I ordered from the coffee menu displayed at the storefront and leisurely waited for my coffee to be brewed. Each cup is carefully brewed with Nel drip, so it might take a little time. I tried the "Full City Roast" for 820 yen (or 720 yen with cake set), which had a rich flavor with a strong bitterness. However, it wasn't just bitter; the umami flavor lingered in my mouth. It was a very delicious coffee. I thought about adding sugar or milk, but ended up enjoying it as is. The "Gateau Chocolat" for 500 yen uses luxurious Valrhona chocolate. The chocolate is rich and moist, pairing well with the intense coffee. The cream is not sweet but has a rich flavor, balancing the richness of the chocolate. I had a relaxing evening in Ginza, enjoying delicious coffee. The ambiance of the shop also added to the overall experience. The Gateau Chocolat was crumbly and moist, with a good level of sweetness that paired really well with the coffee. Depending on the timing, there seemed to be times with no lines, so I'd like to visit again when the timing is right!
