Visited around 11:30 on a weekday. The area was bustling with office workers and shoppers, with a wait of about 30 minutes. While waiting in line, I looked at the menu and placed my order. You can choose between Inaniwa udon with a bowl (seafood, tempura rice, or pickled greens rice). You can also choose between hot or cold udon. The interior of the restaurant has a calm Japanese atmosphere with counter seats and about 5 tables for 4 people each. ★ Inaniwa Udon, Tempura Rice 1400 yen (tax included) - Inaniwa udon: A half-boiled egg is in the table drawer and can be topped for free. The smooth and slippery texture is excellent. The noodles have a perfect balance of firmness and softness, making them easy for anyone to eat. You can feel the flatness characteristic of Inaniwa udon in your mouth. - The udon goes well with the light yet flavorful soy sauce-based broth. Tempura Rice: - The bowl is filled with plenty of ingredients that you can't see the rice. - The scallops and shrimp are plump and delicious. The sweet and savory sauce stimulates your appetite. The taste is not tiring, perhaps due to the quality of the oil. Payment can be made with electronic money. The cost performance is good, and I would like to visit again.

Great value for money! Main, done! This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Inaniwa udon and a small rice bowl. Just so you know, Tsujihan and Kanekohanosuke are experienced. I arrived at 1 pm on a weekday and there were 12 people waiting to enter. However, since there are many solo diners and the turnover is quick, I was able to get in after about 25 minutes. They take your order before you enter, so you can decide during the wait. Please check the menu in the photos. For the Inaniwa udon, you can choose from zaru, bukkake, hot, or cold. As for the small rice bowl... you can choose from Tsujihan's seafood luxury rice bowl, tenbarameshi, or takana meshi. But the prices are different for each. It's interesting that you can have a mini seafood bowl from Tsujihan. However, I still want to try the full size there. So, I chose the tenbarameshi and Inaniwa udon (cold, dipping) for 1480 yen. Toppings are self-service and free to take as much as you want, but be sure to mix the hot spring egg into the small rice bowl. It's delicious. Both the udon and tenbarameshi were very satisfying. At first, I thought the portions were small, but I was full by the end of the meal. Considering the quality and quantity for less than 1,500 yen, this is a fantastic value. I definitely want to come back to this restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

I had trouble getting into this popular restaurant, but luckily it wasn't too crowded in the evening. I followed the staff's recommendation and ordered a combination of kakiage-don (tempura rice bowl) and warm Inaniwa udon. The udon toppings were set on the table, allowing me to customize it myself, which was fun. The addition of a warm egg on top added to the value, and the kakiage was very delicious.

★Inaniwa Udon from a Top 100 Restaurant★ When I arrived around 12:30 on a weekday, there was a long line so I had to give up. I was told by the staff that it would be less crowded around 15:00, so I finished my errands and gave it another try. I was able to get in smoothly and relax. They only serve udon bowl sets, so I couldn't finish it all. They gave me a container for takeout, so I brought the leftovers home. The tsukune (chicken meatball) was delicious. The staff were also kind and it was a great restaurant experience.

I ordered a set of udon and tempura at a popular restaurant known for its udon. The chicken meatballs looked delicious and even though I thought there might be too many, the chicken meatball udon was indeed very tasty. The meatballs had a gentle yuzu fragrance. The udon noodles were Inaniwa udon, very smooth and delicious. The tempura had a sweet sauce, and there was a generous amount of shrimp and small fish. I would have been happier if there were more shiitake mushrooms and okra. Overall, I am satisfied.

204th edition! A shop I was curious about - Inaniwa Udon and Meshi Kaneko Hanzo COREDO Muromachi store - [Ordered items] - Inaniwa Udon (cold dipping) and Tsuji Han's seafood luxury meshi 1,580 yen - Inaniwa Udon (cold dipping) and Tenbara Meshi 1,480 yen One of Japan's three major udon noodles, Inaniwa Udon, is characterized by its flat, thin noodles with a smooth texture and a smooth throat feel. It's great that you can enjoy this Inaniwa Udon with a seafood bowl from Tsuji Han, famous in Nihonbashi, or a Tenbara Meshi from Kaneko Hanzo. The Inaniwa Udon is also delicious with a smooth texture, and there are toppings in the middle of the table where you can choose to add toppings such as onsen egg, seaweed, tenkasu, tororo kelp, mountain vegetables, and garigohou. Both the udon and rice bowls are more filling than they look, so be careful not to overeat with the toppings. Tsuji Han's seafood bowl is really delicious, isn't it? Kaneko Hanzo's tempura bowl is really delicious, isn't it? It's too good to have these two rice bowls with Inaniwa Udon as a set. For those who have never been to Tsuji Han or Kaneko Hanzo, please visit! It's highly recommended. I visited at 12:00 on a weekday, and there were 16 people waiting, but the turnover was relatively fast, and I was able to enter 30 minutes later! I had some business in Nihonbashi and finished by 11:00, so I decided to visit this place! Even though it was a weekday, there was a line before opening, but I managed to get in after the first round. This is a shop famous for its tempura rice bowl and Inaniwa udon noodles by Kaneko Hanzo. Inaniwa udon noodles are flat and medium thick. You dip them in a sauce to eat, and this time I tried the chicken meatball udon. The chicken meatball had a strong ginger flavor! The udon was served cold, but the dipping sauce was warm! The best part was that you could choose your own toppings! Onsen egg, seaweed, grated yam, tempura bits, mountain vegetables, and pickled burdock root! I was curious about the pickled burdock root as I don't like pickles, so I didn't try it. If you're interested, give it a try (laughs). It goes well with both udon and rice! And the mixed tempura rice bowl! The tempura included seaweed, scallops, small shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms. I added an onsen egg on top of the tempura rice bowl! It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Udon (dipping cold) with tempura rice ¥1480 Zaru udon with dipping sauce, tempura rice (shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, green peppers, fish cake, seaweed), green onions, black soybean tea, hot spring egg, seaweed, tempura flakes, grated yam, pickled mountain vegetables, ginger, and some sort of pickled vegetables. The udon is smooth and easy to eat, the shiitake mushroom tempura is crispy, and the hot tea is very hot (too hot to hold). If you ask, you can also get cold water. You can freely refill the condiments provided. You can eat as many hot spring eggs as you like. The portion size is decent (my friend left some). Since it's udon, the turnover is good. You can also split the bill. The tempura flakes were a bit moist (maybe because they are pre-made). You have to wait in line. The place is not too hot as it's inside Coredo, but there are no chairs. They take your order while you're waiting in line. I started lining up at 12 pm on a weekday and got my meal at 1 pm.

I lined up at 10:40 (6 people in front of me) and ordered Inaniwa udon (cold) and Kaneko Hanzo's Tempura Rice Bowl. The Tempura Rice Bowl was topped with mushrooms, seaweed, shishito peppers, squid, and small shrimp, all in a sweet and savory broth that was very elegant and easy to eat. I ordered the regular size, but it was quite filling with toppings like onsen tamago, tempura flakes, seaweed, and grated yam. The Inaniwa udon had a slightly thin and soft texture, sliding smoothly into the mouth. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I happened to line up early and thought it was lucky, but the flow was quite fast, so there is not much waiting time on weekdays. I placed my order while waiting in line, and my food came out in about 7 minutes. I had the zaru udon and the bara-don with tempura. The udon was delicious, but not exceptionally amazing. It was cold and had a firm texture, but it was just average for Inaniwa udon. I think the bukkake udon might be better than the zaru udon based on the condiments. The tempura don was also tasty, but I still think the tempura at the specialized tempura restaurant Kaneko Hanzo is better. If you can also have something similar to Tsujihan's seafood don, then maybe it's a good deal. Overall, I don't think it's worth waiting in line to eat here in Nihonbashi.

Visited the Immersive Museum located in the basement of Coredo Nihonbashi 2 and immersed myself in the afterglow. It was quite empty as it was a weekday night. I chose the donburi set with tsukune, "Inaniwa chicken tsukune udon (cold) and Tsujihan's luxurious seafood rice" (1780 yen), while my friend ordered the warm Inaniwa chicken tsukune udon and tempura rice (1680 yen). They served hot tea, which was black soybean tea. When we opened the table door, there were 6 types of toppings available! It was a delightful service to be able to take them freely. There were mountain vegetables, tororo kelp, tempura crumbs, hot spring egg, seaweed, and ginger. The Inaniwa udon served in a large colander was quite impressive! The thin and soft noodles were served cold, but the broth was warm and had a smooth texture that was pleasant on the throat. The accent of the tsukune was also good, making the udon delicious. If I had to mention a desire, I would have liked some green onions as a topping. The seafood donburi from Tsujihan after a long time! It was refreshingly delicious. My friend's tempura rice also looked delicious! The prices are reasonable, and the set meals are satisfying. It was fun to be able to put on the toppings by myself, and there are counter seats, making it easy for a woman to dine alone. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calming. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I went to have lunch at Mr. Kaneko Hanzo at the basement floor of Coredo Nihonbashi. I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, and when I saw the photos, I couldn't resist going. When I arrived at around 11:40, there was already a line! I waited for about 10 minutes before getting inside, and I placed my order while waiting in line. When I sat down, I found a small tray in the center of the table with various condiments for the udon, including a hot spring egg! I was pleasantly surprised. The pickled burdock and ginger were delicious! The seaweed and mountain vegetables were also very tasty. I ordered the cold zaru Inaniwa udon and the assorted tempura rice bowl for 1,480 yen. The tempura rice bowl included tempura of kakiage, scallop, squid, asparagus, shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms. The sweet and savory tempura dipping sauce was incredibly delicious. Udon and tempura are a perfect match, especially with the sweet and savory tempura dipping sauce, various condiments, and Inaniwa udon. This combination couldn't be anything but delicious. Thank you for the meal!

This restaurant is known for its all-you-can-eat pickles, but I have never been particularly interested in Inaniwa udon. This time, I decided not to order anything and learn more about this famous Inaniwa udon. In my opinion, Inaniwa udon is all about the texture!

COREDO's underground restaurant, Kaneko Hanzo, is definitely a great place to eat. I felt like having tempura, so I decided to visit this restaurant. The highlight was the condiment box provided at each table, which added an exciting touch. While waiting, I enjoyed a beer and snacked on the condiments, but I couldn't resist the tempura and udon. The zaru udon was excellent - I usually don't like Sanuki udon, but this dried noodle was great. Breaking a hot spring egg and enjoying the tempura with udon made for a truly satisfying lunch experience. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant again.

Inaniwa udon and rice at Kaneko Hanzo Coledo Muromachi store. There was a line of 5 people. We were seated 10 minutes later. We ordered the Inaniwa chicken tsukune udon (cold) and tempura rice bowl for 1,680 yen. The chicken tsukune had a crunchy texture from the lotus root and was delicious! The udon noodles were smooth and delicious, similar to those at Nana Kura in Shinbashi. The toppings included raw egg, onsen egg, seaweed, grated yam, tempura crumbs, and simmered vegetables, providing a variety of flavors. The tempura rice bowl contained shrimp, squid, shishito pepper, and mushrooms tempura. It was tasty, but the udon was the highlight of the meal.

I had some business at the bank and came to Mitsukoshimae Station. Since I was already here, I decided to have lunch around this area. I found this udon restaurant, which is known for being one of the top 100 udon shops. I like Inaniwa udon. I ordered a set of cold udon and seafood bowl. The seafood bowl had salmon roe, sweet shrimp, and scallops, I believe. The udon was a translucent amber color. It had a great texture and was very delicious. There were five types of condiments and a hot spring egg on the table. I had the hot spring egg with the seafood bowl. For the udon, I added green onions, ginger, and tempura flakes at different times to change up the flavor as I ate. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went to have lunch at the sister restaurant of Kaneko Hanzosuke located in the basement of Nihonbashi Coredo Muromachi 2. I arrived around 12 o'clock and was seated in about 40 minutes. The restaurant has a central circular counter seat and table seats around it, making it easy for even one person to enter. This time, I ordered the Inaniwa udon cold noodles and Tempura Bara-meshi for 1480 yen. The cold Inaniwa udon comes with toppings such as onsen tamago, wakame seaweed, fried egg, toro konbu, mountain vegetables, and gari konbu, which you can enjoy as much as you like. The Inaniwa udon had a great chewy texture and a refreshing soup, perfect for a hot day. Adding the onsen tamago provided a nice flavor variation. The Tempura Bara-meshi consisted of squid, shrimp, shishito pepper, shiitake mushroom, and nori seaweed, with the squid and shrimp being particularly delicious with a great texture. Adding the onsen tamago to the Tempura Bara-meshi created a milder taste that was also very tasty. I visited around 12 o'clock and the restaurant was always full, with many families and female customers. The turnover was fast, and the atmosphere was welcoming even for solo diners. The dishes were surprisingly filling and reasonably priced. I would definitely like to visit again when I'm in the area.

I went to a udon restaurant and tried their kishimen, which had a very good texture and went down smoothly. I ordered a set with pickled vegetables and rice, and the pickled vegetables were not too strong in flavor, making it easy to eat. I was happy that I could help myself to the side dishes in the middle of the table, it felt like a new way of dining. The only slightly disappointing thing was that there were no udon dishes available on their own. It would be nice if they offered set menus with salad or other protein options instead of just rice.

I arrived a little before 12 pm on a weekday! But there was quite a line! There were both office workers and tourists! I thought it would take a long time, but surprisingly, the line moved quickly and I entered in about 10 minutes. Before entering, I was asked about my order, so I thought it would be served quickly, but it took over 20 minutes. It took more time than I expected, so I wouldn't recommend going during break times! Since it was my day off, I was able to chat while waiting with a hungry stomach ◉ Inaniwa udon and seafood deluxe rice ◉ 1580 Surprisingly, here you can have unlimited toppings!! Even a hot spring egg!! I don't like raw eggs, but I love hot spring eggs, so I had three of them✌️ It was my first time eating Inaniwa udon, which is thin flat noodles! It was even more delicious than I expected~✨ The dipping sauce was quite flavorful, so even with the hot spring egg, it was very delicious! I had multiple servings of my favorite grated yam‍✌️ I also enjoyed eating the seaweed. And the best part is that you can get a half-size seafood bowl for 2 points here!! Due to the pandemic, I went to Tsujihan once and it was so delicious that I wanted to go again, but it's always crowded with inbound tourists, so I gave up on going on weekdays. But here, if you wait a bit, you can have a mini size~! And you can even customize the hot spring egg yourself! It was incredibly delicious~!! I haven't tried Kanekohan'nosuke's tempura bowl, so I think I'll try that next time✨ It's probably even busier on weekends~! I'll try to go on a weekday again~ Thank you for reading until the end. I went around 5:00 pm on a Sunday and there was no line, so I decided to go in. However, it quickly became popular and a line formed. I tried the luxurious seafood rice bowl and the bukkake style Inaniwa udon at Tsujihan. The udon was thin, smooth, and had a good texture, and it went really well with the self-service pickles. The seafood bowl had plenty of seafood such as shrimp and tuna, with a crunchy texture. This is a good choice for those who want to eat a lot as it comes in a set. Additionally, there are eggs, tororo kelp, seaweed, tenkasu, and pickles on the table, all of which are self-service, which is quite appealing! I would like to try the tempura bowl next time.

Revisited Udon East, a popular restaurant known for its Inaniwa udon and rice set menu where you can enjoy various fun toppings. Located in Nihonbashi Coredo 2 basement, we tried to visit during the Bon holidays on a weekday at 12 pm but had to give up due to a 45-minute wait. We returned at 3 pm and only had to wait 15 minutes before being seated. We ordered the Chicken Tsukune cold udon and pickled mustard leaf rice set for 1380 yen, as well as the Inaniwa cold Bukkake udon and luxurious seafood bowl for 1580 yen. The Inaniwa udon was still delicious and refreshing, and the toppings were surprisingly enjoyable even though I'm not a big eater. It had a leisurely feel to it. However, I was told that you cannot order udon alone during lunchtime. It seems like a place where you have to work hard to finish your meal. Thank you for the meal.
