I went around 1 pm on a regular day, but there were already people lining up and the waiting area inside the restaurant was full. There were mostly men, but also many female customers, and the atmosphere was welcoming for solo diners. The interior of the restaurant had drawings of bamboo and tigers, and it was stylish with private rooms available. I wanted to try a private room, but it was crowded so we sat at the counter seats to get served quickly. My friend ordered the Ura Chokko Ramen, and I ordered the Yuzu Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen. Before the ramen arrived, we were served a delicious snack-like fried noodle. Both the Ura Chokko Ramen and the Yuzu Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen had thick, chewy noodles that were satisfying to eat. The Ura Chokko Ramen was rich but not overpowering, with no unpleasant smell or aftertaste, making it easy to enjoy. The Yuzu Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen had a sweet flavor with a perfect match of yuzu fragrance. I didn't have much experience with tsukemen, and I had a preconceived notion that it might be too salty or rich, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Yuzu Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen was until the end. I was happy to discover a tsukemen that I could enjoy eating. The seafood-based tonkotsu soup is made by simmering carefully selected vegetables with ingredients like kelp, dried baby sardines, shrimp, and pork bones, and personally, I loved the taste. I received a cute tiger-shaped sherbet as a gift for following them on Instagram. It was so adorable that I almost didn't want to eat it. The timing of dessert and the payment process were also handled by the male staff who were very kind and provided excellent customer service.

I visited "Menya Taketora Roppongi" located a short walk from Roppongi Station. The exterior was gorgeous and the interior was stylish, with the rare addition of private rooms in a ramen restaurant. I thought it was a welcoming place for women and solo diners. I was also surprised by the long opening hours. The ramen had chewy noodles and a rich broth that wasn't heavy, making it a ramen you'd crave even late at night. I was able to enjoy my ramen in a relaxed atmosphere. They also offer alcohol and other dishes, making it a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place.

The menu was overwhelming with so many options, but I ended up choosing the seasonal limited edition sesame sauce noodles. It was rich and incredibly delicious. I was so happy that lunch toppings were free! The private room was relaxing and it was great for our meeting. We were able to take our time discussing things.

I tried the Ura Takakura ramen. The rich soup with no strong smell and thick noodles were to my liking. The fried noodle appetizer at the beginning was also delicious. While the price of 1100 yen felt a bit high, there were other menu items that caught my eye, so I might revisit if I'm in the area again.

The main dish is soy sauce ramen, but I ordered the Toridare miso flavor. The atmosphere is nice, fitting for Roppongi. There are group tables and the interior is spacious. The noodles are delicious. The chashu is rich. The soup is also a bit strong. It's okay for the toppings like chashu to be a bit strong, but I wish the soup itself was lighter.

Once in a while, it's good to challenge yourself with different flavors, but I couldn't resist the temptation of the classic Ura-Torakko tsukemen, even though I was considering the seafood pork bone ramen. The Ura-Torakko tsukemen never disappoints. The slightly spicy dipping sauce only makes you want to eat more, and I couldn't stop myself from eating. Since it was lunchtime, I chose the free topping of extra chashu. It was delicious as always. Thank you for the meal.

A former friend used to work at this restaurant and used to come here often. It's been a few years since my last visit. This time, I wanted something rich and went with the Ura Takatora ramen. I was torn between that and the Ura Takatora tsukemen. They have added more ramen options now! I was surprised to see that they have expanded their menu with more appetizers and drinks. They have private booths and counter seats, which allows you to relax and take your time even at a ramen restaurant, which is a plus. Next time, I want to try some appetizers while enjoying some drinks.

Menya Takeshiro Roppongi Ura Takeshiro Ramen for 150 yen. It was delicious with plenty of back fat and a rich soup! But remember, it's not a good idea to eat it in the middle of the night. 😂 #ramen #ramenclub #ramenlover #rameninstagram #ramen #ramenclub #ramenlover #ramenlover #ramenpatrol #ramenlove #dippingnoodles #instafood #instaramen #japanese noodles #gourmet #instagourmet #noodles #noodlelover #noodleporn #instanoodle #instanoodles #food #foodporn #foodie #foodstagram #2023nami0710 #menyatakeshiro

The soy sauce ramen at Taketora is delicious. I usually order the miso ramen and the Ura-Taketora tsukemen, but the soy sauce ramen with bonito broth is also tasty. During lunchtime, you get one free topping, so I added extra chashu. The bonito broth soup is very delicious. The interior of the restaurant is cool with good air conditioning. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I happened to pass by Takenoko and decided to visit. The main branch in Shinjuku is famous and always has a long line, but here we only had to wait for 4-5 groups, so we got in within 20 minutes. I ordered the delicious salt ramen with straight thin noodles, chashu, boiled egg, green onions, seaweed, and kaiware. The simplicity of the dish was great, it was light but packed with flavor. The salt ramen was the perfect way to finish the meal.

This time, I visited a restaurant located a 6.7-minute walk from Roppongi Station on various lines. The opening hours are from 11:00 AM to 9:00 AM, which is incredibly long. There are also about 2 branches in Kabukicho, where many hostesses and hosts visit after work, and private rooms are popular. It's great that you can drink until morning. Well, this time I visited around 7:50 AM for a morning ramen-like meal, so I quickly ate the tsukemen and left. The strong point of this place is the high quality despite the long opening hours, and I guess it's popular because the satisfaction level is quite high. I ordered the "Ura Taketora Tsukemen" for ¥1000, I think? It had a spicy kick and the chewy noodles were impressive, making it enjoyable to slurp until the end. I probably will come back to this restaurant again. I paid with PayPay. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again. Check out my Instagram account @party._people._.

I visited after a long time. I have been eating miso ramen recently, so today I ordered the Ura Takatora tsukemen after a long time. During lunch time, you get one free topping, so I added extra chashu. It was slightly spicy, with a lot of back fat, and full of umami - delicious. It had a different taste from any other tsukemen at other shops. In the end, I got soup wari to drink the soup, but the taste and fat content were strong, so it's better to refrain from drinking it all. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

On a hot summer day at lunchtime, I was unsure of what to eat but decided to visit a ramen shop that caught my interest. The place was crowded with people waiting inside. I took note of my name and looked over the menu while waiting to be called. Despite the cool interior, it was still hot, so I chose the fish and pork bone dipping noodles. Since collagen topping was free for women, I also added collagen balls. After a short wait, I was seated. The table had pasta snacks and water. I was surprised by the pasta snacks, as it was my first time encountering them at a ramen shop. The dipping noodles were delicious, with a classic taste. It wasn't particularly bold, just a straightforward dipping noodle dish. I'd like to try their ramen when the weather cools down a bit.

The initial reviews were good, so I decided to try it out. The miso soup was delicious, but I'm a bit picky when it comes to miso. The ramen arrived, I slurped the soup... it tasted like the typical chain store miso flavor. As for the noodles, they were good. I also ordered the chashu rice bowl, which was decent. Overall, the soup lacked a clear flavor balance. This type of miso ramen seems to have a vague taste profile. I'm not sure if I would come back again, especially since the service from the waitress was not great.

I ordered the Ura Takeko Ramen and white rice. I know I should stick to the basics, but I can't help but be drawn to limited edition and special items. The soup was thick and rich as described, with no pork bone smell and not too salty. The thick noodles paired well with it, but it became a bit too heavy towards the end. Even though I chose it myself, I was in the mood for something lighter today. All the noodle menu items are the same price (¥1100), so there's no need to worry about the price, but the variety makes it difficult to choose. The service with complimentary appetizers and concise, sharp customer service left a good impression.

After drinking in Roppongi, I realized it was already midnight. I wanted to have ramen as a closing meal, so I wandered around the streets of Roppongi. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any open shops at this hour. Eventually, I stumbled upon this shop after searching. It's a bit of a walk from Roppongi intersection, an area with many foreigners. Walking alone at this time felt a bit scary. The tiger at the entrance added a unique Roppongi touch. I had been drinking quite a bit and wanted something refreshing, and luckily they had just the right menu item! Yuzu seafood tonkotsu dipping noodles! The noodles were smooth and had a slight sweetness to them. The dipping sauce had a rich pork bone base with a complex seafood broth, and the yuzu added a refreshing touch to the flavor. The yuzu flavor was quite strong, with large pieces of peel included, which was a bit overwhelming when slurping the noodles. The bitterness of the yuzu peel was a bit distracting from the noodles. Perhaps smaller pieces of peel would be better. This shop offers a wide variety of noodle options, so it's a good place to go with friends who have different preferences. They also have a great selection of appetizers, making it a good spot for another round of drinks. I appreciate that they stay open late.

Roppongi seems to have a lot of trouble finding a good place for a late-night meal. It's probably because it's an area dominated by restaurants, so most people prefer to eat before heading home at night. However, it's rare to find places that serve food late into the night, so there are often long lines for ramen as a late-night meal option. For me, I always choose Ura-Toride without hesitation. I've been to the Shinjuku branch many times and I love their spicy tsukemen with plenty of back fat floating on top. It's a hearty dish that may be a bit heavy, but it's so delicious that it becomes addictive!

I have been to this restaurant many times, but I haven't taken many photos. Last time I had the miso ramen. This restaurant is relatively good with all the menu items. I also love the Ura-Toride Tsukemen. The Agedashi Shoyu Ramen is also delicious. It's convenient that they accept electronic money. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant on a regular night, wrote my name on the board, and waited for about 30 minutes to enter. It has a stylish atmosphere with the option of semi-private rooms, which is rare for a ramen shop. In addition to alcohol, they also have a menu of side dishes, making it possible to use it as an izakaya. The main store is located in Shinjuku, and it always seems crowded whenever I go there. They accept various electronic payment methods such as PayPay.
- Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen ¥1100
A tonkotsu soup base with seafood. It uses ingredients such as kelp, flying fish, shrimp, bonito, and dried sardines. The seafood flavor is relatively strong. The thick noodles mix well with the soup and taste delicious. The flavor is a bit strong, but it's not bad for late-night ramen.
- Tamago Kake Gohan ¥250
Sprinkled with bonito flakes, this is not just a regular Tamago Kake Gohan. It has a nice aroma! It is topped with a special dashi broth, giving it a refreshing taste. The flavor is a bit light, but it goes well with the rich ramen. I enjoyed eating the ramen in a calm atmosphere at a table seat. Thank you for the meal! ★

The ramen is neither good nor bad. The menu is extensive, with a good selection of alcohol and snacks. There are two branches in Shinjuku, both of which are often crowded. The thick fish and pork bone soup with medium-thick noodles is tasty, but the flavor is a bit strong and the amount of lard is high, making it a bit heavy. The fish flavor is also pronounced. On the other hand, the egg over rice is light and delicious. There are plenty of table seats in the restaurant, so you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere. At the beginning, something like fried noodles was placed on the table, which I found to be innovative.
