I visited for lunch on a holiday. The restaurant is only open for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. It is an Italian restaurant in a nice atmosphere in Kagurazaka, and the prices, especially for lunch, are very reasonable. I must admit that I was a bit hesitant before visiting. The website was very simple, with many notes such as "please arrive early for your reservation" and "not suitable for picky eaters or those looking for high-end service", which made me wonder if it was a difficult place to visit. However, my worries were eased by the cheerful voice of the woman on the phone. She seemed to be the same person in charge of the floor, and her reserved and polite service left a good impression. The restaurant is located in a sleek modern 3-story building just off Kagurazaka Street. You enter through the doorbell on the first floor. It seems like there is a kitchen behind the wine cellar on the first floor. As you climb the small wooden spiral staircase, you reach the main floor on the second floor with only 3 tables in a modest space. The back of the second floor and the third floor may have private rooms. The interior of the restaurant features compact wooden furniture and furnishings in a small space. It feels like being invited to a friend's house, with a cozy hideaway feeling typical of Kagurazaka. The lunch course for this month is 3,800 yen excluding tax. It includes an amuse-bouche of Jerusalem artichoke soup, an appetizer of straw-grilled Shinshu salmon, spaghetti Bolognese for pasta, roasted Marumi pork for the main dish, cheesecake for dessert, and coffee with tea sweets. The ingredients were fragrant and full of umami, enhanced by a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. Surprisingly, or rather not to be rude, all the dishes were delicious. The bread and cheesecake were moist and fragrant, and even the baked meringue tea sweets at the end were light and flavorful, making me want to take some home. The little touch of using mini tongs to pick up the tea sweets from the pot was a bit fun. It was a course that lived up to its name of "simple modern cuisine incorporating Japan's seasonal ingredients". Although the chef's presence was not prominent throughout, and may lack a standout personality or feature, it is a place that comes to mind when you want to have a cozy celebration. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I love this restaurant in Kagurazaka. It has a stylish, house-like atmosphere where you ring the doorbell to enter. Every time, I enjoy delicious seasonal dishes at a great price. This time, I had lunch and it was very satisfying. It's rare to find a restaurant that makes you want to come back, but I look forward to seeing how their flavors evolve in the future!

Lunch course for a pregnant woman, so no raw food, and requested meat and fish to be cooked in advance. The restaurant seemed busy with no apparent extra time. The creamy soup for the appetizer was delicious, I just wished there was bread served at this point. The homemade onion focaccia was also delicious and highly praised by my friend. For the second course, I had asparagus fritters while my friend had carpaccio. The asparagus was crispy and had a great seasonal flavor. The salt level was just right. The pasta with whitebait and spring cabbage linguine was well-balanced with the oily olive flavor. The main course, pork, was a bit hefty but satisfying. It was cooked thoroughly but not tough, making it easy to eat. Overall, it was a great experience in a cozy atmosphere. I would love to visit this Kagurazaka restaurant again.

【Most Popular】10,000 yen (excluding tax) A course featuring a main dish of specially selected beef. I had been curious about this Italian restaurant in Kagurazaka for a while, and finally got the chance to visit after being recommended by an acquaintance. I went with a friend who loves meat, so we reserved the most popular course featuring specially selected beef. Each dish uses seasonal ingredients, and despite being served with a rare type of beef known as the "4% miracle," the price is surprisingly reasonable. Before making the reservation, I called to ask if they had Opus One wine, but since it's an Italian restaurant, they didn't have it. After hanging up without making a reservation, I called back to make the actual reservation, and the staff remembered me and asked if I was the one inquiring about Opus One. They even offered to check if they could order it for me, even though I hadn't specifically requested it. The service was truly exceptional. I would love to visit again! ️

I went to the Italian restaurant Veli in Kagurazaka, recommended by a gourmet expert. The entrance has a special feel with a doorbell. The course was delicious, and the private rooms had a special atmosphere that made the experience great. I would love to visit again.

In the Kagurazaka area, there are many Italian restaurants, but this one gives off a classic Italian course meal vibe. From Iidabashi Station, walk along Kagurazaka Street and up the hill. The restaurant is located on a small path halfway up Kagurazaka. Press the intercom on the large glass door and head up to the second floor. The interior is a bit dim with a calm atmosphere of white tablecloths. It feels like a special place, perfect for a date. The course meal costs 7000 yen and includes: - Marinated sardines - Tuna tartare - Oyster and Kujo green onion pasta - Grilled lamb - Mascarpone and strawberry torta. Instead of trying to be unique, this place focuses on traditional Italian cuisine. The marination of the sardines and the grilling of the lamb were particularly well done. Cooking delicious ingredients deliciously is the essence of cooking, isn't it? We had a glass of champagne and red wine (German Spätburgunder). There wasn't much explanation about the wines, which was a bit disappointing. The total cost for two people was 24000 yen. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.

I visited for the first time. The menu was surprisingly simple, focusing on the basics. However, everything was delicious. I felt like the pasta could use a bit more creativity. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch. Thank you for the meal.

Lunch was around 4,600 yen. The course had a good amount of food for the price, and everything was delicious, making it very cost-effective! The interior of the restaurant was elegant and calming, with an Italian but somewhat French vibe! The most delicious dish was probably the special menu change they made for me as a pregnant woman, the fried conger eel. The batter was light and crispy, and the sauce had a refreshing lemon flavor. Also, the panna cotta dessert was smooth and amazing! Very satisfied.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with my girlfriend. We made a reservation at the intercom and were guided to the second floor. The lunch course cost 4,180 yen (including tax). I forgot to take photos of the menu, and since some time has passed, I can't remember the details, but everything was delicious and the timing of the food service was excellent. The staff was attentive to all customers, making for a very comfortable and luxurious lunch experience. I wanted to stay longer, but the lunch ended in about 2 hours. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant.

On the way down the slope from Kagurazaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, there is a restaurant called Veri on the left side of the alley. It has a stylish exterior, but the door is closed, giving off an atmosphere of a hidden adult hideaway. The style is to press the intercom, state your name, and then have the door opened for you. It's enjoyable even before you start eating. This is a place in Kagurazaka where you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. I chose the omakase lunch course for 3800 yen, and the cost performance was excellent. The quality of the food was truly impressive, making me glad that I chose this restaurant today. Thank you for the meal.

First of all, I have to say - this course is only 3,800 yen! I've been going to Italian lunches a lot lately, and I was surprised by the quality of the food for that price. Every course was delicious, especially the pasta which we all loved. The beef cheek was tender and paired well with the wine. We had a bottle of white and a bottle of red, both were chosen to our liking and tasted great! As everyone has mentioned, the bread was amazing. It had a strong olive oil flavor, and I even had seconds which I don't usually do. The dessert pudding was firm, just how I like it, and I enjoyed it with coffee and meringue. We all left full and satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

This is my third visit to this restaurant, which I really love in my local area. Thank you for always providing such attentive service. Today, I will be trying the July course menu. First, I had the chilled corn soup, which was incredibly delicious. The olive oil added a nice touch. Next up was the sea bream carpaccio. The sea bream was thick and juicy, and it was paired perfectly with the thinning-out melon that had a slight cucumber-like taste. The bottarga fettuccine was amazing, with the thin pasta and creamy bottarga sauce blending perfectly. The leftover sauce was so good that I dipped the delicious focaccia in it. The tagliatelle bolognese had a wild meat flavor that I personally don't enjoy, but it should be delicious for most people. The tagliatelle was cooked al dente. The Coletta of natural beef from the northern village was outstanding. The meat, raised at the Aomori campus of Kitasato University, was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of oil, and the breaded coating was much more refined than the cutlets I had in Milan. The accompanying vegetables were cooked to a crispy perfection, even for someone like me who doesn't like potatoes. The crafty dessert was average. I would like to visit again when the menu changes. Currently, it's a bit difficult to reach them by phone due to the COVID situation. I understand that they are operating with fewer staff, but I hope they can improve their phone service, as it took me a week of calling to finally reach them the day before my reservation. The service itself is excellent, so I hope they can work on this issue.

During Christmas week, it seems like they only offer a Christmas menu. I asked if they could bring out the main course before the pasta, but it was not possible. I rang the intercom and had them open the door for me. The first floor was cold, maybe because of the wine. When I went up to the second floor, the cozy homey interior made me feel comfortable. Both in terms of appearance and taste, I was satisfied with the food. It was delicious.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 3-hour long course. The restaurant only has one staff member and can only accommodate up to three reservations, but the food was exceptional. The appetizers were creative and varied, and the main pork dish was delicious. I especially liked the juicy homemade bread. I will definitely come back.

It was delicious, so I revisited (lol). Last time, I was too focused on eating, but this time I was able to enjoy my meal slowly. The menu had completely changed from last time, and I savored the seasonal ingredients. The main meat dish was made with the best meat of the season, and I reaffirmed the cozy atmosphere of this hidden gem. I will definitely go again.

I went to a hidden Italian restaurant in Kagurazaka. You have to contact them using the intercom on the 1st floor and then go up to the 2nd floor. It was my first visit and I felt relaxed in the calm atmosphere. The dishes were made using seasonal ingredients and were delicious. The main steak dish was made with high-quality meat, but it might be better not to advertise it as such. I think it's better to choose the chef's carefully selected meat from a wide range of options. I will definitely go back again.

Located down from the Kagurazaka Station exit on the Akagi Shrine side, this hidden gem of a restaurant requires you to ring the intercom at the entrance to be let in. Once you make your way upstairs, you'll find a cozy and secluded atmosphere. The cuisine is on the more sophisticated side, with beautifully presented dishes. The bruschetta with sea urchin is a standout, with a refreshing hint of uni. We started with a toast of sparkling wine followed by a crisp white wine from the northernmost region of Italy, which had a bottle shape reminiscent of Germany but was not overly sweet. The Koffelhof, a dish featuring uni, oysters, and sweetfish, was a perfect match. The oysters, served with jelly and mousse, balanced the sea flavors nicely. The meal continued with dishes featuring shad, young yellowtail, and rockfish, each prepared with care and attention to detail. The sweetfish was fragrant and paired well with the wine selection, which was extensive and expertly curated. The staff's knowledge of wine was impressive, and they were able to recommend excellent pairings based on our preferences. After enjoying two glasses of wine, we tried the Ichibo beef paired with a bottle of red wine from Sicily, which had a deep and rich flavor profile. The pasta dish, with its thin but firm noodles, showcased the quality of the wheat used. The meal concluded with coffee and an amuse-bouche, offering a satisfying and well-thought-out dining experience. While we may not be able to visit frequently, this is definitely a restaurant we would like to return to on special occasions. The pace of the meal was leisurely, with two other couples dining at the same time, so be prepared for a relaxed dining experience. We spent a blissful three hours from 7 pm to 10 pm enjoying the food and ambiance.

I understand if it's dinner, but it's too slow for lunch to have this kind of meal... I ended up getting full just drinking beer and wine because the food didn't come out at all... The dishes were delicious, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, a bit hidden away which was nice, but I won't be coming back for lunch. The food and the atmosphere were good, so I'll try coming for dinner next time.

The lunch was very delicious. It was a 3800 yen lunch course for February. We started with an amuse-bouche, which was raw lily bulbs tossed in olive oil and topped with Parmesan cheese cream brulee. The appetizer was fried mehikari fish and bamboo shoots, which was excellent. The pasta dish was the most delicious pasta I've ever had, with clams and rapeseed flowers. The main dish was confit of Tanba chicken, a bit dry but very tasty. For dessert, we had a sherbet and gelato with pieces of hyuganatsu citrus, a refreshing and delightful combination. We finished with tea. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was very good.

This is a completely reservation-only restaurant. When you ring the intercom, the door opens and you are guided to the second floor. I made a reservation for 12 o'clock, and finished eating around 1:45. The dishes come out quite slowly. Since the dishes come out at the same time as the other customers, the pace of the meal is quite slow. The food was really delicious. The best dish was the bread! I forgot to take a picture!! It was a delicious bread with onions kneaded into it, unlike anything I've ever had before.
