I went to the 5th floor of Roppongi Hills and had the NEO French cuisine at Hifumi. When you get off the elevator, you are immediately overwhelmed by the interior design. There are separate spaces for Japanese and Western styles, each one very stylish and unique. The domed ceiling features a fresco painting by the Italian artist Simon Pacini, and the chandeliers are gorgeous. The center of the room has a sun deck, offering a spectacular view from the round table. The Art Nouveau style and Galle lamps overhead, along with the 100-year-old frescoes from the former Ginza Matsuya and Hattori Clock Shop Hagin Museum, as well as a painting from Tiffany in NY... The attention to detail in the furnishings and artwork is so luxurious that you can't help but be amazed no matter where you look. The food is French cuisine that focuses on high-quality ingredients, with a la carte options as well as set menus for lunch and dinner. The bread is warm and chewy, served fresh. The French cuisine incorporates Japanese ingredients, making it very gentle on the stomach. The set menu also includes a dessert trolley, and the weekend lunch price of 2800 yen is such a great deal. This restaurant is highly recommended for gatherings with friends, business meetings, meals, weddings, and other special occasions. It was an absolute gem of a find!

Celebrating a family birthday at a traditional French and teppanyaki restaurant in Ginza for the first time. Located about a 3-minute walk from Shimbashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. We tried the special lunch course called "Kiritsubo" (12,000 yen excluding tax). The course included a sparkling wine for a toast, but we also added a dessert wine called Ratafia de Champagne Sweet Liqueur Maison Penet (2,000 yen excluding tax). [Food] - Genkai Nada fresh fish and caviar cocktail: The bottom of the dish had sour cream, which complemented the firmness of the fish with the refreshing acidity and saltiness of the caviar. - Foie gras sauté with Muscat and red wine sauce: The foie gras was smooth and melted instantly in the mouth. The red wine sauce enhanced the sweetness of the Muscat. - Seasonal vegetable soup: Made with sweet potatoes, it had a gentle flavor. - Live Maine lobster with herb Vaboul: The lobster was fresh and succulent, cooked on the teppan. It paired well with the Americaine sauce. - Seasonal vegetable dish: Sautéed white asparagus with carbonara sauce. Fresh and delicious. - Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, domestic black wagyu sirloin steak: The wagyu beef was tender and the portion was generous. Served with white ponzu, sweet soy sauce, wasabi, and pepper. - Rice dish: Garlic rice (white rice also available) and miso soup. The garlic rice had a subtle garlic flavor with dried baby sardines and shiso leaves. - Dessert: Strawberry sherbet and rare cheesecake wrapped in cherry blossom mochi. Served with candy art, strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries. [Drinks] The Ratafia de Champagne Sweet Liqueur Maison Penet had an amber color and a strong sweetness. [Others] The chef's performance of cooking in front of us (not acrobatic, but elegant) and the kind hospitality of the staff made the dining experience very enjoyable. I am curious about the art pieces at the other location where you can enjoy Neo French and French cuisine, so I plan to make a reservation for another celebration. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Dining with my brother and his wife. We enjoyed a cocktail of Genkainada fresh fish and caviar, sautéed foie gras, Muscat and red wine sauce, seasonal soup, live lobster with herb vapor, a special dish from Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and domestic black wagyu sirloin steak. We were brought here for a birthday dinner with a large group. We had the same course as last time (around 25,000 yen with a fillet upgrade), delicious wine, and enjoyable conversations. It was a happy time. We were seated in a private room with a smoking area available (extra charge for the private room). The interior was elegant and the price was reasonable. It offers great value for the money. The food was delicious once again. Thank you for the meal!!!

Starting from the surprise of not knowing where the shop is located from the outside, the interior of the shop exudes a sense of luxury. I was guided to my seat and sat at the counter where a typical teppanyaki grill was being used. A veteran staff member cooked for us. The food was delicious, but the heat of the grill seemed a bit weak or perhaps the food was not brought to room temperature before cooking, as both the abalone and the meat had a slightly lukewarm center, which was disappointing.

This restaurant is not just teppanyaki! The French cuisine is also incredibly delicious here. The interior is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are friendly. There is nothing bad to say about this amazing restaurant. Once again, the fantastic food and drinks did not disappoint.

For my birthday dinner, I went to the elegant restaurant Yuugao that I've always admired. The atmosphere of the building was top-notch and very classical. It was the perfect space for a special meal on a special day. The meal cooked by the chef right in front of us at the table was amazing, perfectly cooked to perfection. The taste and atmosphere were both top-notch! However, the price was also top-notch. It's recommended for when you want to really treat yourself!笑

As soon as I got off the elevator, the staff greeted me politely. I had the Futoke Genkainada's fresh fish and steak course for 16,500 yen (tax included). The portion was just right, and I usually can't finish teppanyaki, but this time I enjoyed it all the way to dessert and was very satisfied. It's a wonderful restaurant that can be used for entertaining clients.

Two people entered the restaurant. It felt like stepping into a different world from the modern outside. The artistic atmosphere was different from a Western hotel. We had lunch and the service was fantastic. Although we couldn't drink alcohol this time, I'm sure they have delicious drinks available. I wanted to try the Moriizou Highball... The dishes were all tasty. I chose the Fillet from Hagi City in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It was cooked medium-rare and it was amazing. The fat was subtle but the strong umami flavor and refreshing aroma were outstanding. It was a wonderful experience.

I finally visited a restaurant that I had been curious about! I went for lunch and upgraded to the sirloin steak! The seasoning had a lot of cherry blossom flavor, maybe because it's spring! The interior of the restaurant had a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. There was a small mistake with my request made in advance, but they handled it perfectly (lol).

At the beginning of May, I had a meal at a teppanyaki restaurant in a private room. I was surprised by the interior design, with separate sections for French and teppanyaki dining. The food came out quickly, which was perfect for me as I tend to be impatient. I had a delicious meal of sirloin and fillet steak, both cooked perfectly. The garlic rice was unique with small dried fish on top, adding a Japanese twist to the dish. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

The sashimi was delicious. They had a dish called "bagna cauda" with a variety of vegetables that was also very tasty. I went there for the first time for a birthday celebration. The interior of the restaurant is lovely, and you can spend elegant time there. The foie gras, especially when eaten with the grape sauce and grapes, is very delicious. The lobster was also delicious. Everything was tasty, but I particularly liked the garlic rice with shiso. By the time dessert came, I was full. It's a restaurant I would like to visit again someday.

Enjoy teppanyaki in a gorgeous space at Paris Yugao in Shimbashi. As you descend the elevator, you enter a luxurious and fairytale-like world. The restaurant offers teppanyaki, Neo French, and Japanism cuisine, each with its own specialized chef. Try the Fujiwara Course for ¥16,500, which includes a delicious Abalone as an additional option. The highlight is the perfectly cooked Nagahagi Wagyu beef fillet, prepared right in front of you on the teppan. The garlic rice at the end was also exceptional. Don't miss out on this amazing dining experience at Paris Yugao.

888 Building is a place where you can access from Ginza Chuo Street to the back street of Kanharu Street. They offer a lunch course with good value for money. They are open until 3 am, perfect for late-night dining. Sometimes I use it. If you use it as a private room, there is a private room charge. However, smoking is allowed! This time, I visited with 7 people. The course included steak and abalone at "Aoi". Everyone chose Chateaubriand for the meat. The wine selection was also excellent, which made me happy. The garlic rice at the end was also delicious. It was a happy time.

A teppanyaki restaurant with private rooms! The atmosphere was really nice and the staff were very kind. I don't go to teppanyaki restaurants often, but it was enjoyable to watch the food being cooked right in front of me and then eat it. I'm not a big fan of red wine, but it was delicious.

It is a well-known restaurant, but this was my first visit! I made a reservation for three people a week ago. The location is on the 5th floor of the Ginza 888 Building. As soon as you enter the elevator hall, you are greeted by a dazzling chandelier, exuding luxury. The floor is overwhelmingly gorgeous, reminiscent of a luxurious mansion. Isn't it amazing that there are stairs inside the restaurant? Just going to the restaurant is worth it. The restaurant is divided into teppanyaki and French sections. This time, we chose the French section. We opted for the lunch course (5500 yen) with a main dish of Wagyu fillet for an additional 1100 yen, which surprisingly came with champagne. The lunch course included: - Fresh spring rolls with edible flowers and a hint of ginger - Mitsu-se chicken ballotine with mushroom pickles, parsley, and tomato sauces - Lentil and chestnut mushroom soup - Roasted thread-sail filefish with eggplant, fried lotus root chips, ginkgo nut sauce, and taro sauce - Black Wagyu steak - Pumpkin Mont Blanc - Petit fours and tea. The quality of the food for this price is fantastic. The appetizers, soup, and main course with both fish and meat were all excellent. Each dish was elaborately prepared with high-quality ingredients. The steak, in particular, was tender and received rave reviews from everyone. Even the bread served warm was delicious, prompting us to ask for seconds! Combined with the wonderful ambiance of the restaurant, it was a highly satisfying lunch. I would love to try the teppanyaki by the 30-year teppanyaki maestro Nakamura in the evening. Can't wait to visit again!

We came to this restaurant in Ginza with my junior colleague late at night. The taste was quite delicious. The service was good, and we are very satisfied. Especially, the abalone was delicious. It was amazing to dip the abalone in the sauce and eat it. Also, it's great that they are open late at night! I hope they continue to do their best despite the challenges of the coronavirus. Lunch with old friends at Bari Shokan, a teppanyaki restaurant. We sat at the sand-covered counter where we could watch the chefs cook up close. The beer arrived and the meal began. - Fresh caviar and burrata cheese cocktail with seasonal fruits on the side (fruit tomatoes and shine muscat grapes). - Choice of lobster bisque or shark fin soup. Opted for the shark fin soup, which had a uniform and tender texture. - Teppanyaki abalone in porcini cream sauce. The abalone was tender and sweet, with a delightful texture. - Black Wagyu sirloin or fillet steak from Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Chose the fillet steak, which melted in the mouth and was best enjoyed without any condiments. - Garlic rice, red miso soup, pickles. The garlic rice was flavorful with tiny fish and finely chopped shiso leaves. The red miso soup with clams and pickled white cabbage were also delicious. - Special sweet treat from the patissier, a vanilla ice cream or pear tart. A nice way to end the meal. - Coffee or tea. Opted for coffee, served in a beautiful cup that enhanced the coffee-drinking experience. The teppanyaki at Bari Shokan was truly delicious and impressive, deserving its recognition as one of the top steak restaurants in 2021. The chefs' skillful and delicate cooking techniques, tailored to each ingredient, were a sight to behold and added an artistic touch to the dining experience.
