First time getting off at Futako-Tamagawa station~ One of the places I wanted to go was located here. It is on the third floor of Q PLAZA, about a 2-minute walk from the station. I walked up the stairs and entered the restaurant around 12:30 on a weekday, with many customers already there. Upon entering, I was immediately shown to a table. There were mostly women, but a few men as well. I had read reviews beforehand, so I knew it would be quite crowded and noisy... Many families with children, some allowing their kids to stand on chairs with shoes on and mothers talking loudly to their children. Nonetheless, the space was quite large with high ceilings and many open areas, so it was somewhat easy to blend in. I was promptly served with water and a napkin, and I noticed a large stone oven, so I decided to order a pizza. Despite the slightly chilly weather that day, the seats by the window were warm when sunny... I could see the Tokyu Denentoshi Line from my seat, which was a bonus for train enthusiasts. Oh, and instead of a cutlery case, the cutlery came in a paper bag, which was interesting. The lunch set included a salad, drink, and dessert for 1,250 yen. I chose the Gnocchi. The drink was orange juice. The portion was quite generous! It seemed like 100% fruit juice. The salad was served in a glass bowl with a variety of greens like Sunny lettuce, baby leaf, red daikon, and lettuce... mainly leafy greens. It was dressed with what seemed like an original dressing, tangy and delicious. It tasted similar to a white French dressing. I always find it difficult to eat this kind of salad with a fork... Chopsticks are really convenient. Then the pizza arrived! It came on a pizza plate, piping hot! They also brought chili oil for extra flavor. I added some later, and I prefer it with a bit more kick. Initially, I tried it plain... The pizza crust was thin except for the edges. It had tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and a generous amount of anchovies! The oregano was slightly overcooked and scarce, which was disappointing, but the abundance of anchovies made up for it! The rich tomato sauce was delicious! It seemed like they used Italian tomatoes... The anchovies' saltiness was just right. The crust also had a nice wheat flavor. It's nice to feel a sense of culinary familiarity with Italy, where they also use anchovies in their dishes. They have pasta dishes, octopus, and more. It feels like I've consumed plenty of calcium too. For dessert, I had strawberry panna cotta. It was served in a jar, a bit unconventional but homemade. It had a noticeable fruit flavor... not too heavy, just delicious. Payment was made at the table. The staff constantly checked on the customers and refilled water as needed. Very efficient and pleasant. Thank you for the meal!!
