Located near the Shinjuku Gochome Higashi intersection, there is a secret hidden cafe. When you climb the narrow stairs of the building, which is only as wide as your shoulders, the staff greets you with a smile. I enjoyed an exciting snack plate to get a head start on autumn. The snack plate includes cookies and a mini pudding as the main items, with options like parfait, tart, and cheesecake. The current main item was the "Fig and Kyoho Grape Tiramisu Tart." This tart can also be ordered separately. It consists of tiramisu cream, coffee jelly, raspberry sauce, topped with figs, Kyoho grapes, raspberries, and Florentine. The combination of flavors and textures makes it a luxurious treat. The pudding was firm and chewy, making it quite addictive. Despite being a fan of creamy puddings, this one might be my favorite so far. The simple yet stylish interior of the cafe, with warm and inviting decor, creates a cozy atmosphere. The lovely ambient lighting makes you want to take photos. Due to the limited seating, it is recommended to make a reservation, especially on weekends.

"Mubu Cafe Shinjuku Sanchome offers delicious treats such as sweet potato and apple Mont Blanc tart, honey lemon cheesecake, and double shot latte. Located near Shinjuku Sanchome Station, this cafe is highly recommended for its high-quality cakes that are even better than those from a cake shop. The seasonal Mont Blanc tart, made with chestnuts and sweet potatoes, topped with apple compote, is refreshing with a hint of black sesame. The cheesecake of the day was lemon, light and simple with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Both desserts were not too sweet, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine. The coffee, made with beans from Onibus Coffee, was undeniably delicious, especially the double shot latte with cute latte art. This cafe is a recent favorite and highly recommended! Operating hours are from 11:30 to 20:00 (last order at 19:15) with no regular holidays."

✍️ Recommended for a date! Hidden stylish cafe Shinjuku "MOVE CAFE" is a hidden stylish cafe located just a short walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station! It is part of the same group as Koto Cafe and Cafe Wall, both also located in Shinjuku Sanchome, and all of them are charming. The cafe has a register on the second floor, and the seating area is on the third floor. When I went on a weekday around noon, it was full, but when I went back around 3 pm, there were available seats! The concept of the cafe is to provide a place where people can relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city, despite being in Shinjuku. The menu includes lunch items like taco rice and spiced curry, as well as specialty desserts from the patissier, and a wide variety of drinks. I tried the limited-time fig tart this time. It had a crispy tart crust topped with smooth chocolate mousse and plenty of fresh figs. There were figs inside the tart as well! Under the chocolate mousse, there was apricot jam, adding a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. ▷Ordered items◁ Fig Tart ¥950 Seasonal Confiture Soda ¥820 ▷Store information◁ Address: 5-16-7 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo Business hours: 11:30-20:00 Closed on irregular days Access: 1-minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station Workspace: WiFi available Note: Stylish space, semi-private seating available This account shares high-quality cafe information known to cafe enthusiasts who visit over 300 cafes a year! I visited the restaurant in September 2023 to enjoy a light dinner and a glass of wine. I made a reservation by phone around 11:00 on the day of the visit. I arrived at the restaurant in the evening. The nearest station is Shinjuku Sanchome Station, which has many above-ground exits. If you are meeting someone, it is better to meet at the ticket gate or in front of the restaurant to avoid getting lost. I arrived at the restaurant in 1-2 minutes from the E3 exit of Shinjuku Sanchome Station. The entrance wasn't very noticeable, but it looked cool. I climbed the stairs quickly and was guided to a semi-private seat on the third floor. It was a good space for having private conversations. I'm not sure if the second floor has seats or just a kitchen space as I didn't see it well. I ordered a platter of three appetizers, anchovy and olive pizza, craft beer, etc. As you can see in the photos, the presentation was beautiful and the taste was good. I would like to visit this cafe again. There are places like ◯◯ Shrine, Shinjuku Golden Gai, and Kabukicho within walking distance of the cafe, so you can enjoy a stroll around the cafe area as well.

Weekdays at 12:00. It gets crowded on weekends, but I'm happy that it's not too busy for lunch on weekdays. The overall atmosphere is woody with some indoor plants, giving off a natural vibe. You order by scanning a QR code. I had the MOVE lunch plate (1320 yen including tax) which comes with a drink and a mini soup. I started with a hot coffee and a chilled soup made with turnips. The coffee was from Onibus Coffee. The salad was generous. The tomato stew was creamy and delicious. The fluffy Spanish-style omelette and tender tandoori chicken were both tasty. The rice came with furikake, but I personally wished there was more. The desserts also looked tempting!

I used this restaurant with a friend. We reserved the semi-private room in the back and both of us only ordered drinks. The cocoa I ordered had a nice aroma and was delicious. However, we had a hard time finding the entrance using Google Maps and ended up being late. For first-time visitors, it might be helpful to look for the photo signboard as a landmark.

During the special peach month, I tried the peach tart and juice at Café Wall, continuing the peach trio from Koto Cafe. The staff were kind and the peach dessert was both cute and delicious. The tart and juice were a perfect combination of sweetness, making it a unique treat that even Momotaro would be surprised by. The attention to detail and time put into making these desserts was evident. Although they are only available for a limited time, I look forward to reuniting with them in the next peach season.

This is a sister restaurant of Coto Cafe. When we couldn't get in there, we were introduced to this place as the sister store. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the delicious smell of taco rice and curry. The food was very tasty, and the cafe had a great lineup that was just as good. We had a great time overall.

*┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈* Currently updating on Instagram♪ ★Instagram→megubooo https://www.instagram.com/megubooo/ *┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈* A highly popular cafe affiliated with "coto cafe" and "cafe WALL." The sweets served in the soothing wooden space are once again a topic of conversation this summer. I made a reservation and visited. While it may not have the same long lines as coto cafe, it tends to fill up quickly, so making a reservation is advisable. During the peach fair at all affiliated stores, you can enjoy the "Basil-scented Whole Peach Tart" here. The whole peach on the tart, with its cute presentation, requires effort for a good photo. The key point is the crispy tart with a hint of saltiness. It complements the generously filled custard cream and the sweet, juicy peach very well, with the refreshing aroma of basil spreading in your mouth, making it a unique and enjoyable summer dessert. The tea I had was the caffeine-free Forest Strawberry Rooibos Tea. The subtle sweetness of the strawberry was delicious and paired perfectly with the peach. ==========

I made a reservation for 11:30 on a regular day and visited for the first time. I ordered the coconut curry lunch and peach tart. You can choose from small, regular, or large portions of rice. Thanks to this great system, I was able to enjoy the peach tart as well. The food was delicious, the staff was kind, and the atmosphere was quiet and calm despite the limited seating. I had a great time. Thank you for the meal.

I finally had the whole peach tart at this shop. I went to move cafe in Shinjuku Sanchome. I ordered the Basil-scented whole peach tart (1380 yen) and the iced coffee (750 yen). I had tried to visit this shop several times for peach sweets, but they were sold out or the seats were full, so I couldn't get to the peaches. On this day, I made a reservation in advance and visited the shop. When I arrived at the shop at 1:00 pm on a weekday, the shop was almost full. I ordered through a QR code and paid by bringing the QR code paper to the register. Now, I was looking forward to the peach tart. Inside the peach was custard cream. The tart crust was thick and satisfying. The tart crust was mixed with basil and cheese, giving it a delicious sweet and salty taste! And the peach was so soft. It was decorated on the plate with sauce like a flower, making it look cute as expected from move cafe. I was happy to finally meet it. I enjoyed it deliciously on this day too. Thank you for the meal.

Today's sweet treat at Movecafe is the Basil-scented Peach Tart and the Peach and Plum Ice Scone Sandwich, accompanied by a Lychee Pineapple Soda. The tart crust infused with basil is delicious, with the best part being the custard whip inside the fresh peach. The scone sandwich is filled with plum jam and vanilla ice cream. While the flavors are decent overall, this cafe's main selling point is its convenient location and easy reservation system. Not necessarily a destination for seeking out exceptional flavors, but a solid choice for a casual cafe experience in the area. #SweetTooth #Dessert #Sweets #Cafe #CafeHopping #Tart #Peach #TokyoFoodie #TokyoSweets #ShinjukuSweets #TokyoCafe #ShinjukuCafe #PeachLover.

Shinjuku MOVE CAFE Recommended for people who: - Like minimalist cafes - Want to try seasonal sweets - Want to relax and have a conversation Order Menu: 15th Anniversary Dessert Plate 1500 yen (tax included) Double Shot Latte HOT 750 yen (tax included) Cold Brew Coffee 750 yen I went with an acquaintance ☕️ I always see posts from followers about the various sweets on a plate, so I decided to go for the dessert plate without hesitation. Here's what we had: - Peach Tea Jelly Parfait - Lemon and Crème d'Anjou Scone Sandwich - Flower Cookie - THANK YOU Cookie The Peach Tea Jelly Parfait melted faster than I expected, so I hurried to eat it first. The ice cream, crunchy granola texture, and soft jelly were very pleasant in the mouth and made me feel happy. The berry acidity added a refreshing touch. Personally, I loved the lemon cream's sweet and sourness inside the scone sandwich, which paired well with the slightly firm scone. The cookie was a crispy and light cookie. Also, the latte art on the Double Shot Latte was incredibly cute. At the end, when we paid, they mentioned that those who ordered the 15th Anniversary Plate could draw a lottery. I got a small blessing and received a mini scone, while my acquaintance got a great blessing and a 15% off coupon (which she gave to me). So, I plan to go back soon to try the peach tart. Thank you for the meal! [Points] - Enjoy three types of sweets: parfait, scone sandwich, and cookies on the 15th Anniversary Plate - Adorable latte art - A calm and minimalist cafe atmosphere [Ambience] The atmosphere was calm and easy to have a conversation in without feeling noisy. The interior design, mainly in white, is perfect for those who want to relax. [Seating] Tables, counter [Service] The service was attentive and polite. Wandering around Shinjuku in the heat, I stumbled upon a nice cafe. The first floor had stairs, the second floor was the kitchen, and the third floor was the small seating area. All the tables around were reserved, indicating it was a popular spot. I ordered the curry lunch, and the meat was tender and delicious. The salad was served on the same plate as the curry and rice, so I wished it had been on a separate plate.

I was inspired to visit "MOVE Cafe" as part of my goal to conquer all the cafes run by Table Ink, including popular spots like "Koto Cafe" and "Breath Cafe." Located near the intersection of Shinjuku Sanchome, on the 2nd and 3rd floors above a silver accessory shop called Silver's Warehouse, MOVE Cafe offers a lunch plate for 1,200 yen. The plate includes cauliflower vichyssoise, thickly grilled pork belly, salad, ratatouille, potato salad, and a hot coffee. The lunch has a gentle Japanese touch with plenty of salad and vegetables, making it healthy and easy to eat. The interior of the cafe is cozy with wooden tables and chairs typical of Table Ink's style. While "Koto Cafe" and "Breath Cafe" offer more spacious environments, each cafe has its own charm, making it great to have a variety of options to choose from. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Ordered items: - Printer Tart ¥950 - Homemade Confiture Soda ¥780 - Seasonal Vinegar Soda ¥780 Visited Mubu Cafe, a popular cafe in Shinjuku, along with its sister cafe, Wall. When I arrived around 2 PM on Sunday, almost all seats were taken, but luckily I was able to sit in the back semi-private room. I ordered the seasonal Printer Tart, which was a tart topped with a whole pudding, fruits, and whipped cream, making it look adorable! The luxurious combination of tart and pudding a la mode was irresistible. The charm of the cafe includes: - A stylish hidden gem where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city. - Popular sweets and snack plates curated by the pastry chef. - Can be used as a night cafe as well.

▪️Shop Name: MOVE CAFE ▪️Rating on Tabelog: 3.39 (as of May 2023) I came across a cute pudding on a tart on Instagram and couldn't wait to visit MOVE CAFE. I arrived at the shop around 1:30 PM on a Monday. There was no wait, and I was able to enter right away, but there was an announcement about needing some time as it was the time for customers to leave and enter. Since I was not in a hurry, I told them I was fine waiting and was shown to my seat. ✂️ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ Ordered Items ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ☑️ Pudding Tart @ 950 yen ☑️ Hand Drip Coffee (Iced) @ 750 yen ✂️ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ The seating area is on the 3rd floor of the building, with a cozy atmosphere and around 16 seats in total. I waited for about 13 minutes before my pudding and drink were served. The pudding was smooth with a mild sweetness and a refreshing taste. The tart was moist in the middle with flavors of banana and cinnamon, along with the sweetness of matured raisins, creating a delicious and fragrant combination. It was firm but not burnt, offering a nice contrast in texture with the pudding. The toppings included cherries, caramelized bananas, kiwi, blueberries, and oranges, making it a delightful pudding a la mode. The iced coffee was thick and left a pleasant aftertaste. Pudding tart is not commonly found elsewhere, and the harmony between the pudding and tart is excellent. I highly recommend trying it. I enjoyed my meal. On a day off, I visited @movecafelife in Shinjuku! This cafe is truly a hidden gem on the second floor of a building. My companion and I ordered matching #Mubu lunch plates. We started with edamame potage soup, followed by plenty of vegetables and chicken in ginger sauce. It felt like enjoying delicious Japanese home-cooked meals in a cozy atmosphere. It was a happy day off, and I feel completely recharged. (Originally, I planned to visit @cotocafe, but it was fully booked after 11 am! It's truly a popular spot! However, the kind staff there reserved a table for us at their sister cafe @movecafelife. Thank you so much! I will definitely visit #Cotocafe again in the future.) #Mubucafe #ShinjukuLunch #ShinjukuGourmet #ShinjukuCafe

This is a cafe in Shinjuku that I've been wanting to visit for a while! When I arrived around noon, it was full and the next available seating was about an hour and a half later. I left my phone number and decided to have lunch at another place before coming back for a snack. After receiving a call, I climbed the stairs again and entered the charming atmosphere of the cafe. I ordered a cheesecake and a latte. The latte art was adorable, and the cheesecake was satisfying. As I was leaving, the staff thanked me for waiting, which left a great impression on me. It made me realize how important small words of appreciation are in our daily lives. I left the cafe feeling happy and satisfied. I saw other desserts that caught my eye, so I definitely want to come back for lunch next time. Thank you for the meal! ✌️

I ordered the Cherry Blossom and Strawberry Mont Blanc for 850 yen tax included, the Crispy Scone for 750 yen tax included, and the Cherry Blossom Matcha Milk (Hot) for 770 yen tax included. The Mont Blanc is a Chinese-style dessert with an oolong tea muffin, one strawberry, almond cream, and cherry blossom cream. The scone was delicious, especially when eaten with the cream. The Cherry Blossom Matcha Milk was tasty, with a gentle cherry blossom aroma in the matcha milk.

I was intrigued by the cute shape of the cherry blossom and strawberry Mont Blanc at Movecafe in Shinjuku Gochome. I ordered the cherry blossom and strawberry Mont Blanc (850 yen) and a vinegar soda (780 yen). I had originally been interested in the snack plate at Movecafe, so I visited during lunchtime on a weekday. While cherry blossom sweets often have a Japanese taste, this Mont Blanc had a Chinese-style cherry blossom flavor! It consisted of an oolong tea muffin, a whole strawberry, and a combination of almond cream and cherry blossom cream. Such a sophisticated dessert! I also tried the "Kiwi Vinegar Soda" that was recommended on the shop's Instagram that day. It was very refreshing and perfect for the slightly warmer weather. The menu also offers a variety of meal options, and my friend's taco rice looked delicious too! I enjoyed my meal that day as well. Thank you for the delicious food.
