I was planning to go to the gym (exercise) but I walked around enough in the morning and it was too cold, shivering so I decided to use a massage machine, take a bath, and call it a day haha. Since I had a meal that combined breakfast and lunch at Toyosu Market, I was unusually hungry, and my friend said, "Nana doesn't eat ramen at night, huh..." so I thought, "I can go for it today!" and came here. It seems like my friend got excited about this place during the day, and I was holding back because I've been saying I don't like Korean food. But there's a different reason why I don't like it, so I'm happy to go with my friend. We arrived around 8:30 pm and were able to get in smoothly, but by the time we left, there was a line outside. We ordered the Yukkejang noodles (Korean fine noodles), which are usually level 3 spiciness, but I ordered level 1 because I'm weaker with spiciness than my friend. I also ordered a highball, but it took more than 5 minutes to arrive. I wish they had brought my friend's water quickly. Finally, the ramen arrived when I was already on my second highball! A surprising 30 minutes after being seated. You can smoke here, so we waited patiently, but the service was slow. The soup lacked sweetness but had a subtle umami flavor. The oxtail was tender and delicious, and the portion was generous! With green onions, leeks, fiddleheads, and a soft-boiled egg, the spiciness was just right with level 1. I didn't really understand the Korean fine noodles, so I didn't ask for a menu explanation, but I will next time. The texture was good and it felt somewhat healthy and tasty. My friend's Kalbi noodles had 5 pieces of meat instead of the usual 3, and the tenderness varies depending on the day. The soup was slightly sweet and I preferred this one. Thank you for the meal!
