoy all 6 types of meat including koji chicken.
- White rice, soup, and onion slices are also included in the all-you-can-eat menu, with additional toppings available for a fee.
- Most customers order tap water (¥0) for their drink.
- The all-you-can-eat meat includes pork and chicken.
- Each table has a smoke suction machine, but your clothes may still pick up some smell.
- Tables and counters are available, and within 30 minutes, the place is usually full with a waiting list. The waiting area is outside on the emergency staircase.
The meat that day seemed to be freshly delivered, with no unpleasant smell, and the texture of the heart was perfect. The price of ¥980 is quite a deal for such a lineup. Personally, I found the neck petro to be the most delicious, especially when paired with white rice. Even the fatty cuts were complemented well by the onion slices, and I was able to enjoy the meal without feeling too heavy until the end. If you ask, they will change the grill, and the speed of service for refills is incredibly fast, minimizing any wasted time. This place is definitely popular, and I ended up paying extra for additional items like liver and beer, making it a fantastic lunchtime experience.
I would love to go back again. I especially recommend it for those who enjoy offal. I didn't expect to enjoy such fresh and satisfying food for ¥980, so my satisfaction level is high. The location may be a bit hard to find at first glance, so make sure to double-check. There is a large sign, but depending on the angle, you might miss it.
Thank you for the meal!
