First visit. I visited the Hoki Ginza Honten, known for its Kyoto-style shabu-shabu with plenty of green onions. I ordered the Kyoto course on this day. It is located in a quiet area, about halfway between Higashi Ginza and Shinbashi, with a very charming and lovely exterior. The entire interior consists of private rooms, creating a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The menu from the appetizer onwards was satisfying and delicious, but the highlight of the day was definitely the shabu-shabu. The tender pork wrapped in plenty of green onions, dipped in the broth, was incredibly delicious. It was so addictive that the pork disappeared in no time. The private rooms make it suitable for both casual and formal occasions. Thank you for the meal!

It was delicious♪ Pork is the best, both for 1 and 2❤︎ The matcha pudding is also delicious. I wonder if it's because it's the weekend? I received a discount coupon on my way out❤︎ It seems like it can be used at any Hyoki-san. I will definitely go again❤︎

A shop with its main store in Kyoto. I tried the summer limited edition conger eel shabu-shabu, as conger eel is famous here. We ordered the conger eel and Kagoshima pork shabu-shabu course for 6000 yen. The restaurant offers fully private rooms where you can enjoy your meal leisurely. However, there is a 10% seating fee. You can enjoy up to 2 free drinks from the designated menu within the course. Conger eel is best eaten early as it loses freshness quickly. It was plump and went well with both ponzu sauce and Japanese broth. Tofu dishes like yomogi tofu were exceptionally delicious. The Kagoshima pork shabu-shabu was also outstanding. The unlimited green onions were a nice touch. Initially, we ate with ponzu sauce, but the Japanese broth surprisingly matched well with all the ingredients. The curry powder on the closing soba noodles provided a fresh and enjoyable taste. The slow-building spiciness was delicious. While the portion size was a bit lacking, the taste and quality were satisfying. The price is a bit on the higher side but worth it.

During my son's camp, my husband and I had a rare dinner together. It had been so long since just the two of us went out together that I couldn't even remember the last time. So, we chose a calm and sophisticated restaurant for a change. Located about a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza and less than 10 minutes from Shinbashi, the 7th district has many elegant restaurants. The restaurant we visited this time was "Hyoki Ginza Main Store," which has its main branch in Kyoto. The restaurant features private rooms that replicate the traditional Kyoto tatami rooms. Each private room even has its own air conditioning with adjustable temperature settings. We decided to go for the course menu, starting with the "Suimei" course featuring both Yamagoro pork and Omi beef for 9,000 yen (tax included). We began with a toast with Asahi Premium Jukusen beer. The beer was rich and flavorful, perfect for starting the meal. The first dish was sesame tofu, a refreshing dish perfect for a hot day. It was smooth and creamy with a rich sesame flavor. Next, we had a sashimi platter featuring fresh conger eel, served with a refreshing plum jelly. The conger eel was in season and delicious. The dish also included hidden scallops topped with caviar, a delightful surprise. We then enjoyed a homemade lemon sour cocktail, not too sweet and full of fresh lemon juice. For a warm dish, we had steamed fukahire with a savory sauce, a delicacy that melted in the mouth. The dish was followed by a refreshing combination of sea grapes and cherry tomatoes. Then came the main course - a roast of Omi beef and Yamagoro pork, to be enjoyed with a special broth and ponzu sauce. The broth was so flavorful that we couldn't get enough of it. The Yamagoro pork was particularly outstanding, with a rich umami flavor and no greasiness. It was truly addictive. We ended the meal with soba noodles, served with a delicious broth and the option to add homemade curry powder for a unique flavor. The meal concluded with a matcha pudding, homemade and not overly sweet, with a perfect balance of matcha bitterness. Overall, the dining experience exceeded our expectations at every turn. The cost-performance ratio was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The private room added to the ambiance, making it a perfect setting for a rare date night.

I went to a restaurant in Higashi Ginza where you can enjoy delicious pork shabu-shabu. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by an elegant Japanese atmosphere and a pleasant scent of incense, making you forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The fact that all the seating is in private rooms was also a nice touch! This time, I tried the course featuring pork shabu-shabu made with Rokushakakuro pork. The dishes were all very elaborate and beautifully presented. They served several dishes using seasonal conger eel. The much-awaited shabu-shabu featured Rokushakakuro pork and seasonal conger eel. The vegetables were also carefully selected, including Kyoto vegetables and seasonal vegetables, as it is a Kyoto restaurant. The Rokushakakuro pork was fatty, sweet, and elegant, and tasted amazing when dipped in the light broth! Although I don't like leeks, it is recommended to wrap plenty of them around the meat before eating! It was my first time trying conger eel shabu-shabu, and it was delightfully firm! The special dipping sauce was a rich ponzu that complemented the eel perfectly! From the beginning to the end, every dish in the course was delicious and impressive! They also had a great selection of drinks, allowing us to enjoy them together, which was nice. It was a wonderful experience of enjoying delicious Japanese cuisine in a lovely setting. It was a truly enjoyable time. Thank you for the feast!

The hot days have been continuing, and I've been consuming only cold food and drinks, feeling a bit off. I want to eat something warm. I know, let's go eat pork shabu-shabu! I bookmarked this place that some of my followers have visited and recommended. The exterior looks a bit high-end and it's in Ginza. We take off our shoes and enter. The private room has a sunken kotatsu table, giving a luxurious feel, suitable for entertaining guests. We ordered the "Rokuhaku Kurobuta Dashi Shabu Kaiseki Kyoto" (8000 yen) with premium all-you-can-drink option (3300 yen). In July and August, the 2-hour all-you-can-drink option has no time limit until last order. I may not be able to win in all-you-can-eat, but I'm confident I can make the most of all-you-can-drink. The premium option makes me expect good alcohol. Let's start with a toast with beer! The first course is sesame tofu, delicately flavored and smooth. The alcohol that follows includes sake and red wine. The sake is a junmai ginjo from Kuro Ryu, a sake brewery I visited in Fukui recently. The red wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon from KWV. The selection may not be extensive, but it hits the spot for alcohol lovers. The sashimi consists of conger eel with plum jelly and scallops with caviar. The conger eel is lightly boiled and then cooled in ice water to firm it up, while the scallops are cooked just right. The yuba chawanmushi with shark fin sauce is like a tofu chawanmushi. The sea grapes and tomatoes are served as they are, highlighting their natural flavors. Here comes the star of the show, the pork shabu-shabu! The Yagoro pork is a brand from Kagoshima. There's plenty of it prepared. The meat has a very honest taste, and you can eat as much as you want. The mountain of green onions as a condiment is generously provided. Don't hesitate to use it, it's so delicious! Highly recommended! Instead of ponzu or sesame sauce, you eat it with a luxurious dashi broth made with bonito, in a Kyoto style. For the finishing rice dish, there's sea bream dashi ochazuke. You can eat it with sesame sauce or add the broth, both ways are delicious. The dessert, matcha pudding, is fluffy. Overall, everything was perfect. The service is polite and the staff have a pleasant smile, making the experience enjoyable.

On June 25th, Reiwa 5 (Sunday), the 3108th district in Tokyo, commonly known as the bustling Ginza area, is a bit different from the typical town. Located near the former Tsukiji Market Station, the Ginza Nana-chome district still retains some residential houses and even houses the Chuo Ward Ginza Junior High School, giving off a lingering scent of people living there. Amidst this atmosphere, there are spacious traditional Japanese restaurants and renowned eel restaurants like Takebayashi-tei, preserving the serene and nostalgic ambiance of an old-fashioned wooden town. On this day, the parents of my second son's fiancé, who will be getting married in the fall, came to Tokyo from Nagoya. We had a dinner meeting scheduled from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, after which they would return to Nagoya by Shinkansen from Tokyo Station. The dinner started in a private room for six people on the second floor, where we ordered the holiday limited course menu consisting of 7 dishes for ¥8000, with the option to add premium all-you-can-drink for an additional ¥3300. A 10% service charge was added to the total amount, and the payment method was cashless only. The course menu included: 1. Appetizer: Sesame tofu 2. First Course: Simmered conger eel with plum jelly and scallop with caviar 3. Side Dish: Yuba (tofu skin) steamed with shark fin sauce 4. Relish: Sea grapes and fruit tomato 5. Main Dish: Shabu-shabu with Yagorou pork, assorted vegetables, and dipping sauce 6. Rice: Sea bream broth tea rice 7. Dessert: Matcha pudding The sesame tofu as the first dish had a rich flavor complemented by wasabi and a subtle dashi broth, making it a perfect start to the meal. The simmered conger eel with plum jelly and scallop with caviar in the second course was a delightful combination, highlighting the seasonal flavors. The shabu-shabu with Yagorou pork and assorted vegetables in the main dish was cooked in a delicious broth with a generous amount of chopped green onions, creating a unique and tasty experience. The sea bream broth tea rice as the final dish was a comforting and flavorful way to end the meal, paired with a smooth matcha pudding dessert. Overall, the dining experience was exceptional, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and presented, showcasing the essence of traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern touch. The all-you-can-drink option added a fun and relaxing element to the evening, making it a memorable and enjoyable gathering for all.

I love hot pot and shabu-shabu, regardless of the season. I often request my mother to make hot pot for dinner, but she doesn't always comply during the hot months from June to September. I remembered the delicious shabu-shabu with plenty of green onions and hot broth that I had at the Shimbashi location before, so I decided to revisit the Ginza location. The Ginza branch of Kyoto Hyoteki, which is known for its top-rated shabu-shabu. Each table is a private room with individual ventilation systems, making it comfortable and cool to enjoy shabu-shabu even in this season. The private rooms are spacious, perfect for a date or a fun chat with friends. I ordered the "Yagoro Pork Dashi Shabu Course Hyoteki" for ¥11,000. The course included sesame tofu with extra-large button shrimp, sashimi of hirame with plum jelly, steamed fish cake with shark fin sauce, grape and fruit tomato, shabu-shabu with hirame, yagoro pork, and assorted vegetables, tai fish steeped in tea broth, green tea pudding with cherry. The shabu-shabu with yagoro pork at Hyoteki is a must-try, with plenty of green onions and sweet pork dipped in hot broth. The fresh and crisp green onions and the sweet and tender pork go perfectly together, and I couldn't help but have extra servings of green onions. The amount of meat is generous, and it can be enjoyed with maple radish or yuzu pepper for a change in flavor. The meal also included Kyoto Kujo green onions, nama-fu, yomogi-fu, red konjac from Shiga Prefecture, and plenty of hirame, allowing us to enjoy a variety of ingredients in the shabu-shabu. To finish, we dipped the tai fish in the delicious broth for a refreshing end to the meal. The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive, making it a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. We ended up staying longer than planned because we were having such a great time chatting with friends. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The other day, my father passed away, and I wanted my mother, who was feeling down, to enjoy some delicious food, so I visited this place on Kikuzakamachi Street. The dignified atmosphere makes you forget the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, feeling like you are in Kyoto. The interior of the restaurant exudes a calm and elegant ambiance, all with ventilation-equipped private rooms. Perfect for celebrations and business dinners. This time, I reserved the limited-time Mizuake course on weekends. Since the deliciousness here had already been confirmed, I splurged a bit on a luxurious course where you can compare "Omi beef" and "Kyoto Kagoshima Prefecture-raised Yagorou pork." First, I refreshed my throat with a Housui Sour. It's delicious with plenty of lemon and a moderate sweetness of honey. Next, I enjoyed the sesame tofu, a sweet and rich sesame tofu served in a delicious broth. The summer-specific conger eel is served with plum jelly. The acidity of the jelly is strong and refreshing! It may be even better than the plum meat. The scallops with luxurious caviar are sweet! A dish that allows you to feel the season, a unique and memorable dish from this Kyoto-originated restaurant. The silky yuba and tamago jiru steamed dish has a smooth and slippery texture, with the presence of yuba being pleasant. The creamy shark fin paste is deep and has a good texture of shark fin. The paste is skillfully prepared and delicious. The sea grapes with fruit tomatoes in yuzu ponzu is refreshing. I had some sake in preparation for the main course of shabu-shabu. I had Eikun for the first time in a while. I thought it was delicious when I had a little bit of sake. Eikun has a high aroma, a gentle and fruity taste that I like. The specialty "dashi shabu" Kagoshima-raised Yagorou pork and Omi beef loin seasonal vegetable assortment~♡ This shabu-shabu that you can only eat here! The broth uses domestic natural kombu, bonito flakes, and dried sardines. There is a lot of green onions! Ponzu is also provided. The broth is incredibly delicious, but when you generously add green onions, it becomes even more exceptional! In these times, I thought, can you really put this much green onions?! It's a luxurious use of green onions. By the way, seconds are also okay! The pork is also delicious~. It's written as Yagorou pork, but it's pronounced as "Yagorou don"! It's very tender with no greasiness, and the elegant sweetness absorbs plenty of broth and tastes delicious♡ The excellent harmony with green onions is amazing. And the deliciousness of the Omi beef, which is quickly cooked! The taste of the meat that enters smoothly as the excess fat drips off. The richness of the meat that doesn't lose to the generous green onions. Truly, both are equally outstanding! The soba to finish is also good. It’s good to have soba as the finisher because of this delicious broth. You can also enjoy the change in taste by adding curry powder. This original curry powder is also excellent! It has a strong spicy and deep flavor. Even when you are full, you will want to eat more soba. The refreshing scent of matcha pudding. A pudding that made my mother, who is not interested in sweets, say it's delicious! Everything was delicious! And the staff were all wonderful! Their manners were beautiful, and their consideration was fantastic. It's truly remarkable. The calm atmosphere was also very lovely. When I saw my mother smiling and saying it was delicious as we left, I was also happy! This one-of-a-kind delicious shabu-shabu is highly recommended♡

I went to the Japanese kaiseki restaurant "Hyoki Ginza Honten" located between Tsukiji and Ginza with my partner. We were dressed casually and felt completely out of place as soon as we entered because of the high-class atmosphere. However, the staff were all very kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. We tried the Yagoro pork and Omi beef shabu-shabu course this time, and it was delicious from the start! From sesame tofu with conger eel to scallops with caviar, and steamed egg custard with fukahire ankake, everything was incredibly tasty. The main shabu-shabu dish was a pot of kelp broth filled with vegetables and meat to be dipped and cooked. The special dipping sauce was so flavorful, enhancing the balance with the meat's fat perfectly. The shabu-shabu experience was delightful, especially with the variety of condiments like yuzu pepper and grated radish. The meal ended with soba noodles cooked in a pot filled with beef and pork fat, and the curry nanban style was highly recommended. The dessert, matcha pudding, was creamy and rich, a perfect end to a fantastic meal. Overall, everything from start to finish was delicious and enjoyable. I had recently experienced shabu-shabu for the first time, and I'm glad I got to taste such delicious shabu-shabu here. I highly recommend you visit and enjoy the taste of Kyoto-originated shabu-shabu! Lastly, I want to thank the staff for their wonderful hospitality. I apologize for taking so many photos. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

From Kyoto, a complete private room serving dashi shabu-shabu and Kyoto kaiseki cuisine, replicating the traditional Kyoto tatami room setting. I was curious about it and visited with a friend. The building is two stories high, and upon entering, there is a pleasant aroma of incense. You take off your shoes and relax in a spacious sunken kotatsu-style private room. The meals are served in courses. On this day, we had: - Dashi shabu-shabu kaiseki with Yagoro pork and jumbo snow crab, White Chrysanthemum for 12,000 yen - Sesame tofu, a moist and delicious sesame tofu that I love - Hamo (pike conger) with plum jelly and scallop with caviar, Hanaho Wasabi, a refreshing dish with plum jelly and luxurious scallop with caviar - Yuba (tofu skin) steamed with shark fin sauce, a creamy chawanmushi with shark fin sauce - Sea grapes and fruit tomato with ponzu, a refreshing dish with sea grapes and fruit tomato in ponzu sauce - Dashi shabu-shabu of Yagoro pork and jumbo snow crab, a luxurious shabu-shabu with jumbo snow crab and sweet Yagoro pork - Soba noodles to finish, served with dipping broth and curry powder for flavor variation - Matcha pudding, a creamy matcha pudding enjoyed with Kyoto's Kyoto Ban-cha tea The service was excellent, and they even saw us off when we left. Despite being in Tokyo, you can experience the atmosphere of Kyoto here, with spacious private rooms perfect for business meetings or celebrations. Highly recommended.

I haven't had a nice weekend weather in a while, so I decided to go to Tsukiji. I walked to Higashi-Ginza and went to eat shabu-shabu that I had reserved. It was about a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. I arrived at 5:30 PM. The entrance had a nice Japanese atmosphere with a sense of luxury. I was escorted to a private room at the back, which was spacious and impressive, suitable for up to 6 people. It was very calming. I had the following on this day: [Private Room] Yagoro Pork Shabu-Shabu Course Hōki for 11,000 yen. I toasted with craft beer and white wine! [Appetizer] Sesame Tofu with Jumbo Button Shrimp. The texture and aroma of the sesame tofu were nice. The wasabi was a good accent. The jumbo shrimp had a firm and sticky texture, and it was deliciously sweet. [Sashimi] Bonito with Ponzu Sauce, Chives, and Shallots. Thickly sliced bonito with chives and shallot ponzu was refreshing and went well together. The scallop caviar was abundant. [Side Dish] Yuba and Shark Fin Steamed Egg with Shark Fin Sauce. This was also very delicious! The shark fin sauce was plentiful. I enjoyed the texture of the yuba. I love yuba, so I savored it slowly. [Palate Cleanser] Sea Grapes and Fruit Tomato. The crunchy texture of the sea grapes was nice. The ponzu sauce was refreshing. [Shabu-Shabu] Kyoto Bamboo Shoots, Yagoro Pork, Seasonal Vegetable Assortment. The staff put the vegetables in the pot. There were some unusual ingredients like red konjac and raw wheat gluten. The texture and flavor of the raw wheat gluten were good. The bamboo shoots had a firm texture. The Yagoro pork from Kagoshima Prefecture was cooked in the broth one by one. The garnish was a mountain of chopped green onions. There were so many that I had it with the shabu-shabu. The sweetness of the pork, the flavor of the broth, and the green onions matched perfectly. The yuzu pepper was red, and when I asked, they said they used chili peppers. I put it in the broth, and it was quite spicy. It was quite filling. [Rice Dish] Tai Fish Tea-Infused Rice with Sesame Sauce. After pouring the sesame sauce, pour plenty of broth over it. The sweetness of the sea bream and the delicious broth made for a perfect tea-infused rice dish. [Dessert] Matcha Pudding with Strawberry. The texture was very smooth. The sweetness was just right, and it was delicious. Among the dinner courses, this was the cheapest, but each dish was substantial, so there was no feeling of dissatisfaction, and even men would be fully satisfied. It was almost full that day, and there were many foreign customers. I heard English and Chinese conversations on the way out, and they seemed to be having a lot of fun. Because of the location, there are many foreign tourists, so the staff are careful to respond smoothly in English. The calm Japanese atmosphere is also nice, so it seems suitable for various occasions such as dates, business meals, and first meetings with both families. The staff were all very kind. Thank you for the meal.

The restaurant had a charming traditional Japanese atmosphere. The rooms were private with sunken kotatsu tables, making it very cozy and comfortable. The drinks were served promptly, which was great. The meal started with sesame tofu and button shrimp, which were delicious. The dishes included bonito, scallops, sea grapes, tomatoes, and yuba in a simple and healthy manner. The food was satisfying without feeling heavy. The pork was flavorful without being too fatty. The highlight was the fresh fu made with Kyoto ingredients, which was so tasty I wanted to order more. The finale was a lightly boiled sea bream rice dish, which was delicious. The homemade matcha pudding for dessert was also a hit. Every dish from start to finish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.

【Hyoki Ginza Main Store】I visited the Tokyo main store of the famous Kyoto-style dashi shabu-shabu restaurant, Hyoki Ginza Main Store. The restaurant itself is absolutely lovely! We went up to the second floor, took off our shoes, and entered a completely private sunken kotatsu-style room. I made a reservation for the weekend-only dashi shabu-shabu course "Kyoto" for ¥8,800 with a premium all-you-can-drink option. The seats were stocked with plenty of alcohol, and they would prepare drinks right there for you! It was a truly luxurious experience ❤️ - Sesame Tofu: The sesame flavor was strong, and the wasabi was delicious. - Bonito Sashimi: The bonito was great, and the sauce with chives and shallots was amazing! - Yuba (tofu skin) Steamed Egg Custard with Shark Fin Sauce: The shark fin was plentiful and delicious with a good texture. - Sea Grapes and Fruit Tomato: A refreshing palate cleanser. The fruit tomato was incredibly sweet! - Dashi Shabu-Shabu with Yagoro Pork: The staff prepared the shabu-shabu initially. It started with vegetables and rare red konjac! Then they laid out beautiful slices of Yagoro pork, and watching the color change was simply beautiful ✨ With plenty of chopped green onions and dashi, the pork was amazingly sweet and delicious. It was surprisingly light and refreshing without feeling greasy. The yuzu pepper was incredibly delicious, so be sure to try it for a flavor change! - Tai (sea bream) Dashi Chazuke: Shiny rice with beautiful sea bream sashimi! We first tried it with sesame sauce and wasabi, then poured dashi over it for chazuke. It was a two-step enjoyment ✨ - Matcha Pudding: A light and refreshing matcha pudding to end the meal perfectly! We enjoyed a bottle of beer for a toast, Black Dragon sake, and the recommended Hyoki sour during the all-you-can-drink session. The delicious dashi shabu-shabu alone made me happy, but the ambiance of the restaurant was great, and the staff were very kind in explaining the ingredients and refilling the dashi. It was a fantastic restaurant experience. Perfect for business meetings, leisurely dates, or healthy girls' night out ✨✨

I was feeling hungry, so I accepted a friend's invitation to a restaurant. It was a completely private room with tatami mats. We took off our shoes and entered the stylish room with a high-class atmosphere. There were scattered wines, and I decided to have a glass of Junmai Daiginjo. We had a meal set of beef and pork shabu-shabu. The first course was sesame tofu, followed by a steamed dish with yuba and shark fin sauce. The sashimi course included bonito with ponzu sauce and scallops with caviar. We also enjoyed a refreshing dish of sea grapes and fruit tomatoes. The highlight was the shabu-shabu course with Omi beef, Yagoro pork, and various vegetables in a delicious broth. We finished the meal with soba noodles in the shabu-shabu broth and a creamy matcha pudding. It was a healthy and satisfying meal with interesting flavor combinations. I drank a lot of the delicious broth, so I ended up feeling quite full by the end of the meal.

The staff at the restaurant are very friendly. All the tables are private, so you can have a private time. Of course, the food is delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the shabu-shabu, but both the pork and beef shabu-shabu were satisfying in terms of taste and portion.

Just a little outside of Ginza, near the theater in Higashi-Ginza! (Personally, I used to work around this area, so it brings back memories~) A beautiful curtain building in a quiet location! Going up the stairs, the second floor had private rooms for seating. This time, I tried the "Rokushirokuro pork dashi shabu kaiseki Kyoto", a course available only on holidays. It started with sesame tofu as an appetizer! The drink was a Pioxi sour, an original lemon sour. It was incredibly delicious, so I highly recommend it! The meal included yuba steamed egg with sea cucumber sauce, bonito and scallop sashimi, and luxurious ingredients that elevated the elegant dishes. The crab claws were especially delicious, with tender and sweet meat. The shabu-shabu, with plenty of Kujo green onions, was a unique experience as the onions enhanced the flavor. The meat was lean and easy to eat! For the finale, there was sea bream tea-soaked rice, followed by a dessert of matcha pudding. Everything was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The service was also top-notch, making it a place I would love to visit again! Despite the usual tension and fatigue that come with dining in such upscale areas, this place felt comforting and welcoming. If you have the chance, definitely give it a try! ♡

I used it for a celebration. It is a restaurant with good access from Ginza Station, Higashi-Ginza Station, and Tsukiji Market Station. I made sure to make a reservation in advance before visiting. The interior has a luxurious Japanese taste. The seating is on the second floor after climbing the stairs. You will be enveloped in the nice scent of tatami mats. The seats are in a sunken kotatsu-style Japanese room. It is an environment where you can have a leisurely conversation in a completely private room. On this day, we had a total of seven dishes with a focus on dashi shabu. Each dish was carefully brought by the staff, who also provided explanations. They are very particular about the ingredients, and we also received explanations about the place of origin. Everything was delicious! The seasoning was of course important, but the cooking that brought out the full flavor of the ingredients was excellent. It was amazing. Here are three especially delicious dishes: 1. Dashi Shabu - Fresh vegetables, nama-fu, iron-rich konnyaku, Kyoto bamboo shoots, and Kagoshima-produced Yagoro pork are shabu-shabu in kombu dashi, then enjoyed with leeks and homemade spicy yuzu pepper. Luxurious! We were able to fully enjoy the gentle taste of the dashi and the natural umami of the ingredients. 2. Sashimi - Sashimi of katsuo (bonito) and scallops topped with caviar is just delicious! It's also stylish to enjoy it with spicy aromatic ponzu instead of soy sauce. 3. Vinegared dish of crab claws and rapeseed blossoms - The crab is also delicious, living up to the reputation of being a delicious restaurant! One is not enough, so please give me more... Thank you for the meal!
