After a long time, I checked Facebook and saw that the restaurant was closed for a cooking class, so I decided to inquire about the class. Since I didn't make a reservation, I wasn't sure if I could get a table. When I arrived, there was only one parking space available, but the staff welcomed me in and I sat at the counter. The menu offered a lunch set B which included a choice of appetizer or salad, homemade bread, pasta (choice of), dessert, and a drink set for 1580 yen. I chose the Hokkaido octopus terrine for the appetizer and Hokkaido amberjack and eggplant in spicy tomato sauce for the pasta. The dessert was chocolate gateau and crème brûlée. I also had oolong tea to drink. It was nice to enjoy Italian cuisine using local Hokkaido ingredients in Shibetsu. The restaurant also hosts cooking classes, and the chefs were kind enough to share some tips with me. I hope to gather enough people to attend one of these classes in the future. The lunch was delicious, thank you.

I revisited the restaurant without a reservation, marking my fifth visit in a year. This place is the go-to spot for Italian cuisine using local and seasonal Hokkaido ingredients in the countryside. Although there are several Italian restaurants in Kushiro, if you want to enjoy Italian cuisine in Shibetsu, this is the place to be! I decided on the recommended menu for the day, which featured cherry shrimp. I ordered garlic oil simmered small shrimp, homemade bread, asparagus fritters, snow crab quiche, spaghetti with cherry shrimp and spring vegetables, and Takikawa duck confit. For dessert, I had black tea crème brûlée with strawberry gelato and cherry blossom gelato. The duck confit was incredibly tender and delicious. The menu includes both regular items and daily specials, so it's best to ask the staff for recommendations. The cherry blossom gelato had a hint of cherry blossom flavor and felt very refreshing. I should have ended the meal with an espresso. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I made a last-minute reservation and arrived at 8 pm. The staff informed me that the last order would be at 9 pm. I started with a toast with blood orange and oolong tea. I ordered from the daily specials, including new onion panna cotta with prosciutto, Mozzarella cheese with Shibetsu beef, tagliolini with cherry shrimp and tomato, and soy aqua pazza. The soy aqua pazza was very satisfying. I wanted to order the sweet potato soup, but it wasn't available. This Italian restaurant is a great place to dine casually. Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to have a Christmas dinner, so I made a reservation on December 5th and was lucky to secure a table. When I arrived at 6:30 pm, the restaurant was full. The dinner included three appetizers: cauliflower mousse with tomato jelly and caviar, warm terrine of lobster, and chestnut soup with foie gras. The pasta was handcrafted tagliatelle with duck and burdock ragout with orange flavor. The fish dish featured Matsue shrimp. The chestnut sweetness and foie gras combination was a bit overwhelming for me. The handmade pasta was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
