Opened on June 15, 2023. A new bakery near the north ticket gate of Shinagawa Station, supervised by "BEAVER BREAD" in Higashi-Nihonbashi. Managed by NewDays. All items are pre-packaged, making it convenient for quick purchases like a convenience store. While the selection is limited, popular items from BEAVER BREAD like pistachio cream bread are available. Prices are not as cheap as convenience store bread, so those accustomed to NewDays prices may find it a bit surprising. The "Fluffy Chewy Baked Bagel" costs 300 yen (the back label also mentions "Mole Bagel"). Ingredients include flour, milk, butter, eggs, honey, sugar, yeast, powdered milk, salt, and emulsifiers. Nutritional information: 379kcal per piece. Manufactured by Sweet Style Co., Ltd., not by BEAVER BREAD, but by a company that operates Azabu-Juban Montabo. As evident from the ingredients, it's a fluffy bagel more akin to a sweet bread rather than a chewy bagel. Thanks to the honey, it has a subtle sweetness and feels like eating a milk bread. It's not a traditional bagel, but it's delicious to enjoy its soft and fluffy texture.

Shinagawa Station (inside the north exit ticket gate) has a newly opened bakery called Mogura Bread. The shop is supervised by Chef Warita from the famous bakery in Higashinihonbashi, which is also listed as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. The illustration of a mole holding a baguette on the wall is reminiscent of the mural at Beaver Bread. The unique feature here is that the bread is individually packaged like convenience store bread. It may not look as appealing compared to delicious bakery bread, but considering the fact that it's packaged bread, the quality is impressive.
I purchased the following four types this time:
- Black Bean Matcha Chocolate
- Cinnamon Roll
- Pistachio Cream Bread
- Red Bean Bun (chunky red bean paste)
The strong scent of cinnamon when I opened the bag of the cinnamon roll was captivating. I liked how the cinnamon was well incorporated inside. I might try the Cocoa Nib Melon Bread next time, as it gives off a Beaver Bread vibe.

Visited before 9:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27, 2013. There was a bakery right next to the JR Shinagawa Station North Exit ticket gate. It seems that it used to be a kiosk, but now it is supervised by Chef Wari, from BEAVER BREAD in Higashinihonbashi. They are planning to open stores in Omori and Akihabara in the future. There are various types of bread available. I purchased a cream bread (¥300) and a curry bread (¥360). The cream bread has a custard cream filling with a slightly less sweet taste, and the dough is moist. This seems quite promising.
