There are three Rasshos in Hamura City, it's a mysterious place. 35 years ago, there was one in front of the Hino Motors main gate, but it disappeared somehow. Is rice essential for Rassho after all? It might be delicious to eat rice with green onions on top.

Visited here from "Ramen Shop Hirai" about 10km away☺️ There are many ramen shops in this area, so I think I will come back again haha. This is the 9th ramen shop in Tokyo! It's a Tsubaki-style ramen shop. Visited around 1:35 pm and there were many customers already there! They are open from 7:31 am to 1:45 pm, so I became the last customer haha. The owner and probably his wife were running the shop. The owner carefully and meticulously made the ramen. The interior of the shop has a sense of history but is well cleaned and has a sense of cleanliness! They had unique menu items like Black and White Vinegar Ramen, 3-slice Chashu Ramen, and 3-slice Negi Ramen. The noodles are medium-fine straight noodles from Asahiya, cooked Tebo-style. These noodles are really good! They were just the right firmness for my preference. The soup, even in the default option, had plenty of lard with a good balance of pork flavor and soy sauce. I couldn't stop slurping the soup and ended up drinking about half of it haha. Of course, it paired perfectly with garlic. The chashu is the type that is mixed with negi. The portion was decent, and it was tender and delicious. The negi was a bit on the smaller side, with a slightly strong seasoning and a strong sesame oil impression! It's rare for moyashi to be included by default, but it's good. The texture is good and it complements the soup here perfectly.

Wait, the noodles are a lot?! I looked at my wife's ramen, and it was a lot, and mine was also a lot! The creamy soup with the crunchy texture of the onions was exquisite! The noodles were chewy and mixed well with the soup, and the bean sprouts and seaweed added a refreshing touch. For some reason, only the table at the back didn't have coarse ground pepper, so I started with the normal taste, added pepper in the middle, and added garlic towards the end, finishing by drinking up the soup! You order at the counter, and the operation by the owner and the lady running the shop is impressive. The atmosphere is lively, with truck drivers and workers filling up the place. The ramen has a rich and flavorful soup, with thick noodles that go well with it. The toppings are simple, just chashu, seaweed, and bean sprouts. I usually prefer ramen with lots of green onions, but adding them to this rich ramen is also a good idea. Another satisfying meal, as always.
