Platto, for today's lunch, I explored around Ginza Station. After exiting the ticket gate of Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, I went up the stairs at Exit A5 and turned left onto Harumi Street. Walking towards Harumi for a while, I turned right at the second T-junction onto Ginza Sambon Street. A short walk towards Shinbashi, I found Toyorice Building on the left. Going down the stairs on the right side of this building, I arrived at the basement floor where I visited "Yakiniku Wako Matsusaka Ginza Store" today.
I entered the restaurant at 12:40 on a weekday. As I entered, I saw the cashier counter in front, where I checked the menu. The lunch menu included rice, soup, salad, pickles, and ice cream, with options like Kalbi (100g), loin (100g), tongue salt (6 slices), fillet (100g), and others like Japanese-style hamburger (170g) and Kalbi noodles.
I asked the male staff for a recommendation other than yakiniku, and he suggested either the Japanese-style hamburger or Kalbi noodles. Expecting meat dishes at "Yakiniku Wako Matsusaka," I chose the Japanese-style hamburger and placed my order with the male staff (payment at the end).
I was guided to a counter seat by a female staff member as I entered the restaurant. There were two male customers and one female customer already seated at the counter. I started with the salad that was served within a minute of sitting down, then waited for the Japanese-style hamburger.
After a 6-minute wait, the Japanese-style hamburger was served, consisting of the hamburger, steamed vegetables, rice, and soup. The hamburger was made with Matsusaka beef, which was tender, easy to cut with chopsticks, and packed with meaty flavor. Topped with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce, the hamburger's sweetness paired well with the tangy ponzu sauce. I enjoyed the Japanese-style hamburger along with rice and steamed vegetables, finishing with the soup.
After finishing the Japanese-style hamburger, I was served with vanilla ice cream for dessert. I refreshed my palate with the vanilla ice cream and finished my meal. Today, I savored the meaty flavor and sweetness of the Japanese-style hamburger. It was a delightful experience for me, Q-chan. Thank you for the meal.
