I felt like drinking beer in Ginza, so I went to Ginza Lion. The other two nearby stores had long lines, so I decided to come to this store. I ordered a beer tasting set. I liked the Perfect Black Label the best. The adult potato salad is always delicious no matter when you eat it.

I came to Ginza and had a Lion beer for the first time in a while at lunch price. Even though it's a beer place, the white foam was not very good. The salad was good, but I didn't really taste the Pecorino. Everything else was just average. When I ordered another beer, it was at the regular price. It was totally fine, but clearly different from the first one. The glass was different, and the beer also seemed different. The second one was delicious though. It would be nice if we could order appetizers during the day, but here it seems like the lunch menu is separate from the dinner menu, and there are quite a few items that are not available during lunch. Maybe it's different at the main store? Thank you for the meal.

I went to Ginza Lion for lunch with my colleagues. It is a famous beer garden, but they also serve lunch. We went in the early afternoon on a weekday and the restaurant was not crowded. The lunch menu is smaller than the regular menu. I ordered the simmered hamburger lunch. It arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. You can choose rice, bread, and salad as a set. The hamburger was simmered in a hot iron pot with rice. It was a delicious hamburger cooked in a thick demi-glace sauce. The rich demi-glace sauce coated the hamburger well. The minced meat was firm and easy to eat. The potatoes, tomatoes, and spaghetti were well coated in the sauce. The rice perfectly balanced the rich demi-glace sauce. The rice went well with the intense demi-glace sauce, making it very appetizing. It was a very delicious hamburger.

Ginza Inn's second floor quietly serves roast beef. My mother, who came up from Osaka, wondered if it was a different Ginza Lion. The staff's age group is a bit older, but they were very polite. The lamb karaage goes well with alcohol! The grilled vegetables lacked red vegetables, so it was a bit lacking in color, but it was delicious. The roast beef had sparse seasoning (pepper?), but it was tasty considering the price.

In the middle of Ginza Inz 2. Visited after lunchtime, waited outside the store for 10 minutes. Ordered the mixed fry lunch. Asked if I wanted to make the rice a large serving when ordering. It was a bit small if I had it in a regular size. The mixed fry was disappointing as it was very different from the sample. I usually eat the parsley garnish as well, but here it was almost dried out and I didn't feel like eating it. Won't be going back for a second time.

"Ginza Lion Ginza Inz Store" a little past noon. I tried to go in for some mapo tofu at the restaurant street under the Metropolitan Expressway, but for some reason, the padlock on the door of the store, while not actually locking the entrance, seemed to have locked my heart, so I decided to try entering the familiar king of beasts, even though it was my first time here. After stepping in unnoticed and feeling a bit lost, I was smoothly guided to a bright seat by the window. I wanted to sit facing the window where the light was coming in for food photography, but I worried it might look unnatural to those around me, so I ended up sitting facing the inside of the restaurant with the light behind me, ordering the "Hamburger & Shrimp Fry" for 1,100 yen. The two businessmen next to me seemed to be having a business lunch, with one man expressing his satisfaction with the volume of the meal. He held up four fingers, so maybe it's a 4,000 yen course? Does it come with all-you-can-drink? As I pondered this, another part of me quickly reminded me that it's none of my business. "Welcome, one customer has arrived!" The staff seemed to be losing new customers, as a slightly louder voice came from the kitchen. A young girl was brought in as reinforcement, but she seemed a bit inexperienced for a Ginza Lion staff member, which I found intriguing. "Please, a demi-ebi one!" The demi-ebi also looked beautiful. It seemed like the menu had been refreshed, but the elements seemed unchanged. It even felt like the prices had slightly decreased. While enjoying my usual frozen carrot glaze, I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at Ginza Lion in a leisurely manner."

In the scorching heat, feeling exhausted after finishing shopping, I had no motivation to look for a store and ended up at Inz. I just wanted to drink some cold water. Seeing the lion sign made me think of having a beer, but I knew it was impossible to drink beer in Tokyo under the state of emergency. I entered the store thinking it didn't have to be a lion-themed place. I ordered a hamburger and shrimp fry set (850 yen including tax), with salad, soup, rice set (495 yen), and a Coca-Cola (495 yen). The hamburger and shrimp fry were delicious. The demi-glace sauce was tasty. The soup was chilled corn soup. The salad had some ham and was a bit too salty, making it more like a snack. I wish I could have had a beer. Coca-Cola, still good. But I really wanted a beer.

I visited the Ginza Lion located on the 2nd floor of Ginza Inz 2 along Sotobori Street. Upon entering, there are counter seats right in front and plenty of table seats towards the back, which were quite empty due to not being able to serve alcohol. Today, I ordered the Hamburg & Shrimp Fry for ¥850 and the 6 Cheese Flammkuchen (small) for ¥638. The dishes arrived in about 10 minutes, accompanied by potato fries and a side salad. For the Hamburg sauce, I chose the classic Demi-glace out of the 3 options. The Flammkuchen, a specialty from the Alsace region, was a light and crispy square cheese pizza-like dish. Both dishes had a very consistent and delicious taste. It's tough for places like this Lion that are missing something important in the current situation. I will visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

For lunch today, I found a hidden gem on the 2nd floor of INZ2. There were various eye-catching shops around, but I was captivated by the sample of fried oysters and decided to try it despite the price of 1,200 yen giving me pause. I was seated at a relatively empty table towards the back, where a nice breeze came in through the window. However, the seat was a bit shaky due to the vibrations from trucks passing by on the expressway. The fried oysters came in a serving of 6 pieces with just rice, it would have been nice if it came with soup. There was a small dish with sauce and tartar, which both tasted great with a hint of spiciness from the mustard. There was also a vinegar sauce that added a slightly sour taste, making it even more delicious. As I continued eating, the flavors of the sauce and tartar mixed together, creating a taste that reminded me of something I had eaten before. Yes, it was the taste of okonomiyaki sauce mixed with mayonnaise. It was delicious in its own way. After enjoying the fried oysters, I left the restaurant.

Walking around, having lunch, and taking a short break with a Sapporo beer here is the best choice. Lion beer provides an outstanding and stable taste. [Order]: Amber Ebisu Black Label ⭐ 6 Cheese Flammkuchen. Drinking beer in the afternoon is delicious, it's the best.

First visit. Since it was all-you-can-drink, I had about 3 ice-cold large jugs of Sapporo Black Label. The dishes had a punchy flavor, slightly rich, but with plenty of vegetables for a satisfying meal. The hospitality was solid and the food was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I had heard of this place before, but this was my first time visiting. I ordered a Sapporo Black Label draft and a Perfect Black Label to compare. I already liked Sapporo beer and often drink it at home, but drinking beer at a bar is really nice. The smoothness and bitterness of the Perfect label were very good, but the refreshing taste and barley flavor of the draft label made me feel like I was really drinking beer. We ordered about 5 dishes and the total bill for two people was in the 5000 yen range, which was reassuring. The Gorgonzola penne with original habanero sauce had a good balance of acidity, sweetness, and spiciness. I also appreciated that the fish & chips came with malt vinegar. I'm so glad to have been born in Japan where I can enjoy diverse cuisine and ice-cold beer. Thank you for a fun beer experience.
