I have moved to a new place and tried several yakiniku restaurants in the neighborhood, but I haven't found a place that I can say "this is it!" every time. Today, I tried to make a reservation at a potential restaurant a few times, but they didn't pick up the phone even though they should be open... A restaurant with no hospitality like that is not worth visiting, regardless of whether the food is good or bad. I have decided to exclude them from my list and not go there in the future. Today, I went to Yakiniku King for an all-you-can-eat meal after a long time. Since I was driving, I only had soft drinks. My beautiful wife, on the other hand, had just one lemon sour. It seems like they are taking care of her. I enjoyed a moderate amount of meat and quickly moved on to the side dishes and desserts. Restaurants like this offer a variety of enjoyable options besides meat, so I had a good time. But my beautiful wife, who is only interested in delicious yakiniku, is still searching for a better place! 😄

I went to Yakiniku King in Akishima. I ordered the Premium Course for 3980 yen and the all-you-can-drink option for 1390 yen, and enjoyed it. There was a lot of beef, and I tried the premium course exclusive meat and King Kalbi. The Mandu was also delicious. Next time, I want to try the King Course.

When the restaurant first opened, 【Yakiniku King Akishima】 was quite a topic of conversation. I wondered if things had calmed down a bit, so I decided to visit for the first time. I had visited the Hamura branch a few years ago and had a pretty high level of satisfaction. This time, I made a reservation online the day before. The reservation system was unusual. It didn't guarantee a seat at the reserved time, but rather allowed you to wait at the front of the line when you arrived at the reserved time. (I thought this was innovative because there was no need to hold seats for customers who arrived late despite the long line.) When I arrived at 8:30 pm on a weekday, there were already 14 groups waiting. (It seems like it's still very popular.) However, since I had made a reservation in advance, I was seated in just 5 minutes. This time, I ordered the 【All-You-Can-Eat King Course (All-You-Can-Eat for 100 minutes) for 3,278 yen】 with unlimited soft drinks. You can order your favorite meats and the staff or robots will bring them to you without much waiting, so there's no stress. Among the various types of meat, I liked the thick-cut kalbi the best. The other kalbi, loin, and harami were thin and small, so they may not differ much in quality from other all-you-can-eat places. I ate plenty of thick-cut kalbi, drank 6 cups of black oolong tea, and stuffed the hormone into a cup until I reached my limit. Being able to eat yakiniku so freely for just over 3,000 yen, it's no wonder it's so popular. However, personally, I felt that maybe being around 80% full was just right, perhaps due to my age. Thank you for the meal.

Yakiniku King☆Akishima branch. All-you-can-eat for 2980 yen (excluding tax). Drink bar available for an additional fee. The restaurant is located at the intersection where Route 16 turns at a right angle. It was not crowded even on a Sunday at 3:30 pm. There were plenty of staff, so the service was not bad. However, the table we were initially seated at was not properly cleaned, so we had to be moved to another table. With all-you-can-eat, there are definitely hits and misses with the meat quality. It took quite a while for our orders to arrive, and even though we were still eating, they told us it was time to leave. When we pointed out that we were still eating, they apologized and asked us to finish as soon as possible. The attitude was a bit off-putting. It felt like they were rushing us, even serving melted ice cream before our meal. Overall, they need to prioritize and treat all customers well, regardless of how busy they are.

I had a day off on a weekday, so I went to Yakiniku King in Akishima, which is near my house. I ordered the lunch course for 1,980 yen (including tax). I was surprised to see that the food was served by robots. The meat tasted delicious. I had oolong tea, tongue, kalbi, harami, loin, hormone, kimchi assortment, vegetable soup, yakiniku rice, and iced coffee. I heard that adding soft serve ice cream to the iced coffee is recommended, so I will try that next time.

I ordered the lunch buffet for 1980 yen. There are no standout menu items, but the tongue, kalbi, loin, and yagen cartilage are quite delicious. There are also desserts like ice cream and cream puffs, and unlimited soft drinks. The serving robot is also active.

Let's celebrate my wife's birthday at Yakiniku King, which opened in Akishima! I made a reservation on EPARK a few days ago. It's just my wife, my mother-in-law, and me. We arrived a little before 2 p.m. on Saturday. It's crowded even though it's lunchtime. I haven't been to Yakiniku King in about 7-8 years. This time, I tried the Premium Course for 3,980 yen (excluding tax). It's nice that drinks are free at lunchtime. We ordered meat using the touch panel. The thick-cut tongue was a bit tough but delicious. Other meats were also good, and the marinated one-piece skirt steak was especially tasty. We ate quite a lot of meat, but there was a long wait between ordering on the touch panel and getting served, and the staff seemed a bit lackluster for a new restaurant. The rice was sticky, and the bite-sized cold noodles were quite tasty. We ended with dessert... oh boy, we ate too much! I later realized that they offer a 500 yen discount for those aged 60 and above. There was an elderly lady over 80 who definitely looked like she could pass for 60... I wonder if the staff are still getting used to things? The prices felt a bit high.

The Order Viking restaurant "Yakiniku King" has opened in Akishima! It's been a while since it opened, but it's finally here. The new store is clean and nice! It was around 14:00 and quite crowded. It was lunchtime, so I ordered the "King Course" since it's been a while since I had yakiniku. "King Salted Tongue," "Belly," "Kalbi"... I kept ordering more and more! And the food was brought by robots! The "Pot Grilled Kalbi" is delicious, but you need to cut it early or it won't cook well. For the finale, I had the "Cheesy Stone-grilled Keema Curry" and "Fruit Jelly" for dessert. I can't eat anymore! Thank you for the meal.
